The meals are fair. They were better at the beginning. I think the kitchen staff changed. They could use a different chef. Food quality is fine. It's just the flavor of dishes can be lacking. Housekeeping is good during the week. Weekends can be tough. Hard to find and keep good help. The staff is great. Very caring. My father-in-law passed away [date removed]. The whole staff who knew him were in tears. The activity driver is pulling together a group to come to the funeral. Amazing to me that they were so invested in him. There's a new General Manager who has made big improvements. The wellness director also changed for the better. It seems more organized. The new activity director has an amazing memory for names/faces. He was there when Tom first moved in then left. He returned after all the recent management changes. He knows all the residents and their likes and dislikes. He's the best. At this point, I'd say it would be hard to beat what the Enclave offers. A few residents left to a new facility nearby. They came back. It's never going to be like being at home in your house, but it's a really nice place when you need extra help.

This community is the best in the area! As a nurse myself I have toured all of the communities and chose to put my mom in here because staffing was great, food was delicious (really good food), the lifestyle engagement was top tier! One day they all went on a Dolphin Cruise in Destin, weekly trips to the beach that are handicap friendly, another time there was a huge party with line dancing, and every night there is happy hour. My mom is truly loved and cared for! They recently had a major renovation in the community and it is quintessential 30a coastal chic.

I would give five to all. It was always clean, the staff was wonderful with my mom, the PT was a little disappointing but her memory was not good so she couldn't remember what she was suppose to do. In the beginning she loved the food but later she didn't say much , she loved doing the activities until she fell and then it was hard to get her to do much but they tried. I thought the price was high but as I hear from others the price was good. This was the only place we looked at in the area.

I will rate them as a 10 overall. Every dept. and management is spectacular. Perfect fit for my father. We absolutely would recommend them to other families, we toured 3 other facilities and this was by far the best fit for us. We love everything about the place. Food is delicious, plenty of activities, staff extremely friendly and helpful. I'm glad A place for mom was able to help me cause the hospital was useless

Everything has been wonderful at Woodbridge Place Senior Living. My father-in-law has had a couple of trips to the hospital and they've handled them very well. He absolutely loves the food. Everybody is so helpful. My father in law was able to move in there with his dog and there is a lady that comes and walks the dog and helps him to feed her.

Somerby Franklin is very nice and is packed with activities. The staff is very nice and knows the residents (and their pets) by name. The housekeeping is generally good, although there is some turnover in the housekeeping and dining room staff. The food is high quality. It is an upscale, vivacious community. I would recommend Somerby Franklin to others.

The facility is very nice. They take pride in it, and it shows. There was a nice garden area we could take Mom to get her outside. The staff was friendly, and cared about the residents. As all places, they struggle to keep staff. The main caregivers were there during the week. The weekends were a little dicier, because they weren't there in a regular basis like the weekday staff. It still nice. Really liked the person who is responsible for the memory care unit.

Somerby Independent Living Community is located perfectly for all conveniences, medical appointments, pet care, shopping, and recreation. The facility is clean, well designed, and open. There are several amenities available on site. And the other residents and Somerby staff are personable, caring, helpful, welcoming, and most of all, accessible. You can participate in many activities or just a few. We enjoy our apartment and have had a wonderful experience thus far.

I have lived here since the day Somerby opened. I made the commitment to live here about 6 months before Somerby opened and I’m glad I did. This facility was even more awesome than I anticipated! The staff is one of my reasons for living here. They are friendly and caring. [name removed], our Executive Director, is very responsive, always available and has a bright smile. All the staff say hello, know us by name and it’s reassuring. [name removed] on the concierge desk is absolutely the best thing about Somerby in my opinion. Not only can she do 3 things at the same time but she is pleasant, welcoming and caring. I can’t say enough good things about her. Our residents are friendly and welcoming to newcomers. So if you are looking for a good place to live, look no further. SOMERBY IS WAITING TO BE YOUR NEW HOME!!!

We are extremely pleased with the care that my mother is receiving. I highly recommend The Blake for many reasons: a beautiful facility, wonderful meals, and many fun activities for the residents.

I chose the enclave because of value for cost. It was also the right size facility for my mother, big enough to offer a lot, but not overwhelming in size. I would recommend to others.

We experienced minor issues on move in because it was on Dec 24 (normal staff were short) -- the room was not in order -- they had bought a bunch of stuff for the room and it was in shopping bags when we arrived -- some minor missing items like mugs etc that they filled in once we identified what was needed. Again, I think if it had not been Christmas Eve, everything would have been in better order. The only other comment we have was around communication when the hot water was out. They were unrehearsed in how to handle the communication with clients, families and between themselves... as a result, the fix was delayed. We ultimately had to escalate the matter to ensure management was aware and getting a fix...with cold weather, this was frustrating for my MIL. We spoke to a couple staffers who were happy working there -- no issues when there was a recent management change / rebranding. All in all, we had a good experience and would use Washington Pointe services again!

My mom resisted coming to Woodbridge only because she wanted to be home. She is there 2 months now and she has changed for the better. I think the whole experience of not being alone compounded with making new friends has mad her happier and I sense relief that she is not having to deal with everyday, what used yo be struggles. She is enjoying being pampered too! Her being there has eased the worries of her kids.

The staff at Somerby is top notch. The help and love they have given my mom since she moved in has been next level. Any senior looking for a new residence should give this place a look. It is by far the nicest and newest of what’s available in north Atlanta.

It was a great place. I had check it out before we went. I would recommend to others.

My dad was only a resident at Woodbridge Place Senior Living for a couple of weeks, as my mom decided that she could handle him at home. They were very good to him and my mom.

The staff at Somerby of Mobile is very involved with the residents.

The place is not fancy like some of others we looked at, but staff is very good from the top down. There is plenty to do and mother is very active. The nursing staff has been very good. My mother is happy with the food. We have recommended it to several of her friends.

Overall, the Enclave staff did an excellent job. I would give them ratings of 5 in all categories. The staff members are caring and very helpful. I would recommend this facility to others.

We chose Bridges because of their friendly staff, location, and value. I would recommend to others.
