A plus care for their residents. The staff are understanding, patient and treat everyone with respect. Activities are always planned to keep the residents active and interested. They provide a peace of mind, since I know they are providing the very best for my Dad.

The staff and facilities at the Hearth have more than met our expectations. Moving a parent to a facility like the Hearth Memory Care unit is difficult. However, the staff has made the transition seamless. My mother is well taken care of, her needs are met, and she is very happy. Her quality of life improved 100% when she entered the Hearth.

Somerby has been an all-around wonderful experience for my mother. She was hesitant to move initially, but within weeks she was socializing and playing cards and making new friends and picking up hobbies she never knew she would enjoy! Her life is full and fulfilling, and she looks forward to each new day at Somerby.

My mother lives in a Somerby villa. We are very pleased with the staff, facilities, activities and restaurant! Also, the security is very important and my mother feels safe at Somerby.

We looked at many assisted living locations before deciding on The Bridges at Warwick. The building is beautifully decorated and the food is delicious. The staff was sincere and truly had the residents best interests at heart. Shortly after moving in, our loved one had a medical issue. The staff at The Bridges worked with us over several days and even the weekend to find appropriate treatment and help during this very stressful time. After receiving treatment, they welcomed Dad back with open arms and even helped us to closely monitor him for any setbacks. We are so grateful for their knowledge and care, our family doctor did not even know where to begin. We are so happy to have our Dad back in every way! We were fortunate to find a place with exceptional people like [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed], [name removed] and [name removed]. We are so happy to have found this at The Bridges at Warwick!

Just as clean; pleasant; and welcoming as Azalea Place with good food. I liked Azalea Place better because the studio apartment, which is currently available was larger with small kitchen/bar area. No refrigerator, kitchen sink, counter area at [removed]. Dining room looked a little more institutional looking than Azalea Place.

My Mom and Dad moved into the Bridges shortly after it opened. Dad at 89 yrs old suffered from congestive heart failure and a number of other diagnoses he passed within a few weeks.. We believe, he pass because he knew Mom was in a good place and would be taken care of. She really enjoyed the activities, the brain teasers and the entertainment. She was social ,and happy. Prior to that move she was isolated, depressed and sad.... Dementia is a horrible disease, it robs the family of their loved one, but a place like the Bridges know how to deal with sundown syndrome and the depression and this disease. My Mom passed just 2 weeks ago at the Bridges while in hospice. Three days before her passing, I walked into her room and found the head RN, sitting with her just talking to her and showing her compassion and dignity. This is what she needed and deserved. Beautiful very clean facility, Allows for Independent Living to Assisted Living to Monitored Living as needed, Excellent balanced meals provided in a beautiful dining facility. Medical staff on-site with Geriatrics Doctor on-site 1 day/wk., Physical Therapy center on-site, On-site church services by a resident retire minister, Washer/Dryer combinations in every apartment, Stainless Steel appliances in the Kitchen, Residents must press a button in their apartment each morning by 10:00 am notifying security they are okay. If action does not occur, the staff checks on the resident. Clearly the resident’s safety, enjoyment, comfort and wellbeing are a high priority of Somerby. The only con in our opinion, it had the highest lease and community fee of the all the communities we toured in the Birmingham area.

Moved in with wife 2 years ago. Wife died Feb '17. Have no complaints. Breakfast excellent. Other meals ok. Sort of like the Army. Activities good. Exercise lady, [name removed] very good. Glee club good. I love the coordinator. Staff friendly and helpful. Should not have fired [name removed] last year. Big mistake. Apartment is very nice. [Name removed] is excellent!

This facility is amazing. The staff here are excellent at compassionate care giving, The support group has truly been a blessing in my life.

We love living here! the amenities are perfect for us. It's peaceful sitting and bird watching on the back porch. The food is delicious. The common areas are tastefully decorated, and most of all, the staff is super helpful and friendly. We recommend Somerby highly!

I would recommend Somerby to anybody! Everyone here is so happy and carefree. From the staff to the residents. The facility is very clean and when you walk in the front door you feel welcome.

Somerby of Mobile is the BEST Mobile has to offer.

Talked with [name removed], did not do a tour, at this point the price would rule out this location. Though it is a true full service to end of life and bears consideration if others do not provide similar services in some manner. [name removed] was a good resource and did not dismiss me after the price discussion, but rather continued and had suggestions of other places to consider.

Decidedly upscale facilities in every aspect. All support requirements for the residents are available on site or transportation is provided as required for doctor appointments, etc. Hospice patients can remain at the facility until the end. No move to a nursing home. The rates are reasonable for the quality of the environment and facilities provided. Value received for the dollar spent is the best of all the facilities I visited. The physical location of the assisted living facility is secure and removed from busy traffic. At the time of my visit, there were only 2 units available out of the many choices of floor plan. I would have preferred to have a few more options but I believe the unit selected is fine.

My mother-in-law is 86 with significant short term memory and various medical challenges, including mobility. She has been a resident at Bridges for the last few months. I cannot say enough good things about the loving care and support that she has received at Bridges. The staff is friendly, courteous and very capable. There are countless daily activities and many special events that enhance the life of the residents, The building is beautifully appointed, providing an important sense of dignity to the residents. I have already recommended Bridges to several others and plan to continue to share all that it offers.
