The tenants are friendly and happy people. They engage with new people and the various spaces are set up great for the events they hold. My father-in-law passed in early December, but the staff was very caring leading up to him having to go into the hospital, and we were able to connect with the housing Director and nursing Director often to discuss his needs and variation of care.

It's a very good place. It's a lovely community. Friendly staff and the food is good. Food is important. The communication is very good, and yes they are taking very good care of my mom.

They are having several staffing issues, can't keep staff on hand very well at the moment.

The staff that work with the residents on a day to day basis are very good. There are a lot of hidden costs that you do not know about up front. It is turning out to be a lot more expensive than we thought it would be after moving in. Everything is an add on, so there is not a clear fee scale.

The reason River Oaks got a overall score of 4 is because of the billing department. Things are not very transparent, and the charges are confusing so that has been tough dealing with. However the communication smells and looks clean. Our dad really things the people there are being very nice and treating him well.

We chose River Oaks of Anoka because they have a really nice view out of their big windows in the 2 bedroom apartment that was available when we needed it. The 2 bedroom they have is very nice and spacious. I think it is a very positive environment and I would recommend them to others looking.

Lots of space with few people. St. Benedict utilizes interns from the college across the street for training, nursing, and cooking. The community runs a co-op. The villas are not an option for my mother because of mobility. there is a happy hour and the food smelled great.

They are very friendly and caring. They care about the residents. My husband has had a stroke and I am his main caregiver. They have gone out of their way to see that I as a caregiver for my husband get time to do the things that I need to do as well as fun things by arranging for him to activities while I was gone. It makes me feel comfortable and welcome. The food is great and they listen to suggestions. The staff is great. Even the new Executive Director helped me unload my husbands wheelchair and transfer my husband out of the car.

For the most part, it was very good. I felt the night shift was sleeping on the job with taking a long time to answer. The people were very friendly, like the nurses, aides and therapists and good. For the most part, the nurses were very good. The cleanliness was fine. My husband said there is a real lack of communication between staff. I think communication was okay.

My loved one hasn't said anything bad. He did say they worked him to death the other day, so they must be doing something right. Every person I've talked to has been very nice. He hasn't said anything bad about the nurses or aides. I know he's having some issues in getting his medications or help in a timely manner. He ordered one thing and got another item, and got some kind of indistinguishable kind of meat, and that was inedible. They've been great with communication. I've been in contact with someone almost every day.

Overall, we had a great experience. Communication was fairly decent. The first day there was miscommunication between the nurses and doctor. The first day there wasn't a doctor to issue any medications and that wasn't good. Other than that, it's been good. My mother's drapes were dirty when she got there. They did clean the drapes.

So far, everything is fine. The therapists do a good job. I would recommend the rehab therapy!

Everything was good.

It's very clean and bright. It doesn't smell like a nursing home and the employees all seem to enjoy their job. They really know what they are doing. The nursing care is good. It's not food from the fancy restaurants in town, but it's certainly edible. The wife seems to enjoy it.

The staff seems to be friendly and concerned about my loved one's well-being. The meals seem to be okay. There's been some communication.

I feel the center overall is quality care. I do think that there should be a little more diligence with communication with the patients regarding overall care. It's been decent, but it feels like there are a couple of things that weren't talked about.

We had a great experience at Innsbruck!

My aunt has really liked it. It has met all of her needs. She thinks the therapists are really working her. There has been one therapist she did not feel was bossy. She has worked with three therapists so far and I believe she has not had to work with that therapist since. She commented that the nurses are all very nice. There are a couple who really go above and beyond. There are a couple of spots in building that could aesthetically use more attention. Overall, it looks great! It is an older building but it is good. It is really nice because it does not have a nursing home feel at all. My aunt loves the food! I am not part of the communication process. My aunt is very capable of her own communication.

I would recommend Innsbruck for their short term. The long term care had holes in the walls and people were groaning. The rehab is beautiful. The short term therapy is beautiful and the long term is horrible.

Overall, our experience was great!
