Our experience so far with HarboChase has been really good and one of the special things about this place is they allowed our loved one to bring their dog. They have been very supportive of this decision, the staff will help walk the dog and even use the dog for therapy occasionally. It is a little expensive because when you need additionally services it can be a little costly

The tour was beautiful and well organized from the start. It was a no brainer that this was where we wanted to go. [name removed] the director is absolutely fantastic. Every single one of the staff members is so nice and they treat her very well. I don't have to worry about my mom, I know she is well taken care of. All of the meals are homeade and she always cleans her plate. She says the memory care unit is very peaceful and she loves it. The value for the money is great and absolutely worth it for what we are getting, the care is exemplary. I would most definitely recommend them without a doubt.

This community was nice and we enjoyed the tour but they had a 4 month waiting period and that kind of knocked it off of the list for us due to the urgency of our situation.

We are pretty impressed with the community. It is tidy, neat, and organized. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff interactions we have had have been great. The medication management, reminders to eat, and more are some of the care the community is able to provide. The apartment, laundry, housekeeping, changing of linens, transportation, and utilities are included in the monthly fee. There are activities for the residents to participate in. My loved one seems to enjoy the cornhole activity that is available.

The Black at Edgewater is a very clean, well kept and updated facility. The people seem to very very genuinely friendly and easy to work with. It is a great value which stood out amongst other communities in the area that we looked at. The rooms are bigger which also added to the better value. Overall it has a been a good experience and based on our experience we would recommend this community to others.

Somerby was my parents second choice and I really liked the facility and the people as well. It is a place that we just got a really good feeling when we walked in. Ultimately we got a little better feeling from another place which is why we decided to go with them instead.

I thought Somerby of Mobile was very nice. It was also very expensive, and quite a long way from where we live. So unfortunately they were not a consideration for us.

The staff is fantastic! Great personal care. Nice warm welcoming facility.

The Blake is a good place. We are satisfied with our experience here. The staff are responsive to the family's question or concerns. The Blake is able to take care of medication management, housekeeping, bathing, and hygiene for my loved one. They have food, activities laundry service, and the room that are included in the monthly fee. There is always an activity available for the residents to choose from. Celebrations, movies, walking, games, and more are some of the activities for the residents to choose from.

this is a new facility. it just opened up 6 weeks ago. my wife is in the memory care unit. the staff in the unit are caring, giving people. they pay attention to what people need and do what they can to help people get what they need. the staff spend their time with the people. they provided 1 on 1 assistance when needed. they reach out to make people feel supported. my wife is very safe here.

It's a very nice, friendly, clean and expensive place. They provide a lot of activities that my loved one enjoys. They keep her active. There is a huge turnover with kitchen staff. This makes the meals late due to this sometimes. I know the happy hour is ok for some but I don't think the alcohol is great for other residents in combination with their medications. Just my opinion. Other than that, I cannot say enough nice about them.

I loved the community and would have chosen this community for myself. My loved one decided to choose another community that fit her better.

It's very appropriate for any level of care for your loved one. The staff assists with any extra needs the resident has and they work well with the family.

During our loved ones stay at The Enclave, we had a wonderful experience. She was on the memory care side and the care the staff members gave was outstanding. Based on the experience we had with this community we would recommend them to other families searching for a place.

When we first had our tour, it seemed like there was a lot of things for the residents to do, and it is a nice living situation. The feedback we get from our father is that he seems to really be liking the meals being served. There is a lot of different activities going on for the residents, and based on our experience so far we would recommend the MacArthur Hills community to others.

I had a great tour experience with Somerby. The facility looked very nice and was clean. They offered assisted living and memory care. Unfortunately it was just too pricey for us.

My loved one is very happy here. This is a nice little community, and close by to to shopping and the mall. The community isn't always able to accommodate special dietary restrictions for my loved one. If the time comes, this would be a place I would go to. They have 2 meals a day, and the resident can choose the two meals they want. Plus they clean my loved one's apartment. There is a full kitchen in the apartment as well with granite countertops and all appliances are furnished.

Nice community, just not the right fit for my loved one.

This is a beautiful community and very elegant. The people are very friendly at this community and it is well taken care of. My loved one is very very happy at this community and she is thriving.

I would highly recommend Bridges of Bent Creek. The staff are always friendly. If the RA's are asked to assist there is no attitude and they do what they is needed. This is the best place I could have put my mom, for this time in her life
