We would have given the community a 5 after we moved in, but they are now having some issues with the staffing. The services have been great, our loved one's apartment is great, and the people are very kind. There are plenty of activities inside the complex, but because of the pandemic they have stopped the day trips for now. They did recently have a big holiday party outside, and it was wonderful. The activities director has done an amazing job. Overall our loved one has said the food is good, but sometimes the meat is tough and hard to cut and chew. But the staff will help our loved one cut the meat with no problem. Our only issue is just with the trouble with the staffing members, but overall it has been a good experience.

We are very happy with Somerby of Peachtree City. We chose this facility because it was the only place at the time that we could put mom and still be able to go see her regularly. The administrative staff keep families updated by emails. I would recommend to others looking.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The cleanliness and friendliness of the staff are standouts to me. The overall experience has been good for us. I wish the nursing staff would be better, this may be due to turnover. Anytime I have questions or concerns the staff are receptive.

Some of my loved one's clothing items have been misplaced and this might be because of moving during COVID within the community. They offer a lot of activities for residents. It is a really nice community, the rooms are large. The courtyard is nice and everyone is friendly. I believe they have handled the COVID pandemic well.

It was hard to see first hand but we do believe the care services are very good. The food has mixed feedback, but our loved one does participate in some of the activities. One thing we did really like at first with this facility is they do not have what a lot of other communities have which is a graduated price scale regarding care. It is all in one inclusive price so your monthly payments are guaranteed to stay the same with no hidden fees.

They've been very friendly, very attentive. If you bring something to their attention, they take notice and are very reactive. They are pretty proactive in their communication with me, especially in memory care. We started out in the assisted living segment. I've been very pleased with the overall friendliness of the staff, from the minute you walk in until the minute you leave. I think the weekend staff is not as strong as the weekly staff. But I would definitely recommend Somerby at St. Vincent's.

The assisted living side and the care takers and help our loved one has been getting from certain individuals has been great. However when it comes to the administrative end it is a lot of the right hand not know what the left hand is doing and covid has impacted the community. Our loved one was at the community first for recovery with rehab and unfortunately we just have not really seen any changes, so were not sure if she is getting exactly what we expected. It is a beautiful place, it is like a resort and our loved ones room is always very clean and the staff members are all friendly.

We chose Woodbridge Place because we had seen it before years ago and we were pleased. The concierge service really seems to be on the ball especially when I have called with questions.

They were very helpful with the transition. The sales staff were very informative and gave us all the info we needed to make our decision. I would definitely recommend this community to others

They did offer a lot of activities, but due to covid they were pretty limited.

We chose Bridges of Bent Creek because of the sizes of the rooms, there a lot of was a lot of square footage for the price as well as the proximity to where she lived so friends could visit her. She was only here a short time but had a good experience and we would recommend to others.

We liked this one but decided against it for two reasons: 1. Too expensive and 2. Could not wear jeans to dinner so a bit too “fancy” for my mom

There was a high turnover in staff and we could never get a consistent person helping. Some of the staff could have been more friendly. the management seemed to be good but I didn't think she was getting the care we were paying for.

I really like the facility quite a bit. when looking I figured this would be the one that she liked the most and fit her needs the best. The units here are very nice and spacious, they have 9 and 10 ft ceilings. The ground floor units are less expensive. They are very well maintained and finished nicely. I would recommend this facility to others looking.

This is a pretty expensive community, however our loved ones seem to be very happy. The responsiveness and communication we had with the staff members really stood out to us, especially the communication with the operations manager. Our loved ones seem to be very happy with their room, they say it is clean and spacious.

We chose Woodbridge Place Senior Living because we thought the whole overall package was the best value for our money with the best facility. It is a smaller facility and it seemed manageable for what my aunt needed. They also seemed to be able to give a lot of one-on-one attention to their residents and are very friendly. The room sizes are good, she is on a one bedroom apartment they are relatively large and plenty of space for her. My favorite part about this community so far would be the friendliness of the staff members and residents that live here. I would recommend.

It is really a nice place. The people are friendly. When we first moved in the food was really good it has steadily gone downhill. We are moving out because to the food. Many others have the same issue with the food. The room sizes are good.

The community seemed clean for the short time that my mother stayed there. The staff was also very friendly. We felt the staff should have contacted us sooner when they saw my mother was physically ill in the morning. I only discovered her condition when I went to see her later that day. We felt this to be the result of a lack of attentiveness. There were good with activities. We noticed the staff did encourage residents to participate in activities as a group to increase social interaction. Because my mother was only there for four days, we asked The Enclave for our community fee back and ended up having to go back and forth with the central office multiple times in order to get it refunded.

It is a smaller facility, it has a more intimate feel. The staff all know the residents by name. It is a real hands on community, focused on giving a higher level of care to the residents. My aunt is borderline regarding memory care. At Woodbridge they are able to manage her needs in personal care. Their staff is good at recognizing when she needs PT and OT. It is pretty typical regarding layout and outdoor space. The outdoor space is well designed. It is a nice looking community. They have a movie room and do a movie every night. They do lots of activities everyday. They keep the residents busy. Since it is a smaller community it is easier for my aunt to stay involved. They have done a lot of outreach to families with facebook and other things so we can be involved while they can not visit.

A comfortable smaller scale community that provides independence with care plus memory care if needed. They offer a variety of activities in the community and have weekly outing trips. The Enclave ‘s staff are friendly and knowledgeable of their residents and their needs.
