The staff is friendly and always willing to help. The room sizes are good and for my mom, they have plenty of room.

My mom has been at The Enclave for almost a month and I don't even recognize her. She is thriving. After losing my dad, I knew I couldn't care for her by myself and the staff at Enclave have been amazing. She loves the food and this is coming from a very picky eater (sure, she has grilled cheese and cheeseburgers frequently, but she LOVES them). She even started attending some of the activities which I wasn't sure if she would ever do that. She has made some nice friends as well. In what I thought would be a disaster because she didn't want to go and didn't think she needed to go to assisted living, it has been a dream. I hope nothing changes!

I would definitely recommend. Everyone there is so nice! It looks more like a fancy hotel than senior living when you walk in, not depressing at all (which was my mom's fear!). Also, they have an indoor pool with water aerobics classes twice a week, which was a big selling point! Everyone, from staff to other residents, are incredibly friendly. Huge closets, too!

Questions were addressed with clarity, their services clearly defined and outside support systems identified , defined and with contact numbers provided. The staff worked as a team and understood who could best address our concerns Efficiently was stellar. Response time to emails was immediate which validated our need for connection as our family is spread out from Seattle to Washington DC with little immediate family near my sister, who is a new resident at Somerby’s independent living section

Although my mother has passed, I'm reflecting on what a fantastic and life changing experience it was for Mom to be at the Bridges at Bent Creek. Mom was fiercely independent but eventually could see the need for assistance. Every person we interacted with from the front desk to the management directors (and all the great daily staff in between) were caring and genuine in their help. I've always felt responsible for Mom's well being and her residing at the Bridges at Bent Creek was uplifting for me too. I won't go into details but the care Mom received and the interactions I've had (well post Mom's passing) tell me how authentic and wonderful these people truly are. Thanks to all of you!

I would give them 5s across the board. I didn't interact with them much as Dad was being disrespectful to me but he was well cared for while there. Based on the experience we have had, we would definitely recommend this community to other families.

We are well acquainted with what care for elderly should encompass. My Mom moved to Camelia Place because it not only meets, but exceeds our requirements for a home for Mom. She deserves the best living environment -clean, calm, peaceful, happy, healthy. We have found Summer Village Camelia Place to have a professional and caring staff, and management clearly is tuned in to resident needs. It is so good to see nurses , care associates, management on site who, in just one week, have been diligent about getting to know my Mom, her health concerns, and interests. It appears there has been a lot of training among staff and management and it shows in their approach to the memory care residents living here: we are just relived and happy to have found Camelia Place.

The food at Somerby Franklin is very good. The dining wait staff usually in their first entry-level work experience and some more training to provide consistency would be helpful.

It is a very caring facility where I feel the staff from the cleaners to activities treat everyone with such kindness and feels like genuine relationships. I would not hesitate to recommend. Has a homey/inviting feel as well as nice touches. I do feel it is very pricey, yet that is what Maine is pricing.

The carpets need to be replaced in the lunch area, halls and entrance area. The rooms themselves are great at Summer village Campus.

Significantly nicer facilities than others, and they had both memory care for my dad and independent living for my mom.

Staff were genuinely interested in our Dad. Asked about his likes & needs. Made him. & us feel relaxed & comfortable. We feel great knowing he is well fed, warm & well attended to . Now we can visit and enjoy him

There seemed to be confusion sometimes between what was told to me one day, and then different a few days later. For instance, on a Sunday, I was told that my SIL needed more protein drink. The nurse and I even counted out how much was left, until I could return with more (from out of state) on the Wednesday. When I got there, with a heavy carton of it, I was told she didn't need it, and did I want it back? I just left it. I also felt like I was not told enough about [name removed] condition, and I was one of her two POA's for Health! Some of my concerns were with Hospice, but the nurse in charge told me she couldn't tell me more, only to the name that was listed with hospice. ([name removed] oldest son-who didn't always share with me!) A friend told me that in Baton Rouge, where I live, hospice nurses leave documentation in the room. A folder containing such things as day and time of visit, BP of patient, etc. I definitely think this should be done in AL as well! You might also add that most people would not have been able to afford the extra expenses that [name removed] family was paying for extra "round the clock" care for her! Especially overnight. Why wasn't she able to be checked on during the night by an attendant already there?

Great, friendly staff always attentive to our mother’s needs. She has been a resident for about 12 months and is happy at the Bridges at Bent Creek. We love the facilities for our visits where we can cook and have a family gathering.

Bridges has met my expectations. Room is comfortable. Food is excellent and staff is very friendly. Nursing care is excellent and my Dad is also getting Hospice care. Facilities are clean and in good repair.

Any lowering of scale is due to staffing turnover. New employees take time to develop relationships with residents. And residents do not receive maximum care, friendliness, activities with turnover of staff members. Otherwise we are very happy with Somerby Franklin.

Woodbridge was my first choice due to the excellent staff and accommodations and services that they offer. My Aunt 81 yrs old who lives out of state was very impressed and said I did very well finding Woodbridge and that it was one of the nicest she has ever seen.

Caring, clean facility with kind and helpful staff. Meals are decent and well rounded. Activities appropriate for residents.Facility safe and secure where residents cannot wander off. Sign in and out system for visitors.

My mom has been a resident of The Bridges at Bent Creek since April 2024. She is residing in the memory care unit. The facility is clean . The staff is friendly and knowledgeable, when you have concerns or questions the response time is very quick. Honestly there have been a few hiccups along the way, but have been addressed in a reasonable time, and satisfactory manner. The food is very good. Dining experience is nice. Activities are provided to keep the residents from wanting to sleep all day.

I worked to get my mother in the Enclave. While she was recovering in the hospital. [name removed] with admissions is hands down the easiest person to work with. Always upbeat answered every question I had and bent over backwards to help me. My mother left the hospital with more medical needs then anyone could have guessed. She had bathing needs, medicine, dressing , and pretty much around the clock needs. The staff performed flawlessly the really answered the bell. From the night she got there I knew she was in the right place. These people worked tirelessly for 2 weeks calming her engaging her and motivating her. She passed away on the [date removed]. And you would have thought the crew lost their best friend I will never forget everyone who was involved in her care. The facility is by far the nicest and we'll manged I went to. I pray everyone has the experience I had and God bless.
