Brookdale

My mom had a series of medical issues that necessitated her move to an independent living facility followed by an assisted living facility. She originally moved to a larger and brand new facility after her medical issues. While the facility was brand new, we soon found that my mom was getting lost within the larger confines of the new facility. She was unhappy and generally uninvolved in the community, which was routinely devoid of people. As a result, we started looking at other options, leading us to the Brookdale. My mom loved the Brookdale from the first time she saw it with us, as did we! The minute we walked in, the difference was obvious. The staff and residents were visible, with residents occupying a number of the sitting and recreational spots at the facility. Step forward to today, my mom has met so many more people through the amazing and encouraging staff. She is happy there, and the attention she is getting is superb! We love this great small community!

Brookdale Creve Coeur offers the finest independent living and also assisted living. My mother was in Independent living and she described it like living at a resort. She felt very well taken care of. She made friends easily and quickly and enjoyed the camaraderie that they all shared. They have plenty of activities so they have something to appeal to all. From activities taking place inside the building to wonderful and varied field trips to great locations around the St. Louis area. The Saturday evening entertainment is always a fun and uplifting experience with a variety of music to entertain the residents. The food is amazing! There are lots of choices for dinner; there is always something offered that is appealing. The brunch buffets are varied and full of wonderful and different options. The apartments are very adequate with nice floorplans. The staff is also highly caring and effective and work hard to care for all residents. I highly recommend Brookdale of Creve Coeur.

My mom has been living at Brookdale since 2021. This has been nothing but a wonderful experience for our family. We have peace of mind that she is safe and very well taken care of. The staff are amazing. They are so friendly and caring. The communication is very good. They also provide regular activities in the community and outside the community. The courtyard is my mom's favorite thing about Brookdale. She loves to be out there with the flowers, birds, and turtles. I recommend Brookdale 100%!

There idea of aging in place. Brookdale at Home has been a life saver. My dad gets to stay in "independent living" but can get assistance with all things on an as needed basis. The staff is amazing. I feel like they truly care about the residents and want to help.

I lived here 1 year while my home was being rebuilt because of a natural disaster. They were able to assist my husband with his care needs. The experience was very pleasant and I have made many good friends. Workers are all extremely helpful and happy. [name removed] at the front desk is the best!

I had the best experience with the sales lady. She was so patient and answered my questions even when I asked the same question over and over. This is a big decision and I appreciate the patience and understanding that was offered to me. The facility is an older facility but the people seem to make it great.

I definitely would tell them that everyone there is so very caring, kind and compassionate. All meals are excellent. The facility is always so clean, they always have beautiful flowers on the dining tables and they decorated for all holidays so beautiful! Great place for sure.

It's a family environment and we are completely satisfied with this facility. Our experience with the community is positive. Our mother(in-law) is happy, calm, well-cared for and attended to. My 87 mother in law loves Brookdale! We looked at other places, but after touring Brookdale PGI, we were very impressed. She has been there for about10 months and loves the small family feel of the facility. The staff members are very friendly and helpful. They give her the one on one time that she needs. She also loves that it’s one level and makes it easy to navigate. My husband and I have never been through this before and the transition was seamless with the help from the staff.
