I really love it here @ Brookdale. All staff are friendly & very helpful. I made a good decision to move here.

I really like Brookdale - the transportation is really good, I really like both of the drives. All associates and residents are very nice and kind.

I love it here, it was an excellent choice for me. The dining could be better in terms of service time. They don't have enough cooks or waiters, but the food is fine.

It's wonderful, everyone is so nice. The staff is very nice and they take care of their residents. My husband and I love going to the dining room. We also enjoy happy hour and Bingo.

Wonderful. It's a great place to be. The residents and associates are friendly. I enjoy playing Bingo with my sister who also lives here!

Everyone is very friendly, and kind. The workers here are very kind and are very good at their jobs. The bus drivers are amazing and patient with us. The receptionist girls are great too. We both like it here.

Brookdale is very good. I enjoy happy hour. Every Wednesday and Friday, I am downstairs with my friend enjoying happy hour.

Without hesitation I would say that the staff and community are outstanding and I love it here. I also enjoy doing activities and going to happy hour. I enjoy having good conversation with the residents here.

I've had a great experience with Brookdale Riverwalk. The staff are kind, caring, and helpful. There are meals and activities provided to assist the residents in getting to know each other. Everyone seems to be friendly. I would recommend you come check the community out to see if it would be a good fit for you.

We had a great tour with Serento Casa, it seemed like a really good place. It was much larger and less homey feeling though. The main reason we did not choose them was just due to the locaiton, the facility we went with is only 3 blocks away from us which is very convenient.

We toured Serento Casa during our search for Assisted Living for our loved one. This facility was great! Our tour guide was very informative. The cleanliness was great. The staff was friendly and answered all of our questions.

They have shuttle service on Tuesdays and Thursdays to doctor appointments within a 12 mile radius. The staff is very attentive. Facility/maintenance requests are handled quickly. The housekeeping is good. High quality meals. They rotate frequently with a variety of entrees. I would recommend the facility to others.

I was urgently looking for a nice place for my mother. I met with [name removed] who was amazing. She jumped through hoops to expedite the process and make the transition as smooth as possible for my mom. I feel a sense of relief knowing my mom is getting good care. My mom loves the variety of food choice and the staff is very kind. Thank you.

My relative lives at Torrey Pines Assisted & Senior Living, and we are quite happy with the care the staff has provided for our loved ones. They are all performing really well. They are really professional, considerate, educated, and considerate of them. I wholeheartedly recommend this facility to anybody in need of tender loving care throughout their skilled nursing requirements, as well as [removed], where my other relatives reside.

The overall character of Heritage Hills is very nice and professional. the food is very good and is served with a verity of dishes. It is clean and well kept. The patients are kept clean and happy. The main thing I like about Heritage Hills is its employees. They are there to genuinely help the patients. Time and time again I have relied on them for help. They have the patients well being at heart!

Serento Rosa is a beautiful place and a great place to live. Regarding the food - the menu is not the best and could be improved. But the people there are great.

We had a great experience. They were in transition, under new ownership. Everyone was great. We picked this community, because It was the only one that was focused on memory care, and it seemed to be the best option. It was also recommended by friends. I would recommend to other families.
