The stay went so well. The food was very poor. It was also always cold.

Boy, she loves it. Everybody is helping her. She is just tickled pink. They've been fantastic to her. When I've been there they have been super friendly. The nurses have been taking care of her. I think it looks great. It looks very clean. Everything is picked up and everything is neat. She's happy with their meals.

Everyone is very kind and respectful to my mother. They're happy people and happy to be there! The therapist is very respectful, works with her very gently and very well, and gets her going. The staff care is very helpful, and happy! There was a smell at first, but once I said something about it, they cleaned the room and floor. The whole facility seems very clean!

I visited my friend for the first time yesterday. So far he seems to like it and the people were friendly. When I walked into the facility I asked to go to his room. The guy took me right to it. We went on the elevator and up to the second floor right to him. After that, the guy got me a chair so I could sit down and talk with my friend. They were able to show my friend that everything was taken care of and his stuff was safe.

My loved one has not complained about the meals. The staff talk to me about things and give me updates. The staff are very friendly and they seem good. We did have one issue with the nurses but it was brought to someone's attention high up.

I would absolutely recommend Benedictine! My loved one really likes it here and he says everyone has been nice to him. The therapy is excellent. They've been really friendly. His nurse is really nice. The cleanliness is great. The food isn't all that great. I've been playing phone tag with the social worker here.

My loved one is happy and that makes me happy. She is really happy with the therapy. One of the staff members that has been taking care of my mother is really great. There is also a nurse that I really wish I knew her name. She has also been taking great care of my mother. Really, every single staff member has been fabulous! The cleanliness is excellent! When I visited I noticed they did a great job coming into her room and making sure everything was kept clean. They kept the garbage’s empty. She always enjoys the meals here. They are so great about taking care of the meals and bringing in snacks and making sure she is happy. I would definitely recommend this facility. It really does feel like home there. She feels like she is taken care of here. I know that she is happy and that has, in turn, made me very happy.

The facility is well kept. My loved one didn't complain about the meals at all while she was there. She did mention that the staff in the dining room are especially friendly and always went out of their way to accommodate her. The communication went well.

My loved one has improved a lot since he has been here. It's clean, spacious, and quiet. The people respond to him quickly. They've been really nice, helpful, and honest.

I think it's a good location. They do good rehab, which is the most important thing. The facility is clean. The food here is by far the worst. They don't really have breakfast. They do brunch at 11. They only offer carbs in the morning. The only healthy options is maybe a banana or yogurt. It's not great quality food. They haven't changed it in four years.

My loved one said he is getting a very good service. It is a very clean place and they have everything he needs. The nurses are super. The staff is good with no complaints. They are very friendly and caring. We have had nothing but wonderful reports. We are happy with what we see when we are there. Communication is good. They answer my questions. The nurses answer all of our questions to the best of their ability.

We've only been here a short time, but so far we are happy with Benedictine. Everything has been good so far. From talking with my loved one, he seems very pleased with the nursing care. From what I can tell everything looks very clean to me. The communication has been excellent.

The care is fantastic. We are just very very pleased that our loved one is there. He gets a lot of attention and his needs are taken care of. Benedictine's rehab therapy is why we picked it. We have had good reports from others who have been here and recovered.

My late wife and brother-in-law were here in the past, and from their experience, I knew this was the place I wanted to stay. The food is outstanding. Some of the nurses and aides are way above normal. Some of them were not as congenial as others and it is not a complaint. The facility's cleanliness is excellent. The staff should leave my door to my room the way it was before they enter my room. Some do their job better than others.
