Staff are genuinely caring and friendly. Excellent food. I appreciate their efforts to include families in the community lifestyle.

I would highly recommend them. Yes it's been good working with them. They have been very helpful.

They do a great job. Everything has been as expected so far.

The housing director [name removed]is incredibly personable and truly cares about tailoring everything to the needs of the person. My mom had dementia and had a lot of different needs from the other residents, but [name removed]worked with me on all of it. The head nurse [name removed] was also incredible about this, especially the last several months when my mom was on hospice. My mom said she wanted to spend her final days in that room and not have to die in a hospital, and everyone there went above and beyond to make that happen. The staff and nurses who I interacted with regularly became this hugely supportive community that helped my mom, my son, and me through this difficult time.

I loved this place, but it was not a good fit for my brother - and that was because of him. The Villa was excellent! The nursing staff in particular were very patient with my brother who was challenging, a heavy smoker who would not comply either the smoking rules. I do not have anymore to add. I'm very thankful for your help in finding an AL facility - [name removed] was very helpful as well.

We really like it. It's expensive but probably not different from other places like this. The location is very nice. Quiet residential area but close to HyVee grocery store. People rave about the food. I think it's average but reasonably priced. Nice to have a restaurant. Really friendly. Our apartment has lots of windows so very light. Also, they have a beautiful chapel. There are lots of nuns here and it's mostly Catholic but they have a nondenominational service on Wed morning. We aren't Catholic so appreciate that.

They truly care and they respond to the residents promptly. The medical staff is great as well. The Benedictine in Anoka, where my sister resides, has recently been redecorating to keep the surroundings pleasant for the residents. My sister is very happy living there.

I would give all a 5 except for the cleanliness only of her dwelling. Our loved one wishes for cleaning more than once a month. Everything that keeps our loved one entertained is available - puzzles, cards, dining, style shows, etc.

Great rehab team and nurses. Well ran facility and good management. Food was great. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I felt well cared for and my health needs were met. No concerns or issues. Would stay here again.

[name removed] is on the Tabitha unit, staff are friendly and helpful. [name removed] has always been a funny person, enjoys joking around and staff are really good with her. She's still recognizes her losses and has some weepy times, staff are really good to sit with her and reassure. She is fortunate to have resources for private room. Lots of family visiting also helps!

The staff is very friendly and willing to help. We have a one bedroom corner unit and it's very light and bright. Big windows and a balcony. 1 1/2 bath. We haven't used many amenities yet but they do offer lots of activities, big variety. Very nice chapel. Especially cater to Catholics. Do have 1 nondenominational service each week

We are absolutely delighted with the marvelous care that our loved one gets at Benedictine Living Community Regina. Everyone there is so dedicated to the residents. It is everything we hoped it would be and more. Absolutely the best!

It truly is like a family for my parents. I am totally impressed with all this facility has to offer my parents. Everyone is so upbeat, kind and caring. I would highly recommend this place to anyone. It has far surpassed my expectations.

What our family likes the most about Villa St. Benedict is the staff members, they are so friendly. We also really like the welcoming atmosphere it has. Based on the experience we have had so far, we have already recommended this community to other families and will continue!

The facility is very neat. Staff is wonderful and they're in the process of getting a brand new kitchen and dining room. They also have a lot of fun activities for the residents to participate in.

The staff is so great with my dad he really enjoys all the people and amenities that Benedictine has to offer. I of course would recommend this assisted living facility to others who are looking for care for a loved one.

Based on the experience we have had so far, I personally think that Benedictine Living Community Regina should receive 5's in all areas. I'm extremely thankful for all of [name removed] help. She helped me through some tough times

I couldn't speak higher of the facility and staff at Benedictine in La Crosse. I felt I was truly cared for and my needs were always met. There were several staff members who went above and beyond for my care.

We have been extremely satisfied with the entire experience. What sticks out the most would be the staff. They are friendly, kind to all of the residents and my sister really likes them! I would definitely recommend Benedictine Living Community Regina to others.

It has been an extremely positive experience. [name removed] at VSB did a fantastic job of coordinating all aspects of the move from the room updates, required forms/shots and moving day. My Dad feels very welcomed at his new home. The other tenants are very friendly and went out of their way to help my dad feel welcomed. I could go on but suffice it to say there was no negative aspect of my dad moving to VSB.The fact that it has dependent living and memory care units is a huge plus. If my dad ever needs more help he does not have to leave VSB. Also, the bar open every day from 4 to 6 is a great way to mingle with the other tenants.
