The community is wonderful. They offer my loved ones activities base on her needs. My loved one is starting to adjust to the community and get around and meet people. The menu they offer my loved one is catered to the needs. The dining is whatever they want.

Excellent staff & facilities

One thing that i really liked about the community was the attentive staff. A little incident happened to my father but they got in quick direct contact with me. The place was always maintained clean and the meals were good. My father had no bad comments about the care or the meals. I would definitely recommend respite care in this community.

We chose The Bridges at Bent Creek for Mom through a series of unexpected events. All of the contacts with them were positive and they were willing to give us a second opinion on her dementia evaluation. Then they were also willing to suspend their normal intake schedule to take her on a weekend when we made our decision on a Friday afternoon as it was the last weekend of the month. All in all, they made a difficult decision easy and were very flexible in making the moving arrangements for Mom. We appreciated their efficiency and professionalism!

Thank you for helping us find The Bridges at Bent Creek. Mom has only been there a week, but she is doing well. The staff there is very accommodating & moved heaven and earth to help us move quickly. Thanks again!

I finally found a place that I can call home. I'm so glad I did! I absolutely love my new home. Once I finally sold my home I was able to move right in. I was so worried about having to wait and I didn't have to do that. The staff are great here and helped me with all of the things I was so worried about.

My family is very happy with Bellavita and that my mom decided to moved here. She had lived at another community for awhile, but needed more care. The staff are great and really care about the residents. After going to different places we finally found "home " for mom.

The staff at Somerby is wonderful, they are friendly and attentive to the residents. I was impressed with the person that took us on a tour of the community as he knew the names of every resident we meet. They have a full calendar of activities and my mom's only complaint is she does not have enough time for all of them. The food is good and it is a restaurant type style. The community is clean and well taken care of.

Mom moved into MacArthur Hills about a month and half ago and things are going great so far! The staff are nice and welcoming and have really made the transition easier. Mom likes the food on some days and sometimes she doesn't. They also have plenty of activities for the residents and I'm hoping that eventually Mom will participate. Good thing is I know she's in good hands at MacArthur!

They were great to work with right from the start. Now that my parents have moved in it is even better than I had hoped. You can see just how much everyone there cares about the people living there. I'm very happy we found Bellavita and moved Mom and Dad in there.

I was totally impressed. I felt like I was at a resort. The staff was so friendly and the facility bright, cheery, and clean. I thought the fee structure was very reasonable when compared to what I am paying at a basic assisted living facility. The memory care unit staff and planned activities surpassed my expectations. My only negative is that it is further from my home than what I want but, if this is the best place for my mother, then I will just need to learn to work around that issue.

Excellent facility. It is extremely clean and very well maintained. The staff is very sincere and genuine and puts your mind at ease that they will do everything necessary to help your loved one adjust to the new environment. It is a very sociable environment with other residents. They are very quick to approach a new resident and make them feel at ease. One thing I saw that was very touching was one of the staff accompanying two residents to a meal. She was holding their hands and they were all laughing and totally engrossed in conversation. In her first few minutes, Mom was invited to play Bingo as well as several other activities. One of our biggest concerns was the ability to draw Mom out and help her return to her old self. She had become bored and withdrawn at home. The selection of Somerby was very easy when you consider each of the key issues and weigh the cost versus the value received. My entire family is totally at peace with the decision and Mom seems to smile more.

They're really been great to us at MacArthur Hills! It's a very nice looking community, and the staff has been incredibly accommodating and friendly. My loved ones have very different levels of care, but they were able to take them both in and also make sure that they get to spend time with each other. I highly recommend them!

My mom just loves Bellavita at Scarborough. This is a fairly new facility , but don't let that scare you away. This place exceeded my expectations. Bellavita has everything that my mom needed. The dining room looks just like a restaurant and the food is outstanding. The activities my mom is doing day-to-day are just wonderful. They give her purpose and meaning in her life. The staff are amazing and very caring. I never I have to worry about the care of my mom. The tour I was given felt like I was at home. I was blown away because I never felt like I was walking into In a senior living home. The management is very compassionate and go above and beyond to make every visit a positive experience for whom ever walks in the door. Please take my word and stop in anytime. You won't be disappointed. If your mom or dad needs care and you don't know where to go , this is the place. There are many places where I could have brought my mom , but Bellavita was the only place where I didn't feel any doubt about moving foward. They gave me piece of mind and a new life for my mom. Bellavita at Scarborough is a great place! The care staff is very caring and is sincerely interested in my loved ones well being. The food is great and they are helpful if my family member wants to eat at a different time then normal. Love the buildings layout as well. Wifi and basic cable included, can't beat it!

It is absolutely lovely. She absolutely loves it there. The staff is lovely, and the facility is beautiful. They are very, very accommodating to her. She loves the food. Overall I would give it a ten. It wasn't a ton more expensive than others. The had a healthier more active environment that we really liked.

I would rate everything highly. The only issue we've had was a mix up with medication, but that has now been resolved. The food is excellent, they were having crab cakes the other evening, and Sunday brunch is delicious. We got a good feel when we first entered the building, we liked how homey it felt. They have a hair dresser and doctor on site, making it convenient for dad and for us. Another big plus is the occupational and physical therapy offered there.

We're very pleased by how things have gone at Somerby of Mobile! The staff here are friendly and professional, and they were really a huge help throughout the whole move-in process. They were very knowledgeable about what would help my loved one settled in fast, and knew the sort of challenges that might come up. Thanks to their guidance and hard work my loved ones have really settled in well here!

Somerby is a very nice place, overall! My loved one lived here for a time, and I was very impressed by the quality of the service and the friendliness of the staff! The care here is very good, they've got LPNs and CNAs on staff, and a registered nurse on-site at all times. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking into senior care in the area!
