It is been good until COVID hit and now I can't in and her doctor can't get in. My loved one needs healthcare which is a real concern right now. The food is terrible. The caregivers are great, friendly, very sweet, and my likes them. We chose this community because is was smaller,my mom liked the room, total cost was all inclusive price, and proximity to my house.

The facility was clean but was showing its age. There was marked evidence of their efforts to keep up the facility, however, normal aging of the facility was apparent. The staff was friendly, however, the only one that we had any real interaction with was the Marketing Director. All of the others seem to be occupied with other activities even though we could see them from where we were waiting at to have our discussion with. I was disappointed in the open location that our interview was conducted in. It was the only location that we were not taken to an office to provide and obtain our information. You are required to use their medical staff to obtain and dispense medication. There is a doctor that they use however, you can maintain your own medical team. The facility is open access until they secure it at night, generally around 9 PM. They do not accept VA but they do accept Medicaid and you can obtain a suite while you wait for the Medicaid approval as long as you pay the full costs until the approval, estimated to be 3 to 6 months. The Medicaid suites are all on the first floor and semi-private. The private payed suites are all on the second floor and private suites are available. We were told that they maintain a full occupancy an they only infrequently have opening. They do not have studio suites.

Faith based mission — if that is important to a loved one, consider this one. Older, common areas are being renovated in the Spring - ratings might increase after that. Bathrooms are not as good as other places we toured (showers don’t have fixed seat, higher lip to get into). Great for Catholics - church is across the street.

Rooms did not have a living room area, and no full kitchen. Nice people, but not a good fit for my parents. Bathrooms are being remodeled and were the best bathrooms I saw of all the facilities.

The staff is very nice and friendly here. The facility is located right off of Thunderbird and it’s a busy street with a lot of shopping centers. The food is really good here and it’s more of restaurant style dining. However, there are not as many activities going on like I hoped there would be. They are so close to downtown that I thought the facility would bring them to Glendale Glitters to see all of the Christmas lights. Also, there is no separation between dementia residents and assisted living.

I did not have a very good experience with LifeStream Complete Senior Living at Northeast Phoenix. I thought this might be the community for me and put down my deposit which they assured me would be returned if I canceled within two days. I found another place with larger rooms available that I liked better and called LifeStream Complete Senior Living at Northeast Phoenix the next day to get my money back. It was quite a process to eventually get all of my money back.

I had a tour of this community and it was very much just independent living. They had no long term care that my loved one would have needed or a different section she could transfer too. The assisted living section also felt like a bunch of little rooms crammed into a little house. I just was no very impressed and this would have not worked out for her in the end decision.

We toured this community. The staff was nice, but this community did not have a good feeling in this community. The menu was nice and had a good variety. They did have activities that can participate. We would suggest that other families tour this community for the care of a loved one.

Disappointed when we arrived as no one was sitting at the front desk to greet us for about 10 minutes. Then we were given a pamphlet with rates, but no one was available to review what the various levels covered. The Directors were not in the office. Rooms are tiny and smell bad. Overall, it seemed like a lonely place.

Bethesda Gardens was nice but there were a lot of rather long hallways. I felt it was too impersonal. They also operated off of a point system for care. So you didn't know exactly what the price would be. I wasn't impressed with the person in intake.

I had a good tour of this facility. Everything went well. The community looked well-kept, and everything was clean. The staff I met was kind, and courteous. It was a nice experience, everyone was very kind too my family, and myself. We found a community that was closer to us, but our tour of this community went well.

The staff during our tour was not very welcoming and just gave average information. When we entered the building I noticed a musky and unpleasant smell throughout the building. When they presented the rooms for us to tour the bathrooms where not clean. I would not want my mother to live there .

All I can say is this: don't believe everything you read. The place is beautiful on the surface, but start talking to some of the helpers, the staff. Not the management, but the regular "joe's", you will find that they were taken away all overtime, even though this place has only been open 1 1 and a half years, they have already gone through 3 or 4 administrators, the kitchen and dining room staff is a revolving door, the administration will LIE to get what they need and want, especially out of you (the resident). The residents move in and out of there so fast you can hardly make friends, and there are NUMEROUS medication errors. Like I said, it's beautiful there, and that is what gets you in the door, plus they know how to play the game, but a bit of a warning, look between the outer layers. Oh, one other thing, they have only been open a year or two, but the elevators hardly ever work, the place leaks and floods, and there are many things wrong with the place. The BIGGEST thing wrong with the place is that they UNDERBID everything when they were building the place. Imagine a fire alarm going off, you don't have access to stairs (they are locked), and there are two elevators, and you get stuck on one as it quits working?? Don't believe it? It happened to me,........twice!~! I am very happy where I live now, no problems, no complaints, so I don't think it's me......???

I met with Trudy because Allyson was out of the office; again the same as the Autumn View Gardens/Creve Coeur, old and dated, updates are under way but it still felt dark and aged. Rates are very reasonable, all inclusive. Memory Care avail.

My mother is a current resident and it has been a nice place to live. The staff is very nice and they keep it very clean. They offer a nice variety of activities for them all. There are a few items that gives it a low rating for me. #1 and most critical is the food. The food is TERRIBLE!!!! They do not offer any options for people who have diabetes or healthier options. They took away the salad bar which offered wilted vegetables when they had it. I mostly feel that the cook staff is very limited in experience and only know how to cook fatty, fried foods. If they could hire a nutritionist to develop a healthier menu with a qualified cook staff who knows how to cook I would then give this place 4-5 stars. Another option I would love to see would be if they could coordinate with the local banks and social security offices to see if they can get representatives to come in and visit those who have not transportation or are not able to get around very easily.

My mom is there now. A year ago it was fine, but now they are letting too many dementia patience in and they do not have a dementia wing. Too many of the patiences don't even carry on a conversation. Mom wants someone to talk too and that is hard to fine. The nurses are now understaffed as well as the cooks and servers. Now they want to remodel and have raised the prices. Those that work there are kind, but over worked.
