Mom really likes it here. It is a very beautiful place. She absolutely loves the food. Everything is homemade. She raves to everyone about it. Everyone is friendly, the staff and the residents. They have really increased the amount of activities provided for the residents, mom really likes the field trips. She just wishes more people were involved in them. They have some really great piano players that come in and play during the social hours. She is very happy here and it is all working out. I would recommend them to others looking.

I had a wonderful experience with [name removed] and [name removed]. They answered not only all my questions but made me feel right at home from day one and that's mot something I got feom my other tours in the area.

The community was beautiful and well maintained. I didn't feel it would be the best fit for my loved one.

Having my parents there has been a god send. The whole situation prior was chaotic at best. And now we can rest knowing that they are safe there. Everyone has been friendly and welcoming there. My parents were resistant to going into any type of senior living. This has been the best move for them and their safety.

We love Somerby! Overall, they're very thorough, and they have really great communication with our family, which has been a relief compared to other places where my loved one has been. The facility is very aesthetically pleasing and clean. And my loved one enjoys the food. We've been very happy.

The community was built very nicely and of high quality. Everything was very nice from our experience with the community. This was one of the best value for the money we found. This was close to family and that was a plus for us.

The community reached out to my loved one to help them through a difficult time. The staff communication with the family is open and they are available.

We were very impressed with all the facilities. If our situation has been different, we would be living there now. We plan to try again in the spring.

We really like the facility itself and all of the amenities. The most important thing to us is the communication and care, and the staff have great communication with our family. Also the food is good.

My loved one likes the food a lot. They have a lot of options for the activites. We picked this community because, the staff is very engaging, the location and build itself feels like home. They have a great gym, and an oppucational therapist onsite. They made us feel, very welcomed as a family They also have a, Friday night happy hour.

Everyone has been very nice. The apartments are clean and pretty. A few issues with kitchen not being able to really accommodate my mom's celiac disease.

For someone looking for light assistance or moderate help, I think it is an amazing facility. My loved one does need the highest level of care so my opinion is a bit jaded, but they really have been wonderful. It is a brand new facility and is super clean. The staff really are helpful, [name removed]] the admissions director especially was amazing and made the whole move in process easier. I would absolutely recommend HarborChase of South Portland to other families.

My dad was very reluctant to give up his home of over 50 years. I took him to visit The Enclave twice, and the second time he accepted making the change and has had nothing but good care there since then. He goes on the outings and participates in activities. The only trouble we've had is with his TV and his motor skills, but the staff has been very accommodating in helping him straighten out those needs. They've been wonderful.

I toured Somerby Sandy Springs and it was wonderful, we thought we were going to choose this community. We chose another community because both of my parents could reside in a single apartment. At Somerby they'd have to have two residences or an independent with care added on top. It ended up being less expensive over medium- to long term to choose the other community, rather than paying for two apartments.

I love this place. It's so much better than the other two facilities that my aunt has been in, by far! They're warm and friendly here. When I visit, it's very obvious that they know my aunt. They greet me and tell me details from their conversations with her that tell me they've talked to her one on one and spent some time with her. They know and remember details! To me, that's just wonderful! The activities are so much better than the other places she's been. They also use an app to update families on them. It shows the daily activities that my aunt participated in and sometimes even pictures. The executive director is top notch. She runs a monthly support group for family members of the residents with guest speakers etc and she does a great job! She interacts with the residents daily. They even do activities one on one with the residents at times, ie: coloring, puzzles, card games. I really appreciate the one on one attention that they give her. Communication could be a little better, we have had minor issues at times. The facility is always clean and looks wonderful. High quality environment and always smells nice. The food is good quality and lots of choices. My aunt likes it and eats well. Previously, that was an issue for her. Not anymore! I have noticed some turnover, but I've found that everywhere. It's a little more expensive, but worth it. They truly care and it shows. I would recommend them to family and friends.

The Enclave at Springboro was beautiful. I loved everything about it. The cost was high, especially with all the levels of care. But even so, I selected them and had planned for my loved one to move in. Unfortunately his health declined before his scheduled move-in, and we had to go a different direction.

Our loved one was only there for a few weeks but during her stay we had a wonderful experience. The staff took really great care of our loved one and we would absolutely recommend Somerby of Mobile to other families.

My great grandfather used to live here before he died and he loved all the different meals that they would serve. And they did a lot of specialty meals. And they would celebrate birthday’s

We had a very good tour experience with HarborChase of South Portland - it just ended up not being the right fit for my loved one. The staff were all great but it just came down to what my loved one felt most comfortable with and another facility seemed to fit the needs just a bit better. She also wanted to stay close to where she grew up so the location played a factor in the decision as well.

We have had a fantastic experience at The Enclave at Scarborough. I would give the staff a 10 out of 5, they have been great and pay a ton of attention to detail and are so attentive to their residents. They are very accomdaioting to whatever the needs of the individual are -they have been wonderful with my mom. The communication with family is great as well, they always let me know when something happens and they also send emails conveying any information of what is happening within the facility. I would absolutely recommend them to others looking.
