Bridge Senior Living

It is amazing. They will have the whole thing up and running August 1st. I was impressed with all the staff that I met. I can't wait to be there and have all the wonderful amenities up and going.

I've only visited a few times, as I am located out of state, but everything I've heard from my family has been great. It's a nice looking community, and the staff are very friendly. Mom has had a few complaints about the care, but that may just be her getting used to a new setting and this type of care.

A really outstanding facility. A very updated facility. They appeared to have activities, it was very clean. I like the dining area set up. All the residents and staff we came in contact with were really friendly.

Their value was extremely good. It was exactly what I expected and was told it would be. It was a true bargain, an amazing bargain. It was beautiful, I can't think of one single thing, the paperwork the attention to detail were wonderful! They had an extremely good activities program for people with dementia, and very up to date right down to the color of the decor. They have exactly the color schemes recommended for dementia patients. We were really impressed. The food was fine. There were no complaints. I can't think of anything they could improve or do better on I would have to strain my mind a bit to actually try to find anything even the parking was really good. The building is newer and has a moderness to it.

I think it's going well, I have moved other relatives and friends in there as well. It's clean and neat and they seem very attentive. I call them about things that need to get done and the girls at the front desk will put the work order right in. When they push the button they come right away. They carry a button that stays with them and if they need something, it will tell the staff who pushed it, and where they are, whether they fall down or need something. When they do go up to the room the caregivers have a button too and they have to push both buttons at the same time to show that they responded. We do have a companion for getting dressed and showering, who maybe brings up her breakfast and lunch. They do offer seven different levels of care at an extra charge. The food has been good. I haven't had issues any of the times I've eaten there they are appetizing and look good. They have a private room you can reserve for family events. The staff was very friendly. they all seemed to say hello and it was relatively quiet. They have activities but when you walk down the hall way, you don't hear people yelling or screaming. They have a living room type of area where people can do their puzzles and places to sit that is not in your room they are very nicely furnished with nice views out the windows. I know they are going to be fed and they will keep track of everything.

Mom seems so happy here, she's improved 100% since moving in. It's a beautiful, clean facility, and all the residents just seem happy. The activities are great, they're good at organizing people into different activities based on their physical abilities and awareness, so there's something for everyone. The dining services are great, as well! The food is delicious, and there's such a nice community atmosphere in the dining room. All of Mom's needs are taken care of throughout the day, they're always doing little things you wouldn't even think to ask for. The woman who helps her get ready for bed tucks her in and does everything but give her a kiss goodnight! Mom feels safe and content. I really have no complaints, if I could rate them higher than 5 I would!

Place had good energy. People where active and happy.Building in nice and has all the amenities. Price may be out of reach for us.If they are willing to deal I would listen and if we could ,I would b place Mom there.Residents polled on the front porch had very good reviews. 5 stars at a lower price

Really loved the community. Lots of resident involvement. Very nice living and dining areas. Nice outside area. Expensive but very impressed. Residents seemed happy and well adjusted.

While this facility is 14 years old, it look much newer. I enjoyed meeting EVERYONE, from the chef in the kitchen to the nurse supervisor. While looking at some of the floor plans, a resident asked if I wanted to see her apartment. It helped me see what an apartment could look like with personal touches.

very well liked. bright, friendly. the room was nice and spacious for even a small room. the restroom was very accessible. definitely in consideration for final decision.

My Mom moved into Woodbridge Place on June 26th. She is very content and impressed with her new home.

My sister lived here. The accomodations are a bit upscale for my Mom.

I was very happy to get my Mom into Woodbridge. For someone in the 80 to 90 year old range there are many activities to stimulate older folks. Workers are genuinely nice and place is a little run down. My Mom is 96 so she not in great shape so she can't reap benefits place has.

There is a $5 charge to get meals in room, $5 charge if residents need to be wheeled to meals. My mom said the cook no longer works there which is a shame the food was phenomenal. The do a lot of family gathering activities very well planned

For the memory care: if you're loved one is capable of taking care of their own space for the most part, then it's a good fit. They do not seem to go in and make sure my mom has showered everyday. She forgets to, which is why she is in memory care - so that's one of our bigger complaints. Other than that, her room is clean, but that may be on account of herself. They do make sure her she's getting her meals and medication(s), but the hands-on care may be a result of my mom refusing care. For the most part they are taking good care of her.

Our family had an in person tour and it was a nice tour experience, they were all very nice and informative

For a loved one in assisted living who doesn't need a great deal of service, I think it's ideal. It's a beautiful place. They have great opportunities for activities, and there's lots going on. The residents I've talked to all seem very satisfied. The people are very friendly and call me by name when I come in. You feel like they truly care. But if your loved one has a higher level of care needs, I'm not sure that it's all that they advertise it to be. I think they're understaffed, and I know they have temporary agency staff that comes in to assist. I think that' s happening everywhere right now though. But there are a lot of inconveniences that occur with those lower staff levels. Just keep in mind that it's group care, and you have to accept that it won't be the same as having your loved one with you in your own home. I think the cost is pretty high, but The Enclave is actually one the lesser expensive places I saw.

The staff are giving everything they have. The staff are being hired in to assist the memory care residents which is a new program. The person who is in charge of billing was very helpful in assisting in getting answers to my questions. Day to day the process is working for the community and my loved one. The meals are pheromonal. There are no activities currently happening in the memory care area. [Name removed], the activities director is great! My loved one likes being at the community. It has been a good experience for us at HarborChase of South Portland.

We had a good tour experience with Somerby of Mobile. It seems like a great facility to have a loved one in, but the location was too far from family
