Brookdale Oceanside gets fives all across the board. My mom stays in the friendship suite simply because we can't afford any of the other suits but the amenities are great and she's taking advantage of the different games and exercise classes and events that take place. It gives me peace of mind knowing that she is being well taken care of and will receive assistance with a simple push of a button! Thank you have a good evening.

We liked the community. It felt more like a hotel due to not much natural light inside the community. The residents were able to enjoy the outdoors and walk around the campus of the community.

My mom is 82 and was trying to find a skilled nursing home for her 78 year old brother. The stress was weighing on my mom, but [name removed] was so patient and kind to my mom. She organized everything with the hospital and took the stress off my mom. Very thankful for her help. Facility is very nice and everyone is very caring and helpful.

We chose this facility based on friendly staff, availability, and slightly less cost. Staff has been great about notifying me with any concerns or problems and great about handling my loved one's meds as well as her sometimes difficult behavior.

I recently attended an Alzheimer’s fundraiser here and it was the most wholesome evening I’ve had in a long time. What a pleasure it was to see such happy residents and witness how the staff is so caring and engaged with them. I was impressed by how cheerful this community is and it’s all a reflection of the positive and loving employees.

I toured recently and was very pleased with the entire facility. Staff was very kind and interacted with the residents. Food smelled delicious. The rooms were very spacious. Our overall experience was great.

Today we laid our dear mother to rest. She no longer will be a Barton Creek resident. It is like we are saying good-bye to not only to mother, but also to the sweet folks who have taken such excellent care of mother. Mother as had an excellent several years of care with her needs increasing over time. This is a great place to live. Thank you Barton Creek staff and hospice. We love you.

The tour experience itself was a 5, but I was not impressed by the facility. It seemed older, smelled musty and the rooms were dark and small.

Can I start by Thanking the ENTIRE STAFF at Barton Creek ! Braden , [name removed]and the Entire nursing staff and helpers :) This entire facility /home for our [name removed]was incredible from the start ! Such wonderful, Kind people that work here. Everyone, Every time were always very welcoming and so in tuned to their residents well being and happiness :) The Place is beautiful ! When we visited for the first time our [name removed]was moved there, i was so impressed and Happy to see that the facility from her room to the cozy sitting room, to the cafeteria, to the laundry room ...it all was so clean and safe feeling. It was such a relief for my husband and I !!! Our [name removed]just recently passed, i just have to say this due to the their nursing staff and hospice staff (Season ) that helped with the whole process to keep [name removed]peaceful !! We feel so thankful for them ! They all are angels on earth !! If you are reading this to decide where to take your loved one, I would HIGHLY recommend Barton Creek ! :)

IT is a beautiful place, very neat and clean. Staff are a joy to be around and always smiling

The staff is very friendly. They're very easy to deal with regarding the care of my father, which has been pretty good. The facility is very clean. His living space is more than adequate. The dining facility is more than adequate as well. And they have open areas and an outside patio for parties and events.

We chose Brookdale Riverwalk because the facility itself is a little more updated, the staff was not pushy what-so-ever about getting us to sign up, and the food was very good. They are more convenient with their bus services as well, they are running 5 days a week up until 1 or 2pm. This really stick out because a lot of other places we looked at the bus only ran a couple days a week. [name removed] the gal that took us around and gave us the tour was the biggest sweetheart. She gave me her cell and I was able to text her at anytime. Even since my mom has moved in I have texted her and she called me right away. She really bent over backwards for us and we really appreciate that. All of the staff really have all been amazing and right there anytime we need help. I would definitely recommend them to others looking.

This seemed like an efficient place, that is well run. There was not enough parking available in general. The Sales Staff were great at answering our questions, and selling the community. This community was less expensive than other communities we saw. They did offer similar services as well.

My Dad is well looked after in the memory care unit. I would recommend it to anyone needing these serviced.

I just love working here, there is room for growth, love the residents and enjoy working with everyone here
