This community was just not the right fit for my loved one it seemed more like assisted living and that was not what I was looking for.

We had an incident at the very beginning where my loved one fell. Since then they've been wonderful. I think they're caring. As far as me calling and them getting back to me, they're great about that. And that means a lot to me. They're great about answering any questions I have, and I never feel like they're in a rush trying to get rid of me. The director who helped line things up for us got us in quickly during a crisis time. They were very understanding.

They had a weekly calendar for activities for the residents to partake in. I would recommend this community. My family and I toured a lot of communities, they were all nice. What made me decide on this community was the room cost was lower than others in the area, and no annual rate increase when my loved one was there. There was no increase if my loved one needed more memory care.

The place is very peaceful and quiet . The staff is great!!

The physical surroundings are still new and provide pleasant backdrop. There are adequate staff who strive to meet the needs of residents.

My mom moved in a few months ago and I don’t think I’ve ever seen her so happy. The staff is amazingly friendly and helpful. The facility is beautiful, well kept up and well laid out.

This is a wonderful place. Caring staff, clean and bright. Best decision ever.

My parents have been at the Atria since it opened. My Mom has since passed and they have been like family to my Dad. So thankful for this assisted living facility. Many caregivers, especially [name removed], have reached out to my parents in a loving, caring way. [Name removed] especially as gone the 2nd mile. Even the receptionists, like [name removed] have been so sensitive and caring every time we visit. The food is good, the facility is beautiful, the rooms are accommodating. We love the church service they have every other week and the bingo groups. Everyone is friendly which leads to a family like environment. We would highly recommend Atria to anyone who is looking for a place with assistance and help for their loved one. [name removed] , of Springboro

My parents are very happy with Camellia Place. My parents have been there for almost a month and they love it. The staff is so helpful and friendly. I have eaten with my folks at the dining room and the food is excellent! Meals are wholesome and healthy and lots of variety. The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is very courteous, and everyone is so helpful and has been wonderful. I highly recommend this place.

Our Loved one has lived here for 5 years and is thriving. There is a new Site Director who is dynamic and her enthusiasm is contagious. She is committed to hiring caring, qualified staff and promoting a safe environment for all residents. The apartments are a perfect size when residents want to retire to their private quarters. Seniors tend to isolate so the common areas have been remodeled and are where the residents congregate for activities. The monthly activities vary. The food menu changes and the Chef is accommodating with special requests. There is always someone in the lobby to greet you and direct you. The staff address all residents by name and treat them with respect. There is a hominess in the facility and they encourage residents to participate in activities that interest them. The driver is caring beyond words and safely transports residents to their doctors appointments. Each staff member brings a sensitive caring approach to these Seniors who need a little extra help or supervision. Can't say enough about the quality of this facility. It is the next best place to be if your loved one can no longer live independently in their own home. There is a peace of mind that our loved one is receiving 24 hour supervision as needed. I work in healthcare and have been in many facilities. I highly recommend Woodbridge for your loved one.

Somerby is outstanding !!

We have signed the lease, but have not moved my mother in yet. She should be moving in a couple of weeks, but so far everyone has been great and very helpful. We have taken 2 tours, one without my mother and one with her. Also we ate in the dining room both visits and the food was great!

Bellivita was very helpful and patient with our family while trying to convince all parties concerned that this was the best thing we could do for our mother. Now that we have managed to get her into Bellavita everyone can see how much better off and safer she will be while residing there. The people there are very helpful and friendly about all things concerning her health and welfare. Every day that we visit her there we feel even better than the day before that we have done the best thing possible for her at this time in her life.

The staff has been good. I really like the activities that they offer the residents. My in laws have been enjoying there dining and the food and also getting to know the people. I just wish that they were able to take there leftovers to there room.

This is a lovely community, and I really like it here. Everybody is very kind and welcoming. The staff is excellent, they are very helpful and accommodating. There are many activities to choose from, I've tried a few of them. The food is excellent, I enjoy the meals. Everything has worked out very well for me here. I would highly recommend it, it is a good place.

I moved my mother in from another facility from another city. The welcome was above and beyond what we have ever experienced before. Every staff person knew her name, came to visit the 1st day, had an entry Welcome sign on an easel outside her door. Every major staff manager was there - laundry, cook, caregivers, lead nurse, HR, sales manager (who also gave the us a basket of goodies and a bottle of desert wine), and a tour of the facility for Mom. She immediately felt warmed, received and accepted. Since then, she has met new caregivers who EACH take time with her to encourage her to rest, but keep on coming down to meals to meet people. The apartment is 1 bedroom that is bright, easy to decorate with her things, and supplied with frig and kitchen area which her own children can use. The rooms are bright, sunny, happy, and larger than we saw other places. Ceiling fans, nice window treatments, and freshly painted walls are so nice and fresh. They helped us with pricing what was right for Mom's budget. MacArthur Hills was a GREAT choice for my mother. There are so many activities for her to choose from - depending on her health, strength, and interest. We are so happy for and with her.

From the first phone call, the staff at Bella Vita were very friendly and courteous. They showed a very caring attitude while we were moving my mother-in-law into her room. The facility is just beautiful and homey at the same time. Even though it has been just a little while since she's been there, I feel she will soon feel "at home". She is in the memory care unit.

The staff at The Bridges made the recent transition of our loved one from home to assisted living so easy. Their main focus was making our loved one feel welcome and they made sure he was included in the decision making process. They continue to go out of their way to make sure he is adjusting nicely, his medications are accurate and given on time, and his family is updated on any issues. He feels at home in his new surroundings. We look forward to many years of good relationships.
