The staff is very kind to my mother. A lot of them have been here for more than 10 years. Fun place to be

She loves it here. She never wants to leave. Everyone here at Brookdale are very nice and helpful.

The staff is very friendly. They're very easy to deal with regarding the care of my father, which has been pretty good. The facility is very clean. His living space is more than adequate. The dining facility is more than adequate as well. And they have open areas and an outside patio for parties and events.

We chose Brookdale Riverwalk because the facility itself is a little more updated, the staff was not pushy what-so-ever about getting us to sign up, and the food was very good. They are more convenient with their bus services as well, they are running 5 days a week up until 1 or 2pm. This really stick out because a lot of other places we looked at the bus only ran a couple days a week. [name removed] the gal that took us around and gave us the tour was the biggest sweetheart. She gave me her cell and I was able to text her at anytime. Even since my mom has moved in I have texted her and she called me right away. She really bent over backwards for us and we really appreciate that. All of the staff really have all been amazing and right there anytime we need help. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

This seemed like an efficient place, that is well run. There was not enough parking available in general. The Sales Staff were great at answering our questions, and selling the community. This community was less expensive than other communities we saw. They did offer similar services as well.

My Dad is well looked after in the memory care unit. I would recommend it to anyone needing these serviced.

I just love working here, there is room for growth, love the residents and enjoy working with everyone here

The friendliness of the employees is what sold us, they are extremely friendly. We did not get a chance to participate in a ton of activities but what we did participate in nice. Based on our experience so far with Brookdale Oceanside we would recommend the community to other families.

Right away what really stood out to us was the friendliness and helpfulness of the staff members. Our loved one has been very happy so far with the meals and dining service. We really like all the nice outdoor spaces they have for the residents to spend time with their families instead of having to sit inside in a room.

We were extremely happy with the help we received at Barton Creek Senior Living. [name removed] was especially attentive and followed through with requests made. The staff was kind and responsive. We had no complaints.

The community is great. Everything they told him they would do for him, they have done. Community has good communication with everyone (residents & community).

This is the only fully staffed senior living in the area, my mom needs quite a few cares and the staff meets all her needs. Thank you

It is such a pleasant and quiet environment, it is on 4 acres and they have a garden, orange trees and plenty of places to sit or walk outside. It reminds me a lot of a park. If your loved one likes the outdoors then this is a very good fit. They have so many activities provided every day too. They have singing groups, books, games, chapel, a man cave where the guys can go watch sports etc. They present the meals so nicely and the food is really good. I would recommend to anyone who is looking.

I have been here for four weeks and I have never met people that were so warm and caring in an aftercare facility. from the people that have Alzheimer's to the people with replacement parts .The Physical Therapy is also great everyone is so carrying and knowledgeable about your problem ,I give this place 10 stars . I highly recommend this place for anyone that needs after care .The food is also excellent I have not had a bad meal .Thank You James T

I toured this facility because my loved ones mother was here and had a good experience. The facility itself is older and needs to be updated. They also only had a shared room available for our price point and I knew that was something I did not want for my loved one.

[name removed] my grandson worked in the industry for the head of. He traveled a lot. He determined this was an ideal place, when the time came. My circumstances had changed. To many broken bones, no way to keep my house up. I couldn't even cook for myself. This place is friendly and clean as well as covering my needs.

I have lived here for four years. First two I was a caregiver for my husband. During this time we were very pleased with the service and friendliness of the staff. The last two years I have lived here as an independent residents and have been very pleased again with the service and friendliness of the staff and associates.

This community is marvelous. I realize how really great is it. All through the changes 3x I maintained good health. I have diabetes - not on insulin. I control my diet. Rarely have sweets and I keep happy by playing bingo, watching movies downstairs and in my room and reading. I'm getting along with friends and staff. I just became a great grandma. I am 88 years old and I exercise everyday.
