What we like the most about Somerby Franklin is the friendly residents and maintenance staff. The meals services are improving and the billing is confusing, and transportation is not very useful.

Our experience has been very positive. But I would advise anyone looking for a senior living faculty to do a thorough inspection and interview current residents for an unbiased opinion. That is what we did and I believe that is why we are so satisfied. Plan ahead so sudden decisions don't have to be made.

I am grateful that they provide a safe place for my dad and they keep track of him and check on him every day, I appreciate that they provide meals and an opportunity for exercise and activities with other residents

I would recommend Bridges to my friends. Everyone is very friendly. But I would also tell them that they need to make sure they are getting the medical care that their doctor wants them to have from the Nursing Staff.

I am extremely happy with both A Place for Mom and Somerby! I have already recommended both! What's more my parents are extremely happy with their home at Somerby of Peachtree City.

We live in an attached villa with small fenced yard in which I have 7 roses in big pots, a very large vegetable planter plus gardenia bushes and a flower garden. We have a chocolate Labrador (4 yrs), a sunroom and a large front porch for visiting. We have many guests--our neighbors, family from all over the US, graduate students as my disabled husband continues to teach by Zoom. The 2-floor villa is perfect for us, but may be too expensive for single retirees. Somerby is NOT a place for socially awkward people.

Bridges of Bent Creek is a very classy community and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

The staff at Woodbridge Place Senior Living are always friendly and the senior staff always addresses any concerns. There seems to be frequent turnover of staff, which is probably normal in the industry. Housekeeping is regular and responsive to any additional requests/concerns in a timely manner. The move in process was easy. Communication with the family is improving-Changeover of staff. There seems to be variety of meal choices-I can't attest to the quality since I have not eaten there, but my loved one sure does.

Facility, Directors and nursing staff are outstanding and all seem empathetic. Would not hesitate on referring anyone. Food and activities were the reasons we chose Somerby and are pleased with overall services

The full-time staff is friendly, especially when family is visiting. There seems to be quite a variety of staff, performs filling in @ night & weekends. The housekeeping seems okay & they are great in keeping up with the laundry. Communication with the family is not so great, only happens when our family requests info do we get it. We have asked for a copy of dad's care plan (multiple times), but have not received anything & it has been 2 months. Our move in process was smooth, [name removed] was instrumental with the process. The meals are not bad, I have eaten with dad and the dining area is very nice. I would recommend this facility, the smallness of it is great, location is closer to members of our family which is good. Overall care is okay.

I’m sure my brother is getting very good care there. The caregivers and entire staff are very nice! They all know my brother and call him by name. Dining room is very nice , food is good with lots of choices. My only complaint is that communication is difficult. All calls must be made through the front desk, and many times they don’t return my calls. Since I am 470 miles away, I’d like to talk to caregivers more often Also, laundry has some difficulties getting sheets, towels and clothing back to the proper person, but I suspect that’s the case for all assisted living.

I have left Summer Village for several reasons. First, I'm doing better and don't need that level of support. The cost jumped a bit more than expected, and other residents told me that was the second increase in a year. I didn't get hit with the first because I was still under lease. The quality of the food and available choices had deteriorated markedly. I chose the apartment I did because I had the option to glass in the screened patio for a sewing room. When I moved in, I discovered a leak in the patio roof, so I was unable to proceed with my plan. It was never fixed during the 13 months I was there. Maintenance was so overworked they could not complete small jobs they had agreed to. Housekeeping was supposed to come in weekly, but often came at much longer intervals, up to a month sometimes. Since I no longer felt the need for their supportive services, I was able to find a very nice apartment back in Columbus for a little over 1/3 the cost of Summer Village, which allowed me to take on the additional cost of Electricity and food without difficulty and still save something for emergencies. I'm loving my new place and getting back into the swing of cooking for myself, which is having a positive effect on my health. While I would still recommend Summer Village for someone whose needs require that level of support, I feel that I'm way to independent of their community.

Friendly and attentive staff, engaging activities, sincerity and kindness. I would recommend Somerby of Mount Pleasant to anyone looking.

The enclave had availability in the town I was looking for. I would recommend to others.

We struggled a bit with the move in and orientation, there wasn't a lot of follow up or attention initially to help my loved one settle in. It took a week to get a welcome packet BUT since then everything has been wonderful. The staff is excellent and the general atmosphere is very upbeat and welcoming. The residents all seem very cheerful. I would absolutely recommend Somerby of Mount Pleasant to others.

Overall good experience. Biggest concern is that they are short staffed and I should have asked more questions about staffing

It had all the features I was looking for- physical therapy, activities, meals, care, salon, access to podiatrist, and the specialty dog for those missing their pets like me.

The staff at The Enclave of Newell Creek is wonderful. They are very caring and helpful. The activities coordinator is super responsive in Life Loop. Anyone working the front desk gets ahold of appropriate staff when we need something. The button works too, but my loved one won't use the button. Nurse [name removed] is very good at creating a customized plan for each resident. Helpful tip for new families: ask nurse [name removed] to walk through daily schedules for your loved one. That way you understand what to tell them regarding when care givers will be walking into the apartment to clean, grab laundry, change bed, etc. Also, schedule a follow up several months after move in to walk through changes you might want and go through personal observations to get a more customized care plan in place. Never feel like you're bothering the staff. They have a quick easy way to communicate with Life Loop. Nurse [name removed] is better with email. We would recommend the facility. The food could be better, but it is nice to have food available all day.

I like that staff take care of my mom very well and that they all like her. Many go out of their way to talk to her. Read to her, etc. They seem to genuinely care about her. The only issue I have is that it takes a while for staff to answer the call bell. It has since gotten better. I really have no other complaints. They take really and care of my mom. She didn't utilize the activities

Dealing with communication of financial dept. and change of care contract's could definitely be better. But mom and I love it. I would definitely recommend the Enclave to someone. We were really struggling to find mom the right fit.After a couple setbacks in other facilities we were blessed with meeting you.
