There is a lot of staff compared to how many patients there are. There has been no facility he has been at that has this many staff members. There were lots of staff in the dining room, every table had a staff member at it. It was very organized and seemed to make sense. Communication has been excellent. We had the discussion if they wanted me to have them call me with every change and every incident. I have even gotten a newsletter.

This is my loved one's second stay and she loves the place. She says it's kind of like being home. It's not really noisy or wild. It's just a nice place to be. The nurses are great so far. The staff was hugging her because she came back, and she got the same room back, which is great. She loves the room and layout and the dining hall. They help her and they're always there. It's a little older place, but it's clean, and it's neat. The facility is like how you would want your home to be. The communication was great both times we stayed.

Our parents moved from their large suburban home to one of the Villa St Benedict Villas. It was a perfect transition for them. It was very spacious, with a garage and patio. We furnished it with their own furniture and most cherished possessions. The staff is caring, diligent and responsive. Needing increasing care, my mom is now in Assisted Living and my dad in the dementia care unit (Abbey Lane.). They are able to spend time together, attend events and even go on field trips. We have completely personalized their new apartments with their own furniture and their most important mementos. Our extended family enjoys the Villa St Benedict facilities, attending programs, having family events in the dining room and even renting the hospitality (bar) area for special birthdays and anniversaries.

This place is fabulous! Mom & dad chose to downsize and move here 4 years ago since they had been residents of Lisle for a long time. Mom has since passed and being a part of this community has really helped my father to adjust. VSB is only a phone call away for questions, concerns, and updates. Love this place!

Mom was very pleased with River Oaks of Anoka. We put down a deposit and started the paperwork after we toured. The apartment is lovely with many windows for a lot of natural light to shine in. We are looking forward to have mom move in as soon as we can. The staff is fantastic and the food is home made every day. Thank you [Name removed] for all your help in finding River Oaks for us!

Looking very forward to visiting tomorrow or very soon.Especially optimistic that a handicap room is available with the "heavy lift" and assist we need. Also, they provide transportation to appointments, etc. that will be extremely helpful. If all goes as hoped...

Everything was excellent!

I was happy to be there. It was wonderful. Everyone was wonderful. The rehab therapists were very accommodating. The nurses were very attentive. Everything was nice and clean. I knew exactly what was happening.

The people were so kind to my loved one. Because of her situation we had conferences every week to keep us informed. They were very kind and professional. The rehab therapists kept us informed of her progress. They gave us ideas with what would help her. The therapy was excellent. I liked the nurse on the weekends. The woman who wheeled around a cart who was delightful. She was there in the mornings Saturday and Sunday. I think she moved laundry. She was delightful. She gave me a hug and asked how I am doing. I think the facility was fairly clean. There was nothing laying around. The meals are not the best and not really good. The cups were so heavy for elderly people.

Staff compassionate and caring! They take very good care of my father, monitoring meds and weights. This is a wonderful facility with many activities. Staff very good!

This really was an amazing place. The staff are incredible to my mom. The manager [name removed] is always willing to talk if we need it. Mom loves to bake and has made so many friends. We're so glad she finally agreed to move here. She loves it.

I am very happy with the care that is given to my mom in this community. The staff are always helpful and caring to my mom's needs. We like knowing that the community is clean and she is happy with the menu of the meals. They have my mom active with the list of activities. We would recommend the care at this community for other families.

I like living in this nice community. The staff is outstanding and I like that they call and check on me each day. The community is very clean I like that they have good meals that I am receiving I like the activities and that they take you shopping once a week. I keep active with other residents I would recommend this community due to it helps me keep active. I would community for the good care and nice environment.

I like this community for my father's care. We like the staff who keep up informed on his progress. He is settling in and does not participate in the nice variety of activities. We like the meals and the variety. We would highly recommend this community for the great care and value for other families.

It was a comprehensive tour and meeting at a beautiful, immaculate facility. Meeting my husband's medication administration needs and other needs may be too much for assisted living. Also, the cost of so many hours of needs purchased separately was high for us. The information was complete and the people were very friendly. This place is a real gem in Anoka.

This is a great community. We liked the care, but they need to keep up more on the cleaning of the hallways. They could use a little improvement in cleaning. They have gotten better when having staff available. The staff seems to be very nice and caring. The food appears to be good, but some small improvements They have activities, but they could use some improvements. There are able to walk the hallways. I recommend this community for a good value for care.

My husband recently spent 1 month in rehab at Nazareth. The staff was excellent, friendly, and went out of their way to make sure he was included in social activities. Never once did I see anyone who didn't look like they enjoyed being there. My husband raved about the food (to my chagrin) and made wonderful progress with the physical and occupational therapists on staff. I would highly recommend Nazareth to my family and friends. The facilities were clean, bright, and amidst several safe, family-oriented neighborhoods.
