We chose Bridges because of their friendly staff, location, and value. I would recommend to others.

We appreciate the care that the staff provides. They work hard to meet my Mom's needs with dignity, respect, and kindness. The facility is always clean and nicely decorated. The housekeeping is regular and we have no complaints. Our communications are great and feel like the staff and Director of Wellness partner with us to make sure my Mom is getting what she needs. We feel great about our choice of the Enclave and feel that my Mom is safe and being well cared for. She enjoys her apartment and the opportunity for easy to join activities.

I am currently a resident at Somerby at St. Vincent's One Nineteen and everything has been just excellent for me at this facility. The staff at this facility are all superb. The cleanliness and friendliness are excellent. The meals, activities and value for cost are great. Due to personal issues, I am not going to be able to stay at this facility. However, this place is an excellent retirement center and I would highly recommend it to others.

The Harbor Chase of South Portland is very knowledgeable about residents with dementia and how to handle them. They walk you through the process and explain how it works. The housekeeping and laundry are done once a week for the residents. Excellent service and great staff! [Name removed] is awesome to talk to about any issues and very quick with an answer. The food is very good and each resident has $750 to spend on food every month that is incorporated in the cost of Assisted Living. Also, there is a plan called Sound that you can put in place for people with dementia issues. It helps them with dealing with dementia issues and keeps their mind occupied to help them. I would highly recommend The Harbor Chase of South Portland to anyone who has a parent going through these problems like dementia. Everything is included, which helps us incredibly!

I was extremely pleased with Washington Point and their staff for the great service they provided. I would recommend them on both professional and well as caring facility.

We picked this community because of the availability, price , much nicer facility than her her previous residence. It was like moving from the EconoLodge to the Marriott !I would say it is a much better value and a much nicer place than her previous residence

My loved one is currently a resident at Somerby Franklin and it has been a very good experience at this facility so far. The staff has gone above and beyond on helpfulness and making my loved one feel welcome. I rated the meals and dining and the activities lower due to staffing issues that will be resolved when sufficient staffing is available. In my experience, this place is way above average- if you can afford it. I would recommend Somerby Franklin to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Woodbridge Place Senior Living and everything has been great for her so far. The staff is very friendly and accommodating, they answer any questions or concerns that you may have. The facility is very clean. The meals, activities and value for cost are great. I took my aunt with me to visit today and she was very impressed and said that this facility is a really nice place. I would recommend Woodbridge Place Senior Living to others!

The reason we gave a 2 on the meals is for a vegetarian. Meals take along time to get delivered and what's ordered is not always delivered or available. If we could give the friendliness of staff a 4.5 we would. The majority are great, caring, comforting and friendly. A couple are not like that. Base don the experience we have had so far, we would absolutely recommend this community to other families.

Staff are very friendly and are always outgoing and happy. They care about what we want and the ED has a meeting every week to discuss our needs. There is always something to do and a great big event every month. We loved the Disco Party a few days ago.. so much fun. A great place to be.

By far the best facility we viewed and we saw a bunch. The staff takes care of my mother in law and keeps her very busy doing activities where she can be successful. Residents enjoy cooking, gardening, outings and painting. We are very pleased!

I would say it not to big, just the right size... everyone knows each other, it's a tight community.

What we like the most about The Enclave of Springboro is the staff members, they engage with the residents. Base don the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to other families looking for a place for their loved ones.

We moved our mom to Enclave 3 years ago during the middle of Covid. It was such a hard decision to make and we were so worried that we did window visits every day because in the beginning we weren’t allowed in. We’ve seen the good and the bad and are grateful for all they have done and are doing for mom. She’s now in their memory care and the Director is wonderful. She has a lot of activities they do and they are working hard to find the right staff not just anybody. I’ve heard horror stories from a friend of mine who’s mom is in another facility and even though Enclave isn’t perfect it’s HOME. I can actually go out of town now to visit my grandkids and not worry about her.

I cannot express how happy I am to know that my loved is cared for at Somerby by the administration and staff as if they were their own family. Somerby is inviting and the staff are welcoming and helpful with all my mother's questions and needs. What a blessing it has been to have her in a community that upholds integrity and compassion toward all of the residents, families, and staff. Thank you Somerby for loving my mother and our community.

We saw the Blake's independent living accommodations! Wow. Our little American Gothic cottage at The Blake seemed sparkling with fairy dust when we first saw it: perfect, precious, a sunny corner unit with beautifully manicured lawn and charming floral accents, and a front porch that quickly became our favorite room in the house. My husband knew instantly that we were home. Six weeks later, we moved in. There was an authentic warmth from our first visit at The Blake that stuck out over other places we were looking into.

We chose Somerby of Mobile over other facilities we looked at just because of the overall feeling that we got about the facility during our tour experience. The people and the building itself were all great! The staff have been very helpful and kind. They are so sweet to mom and the other residents there seem so happy. I would definitely recommend Somerby of Mobile to other families who are looking.

We toured with Bridges of Bent Creek and found it to be a really nice facility. My loved one is not ready to try another facility yet. We're hoping she'll change your mind and were encouraging her to do so but until she agrees we're not going to force her to leave her home.

My loved one talks all of the time about how nice everyone is. We met with [name removed]who showed us around & we were very impressed with the facility & the staff. I like a staff that is always smiling. Magnolia Place is very clean, too. I would definitely advise others to consider the facilities.

My loved one is a resident at Bridges of Bent Creek and the experience has been great. The staff is always very friendly and calls us by our first names. The cleanliness is evident everywhere. The food is great with great choices for 3 meals a day. The atmosphere is evident as soon as you walk in the door. The move in process was a bit uncomfortable until one received answers to questions, then it was good. Step by step. I would recommend this facility to family and friends.
