Benchmark Senior Living

Our family had an in person tour and even though we weren't able to go inside the community due to the restrictions we were able to peak in through the windows and it seemed very clean. Its right in the middle of town which is convenient. The people we met with her very friendly and very nice, they even brought us lunch and the meals were very good. They had a lot of options there and it seemed like this community was a good place for those who are active and very functional.

I know that my loved one is being very well taken care of. The staff are very kind to my loved one and the other residents. My loved one is very happy there and has settled in well and has made friends while being there also. You really don't feel like you have to worry about your loved one if they are living here.

Sturges is a relatively new facility, and we like the idea of the memory care residents and assisted living residents all on the same level so it doesn't seem like your going to a totally different part of the facility like other communities. They do include the memory are residents with the assisted living which we think is great. The staff have been super friendly and so helpful. They are all very attentive and we are happy with them. The food is excellent and the programs they have are wonderful.

The community looks very nice when you first walk in, it has a very homey feeling to it. Looking at the activities they seem to be very good and we would recommend the Orchard Valley to others.

I would tell others to check out the community and see if it would be a good fit for your loved one. The staff seem to be present. Some of the activities they have are games, exercises, group chats and more for the residents to participate in.

We toured Benchmark and it was a very nice facility and all of the staff members were friendly and great with follow up after we looked around. They only had a studio available at the time we were looking and I just thought that would be too small for what my loved one needed.

Our family was able to have an in person tour, and our experience was really good. The Branches is a very lovely and nice facility, and it was our loved ones 2nd choice. The only reason our loved one did not choose this community is she wanted something in the Marlborough area.

Caring for our mom with dementia at home became impossible. We contacted the Arbors and spent a long time talking with the amazing Executive Director, who answered all of our questions and made us feel hopeful that our mom would thrive in a community setting. Our visit of their wonderful facility reinforced our confidence that this was the right move to make for all of us. Mom has been there for a few months now and has lots of friends and activities to fill her days. We couldn't be happier!

The community is a safe and caring community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff are great to work with. They are attentive and available for the family to speak with.

Did not prefer this facility more than Atria Plainview

It is a smaller community and a great place. They have really great people here. The community is a good value. They have been wonderful to work with from the onboarding process to the finding needs of our loved one out.

I thought it was a gorgeous facility. I would have liked to live there myself! But for us, it felt like it was a little over the top for our loved one. The amenities kind of felt like they were more for the families than the residents. They had a lot to offer, but they were much more expensive. Cost aside, I loved the facility, and I thought they did a great job with tour.

[name removed] the Nurse Practioner is outstanding. The activities director keeps the residents busy and engaged with the different activities. There is trivia, wheelchair zumba, puzzles, more exercise, and more for activities.

It is a wonderful community. The staff are great. They engage with the residents. They make sure all residents are included in activities. Everyone has been wonderful to work with and they answer anything. You can go online and ask questions to the different nurses and managers. There are lots of activities offered. There is gardening, music, concerts, movies, and dancing to name a few.

We toured Orchard Valley and it is a great facility. We still keep in contact with them and if it does not end up working out at the facility my loved one is at, we will be moving here. I give high marks to them for working with us and keeping in close contact all this time, they have just been great.

We chose The Village at Buckland Court because the people were very nice, the studio apartment here was larger than some other places that we looked into, and we thought for the value she was getting more. Is it also all inclusive payment for the care. The meals here are chef prepared and she really enjoys them. They do provide transportation to appointments . I would definitely to others looking.

In the beginning the sales person was very friendly and helpful, and our loved one has a very very nice apartment. She definitely is enjoying the meals they are serving, and they are adding on more activities within the community. It is still a little restricted but they are now able to take the residents out to lunch. There was a little miss communication when moving our loved one in, due to the covid limitations we were not able to help our loved one really move in, so we thought they would of stepped up a little more to help out. However, our loved one would tell a new residents moving in that she is happey staying here for forever

Beautiful facility. Relatively new. Staff awesome. Everyone happy.

Loved it here - gave a warm welcoming feeling, saw more residents out and about socializing, enjoying the weather. The ability for them to work with us on price is a huge plus. Seriously considering this location.
