We were in the process of looking for a skilled nursing facility for my mother when she left the hospital. I received an e-mail from Journey Senior Living Community and it provided the MOST in-depth and comprehensive information from any facility with whom I had been in contact. In fact, Journey Senior Living Community would have been the community of choice for our mother, but unfortunately she passed away on the day before Thanksgiving. I am profoundly appreciative of the time spent and the heartfelt condolences that were expressed during my conversations with staff, both by e-mail and by phone. I give them an exemplary evaluation even though we were not able to use their services. They went OVER and BEYOND, and EXCEEDED by expectations.

I live out of state but frequently call to check on my mom and the staff is always very warm, considerate, helpful and gives me detailed updates on Mom. They are also very quick to let us know when Mom needs something. Mom's room and Journey are both always clean when I come to visit. There are many activities for the residents and Mom enjoys them all. Covid has made times really tough for families with loved ones in these facilities but Journey has really done a wonderful job to keep their residents safe and happy as well as their families. Thank you Journey!!!

It’s a very clean environment, my family members needs are always well taken care of and the staff are great! The staff is always working as a team. The activities are wonderful for the residents. I would definitely recommend others.

Grounds are well kept I like that it is one level Assisted Living and Memory Care are combined so your loved one never has to change rooms Maintenance responds quickly to requests Building smells clean

We have been very happy with the care my mom receives at Journey. She loves the activities. I love the smaller atmosphere. The staff is friendly and the nurses are wonderful. I know my mom is lovingly cared for.

I toured at Aviva Woodlands with my siblings and was impressed with the way the community presented themselves and cared for the residents. Everyone I met had a smile on their face so overall, very welcoming environment.

All the staff I have interacted with have been unbelievable kind and great to work with. They truly care for their residents and provide a wonderful welcoming community. The food is outstanding and there is a variety of events and activies going all the time.

They were very friendly and incredibly helpful. My loved one was only there a short period of time, but I cannot say enough good things about how supportive they were and kind. It was very helpful to us that they were pet friendly. That turned out to be a huge blessing. The staff was wonderful with our dog too and some of the other patients were great with her too.

My loved ones, ahve become very acclimated with the community, the people are so attentive, and we are very happy with our choice. We picked this community because, they have a memory care unit, and it was a convenient location. They offered both assited lving and memory care. I would recommend to other families.

My mom lives here and we are so grateful for the wonderful facility and staff. My mom is confined to a wheel chair and needs a lot of assistance. The staff has been loving and respectful to her always. [name removed]is awesome and [name removed]is the best at taking care of her. When my dad passed this summer there the facility was so loving to my mother and supported her every need. Hospice was there and he had the most beautiful passing to a better place with my mom by his side. My sister and I feel very blessed to have such loving and caring people taking care of our mom. This place is clean and neat every time I go there. Thank you to everyone there. They are the most compassionate and caring facility.

Our family had an in person tour and the tour was great but at the time they were going through some construction with remodeling and we just felt that our loved one and her current state would find that to be disruptive

We love River Bend! It's a friendly and supportive environment that feels like family. My loved one says she likes the food. The facility itself is excellent, and it's an excellent value. I would highly recommend it to other families. We couldn't be more pleased.

It's excellent if you can afford it. They do not accept Medicaid patients. The meals are provided like a restaurant with an actual chef. Their is a full menu that changes weekly. They have options like shrimp, hamburgers, sliders to choose from everyday to name a few. The activities seem to be slow due to covid and I know they will do more as they are able to have those activities again. The staff is very good. You are greeted when you walk in. They know you by name.

The staff were very helpful and informative. They really helped us out with hospice and they had everything set up for us. It was more than we ever expected and we would definitely recommend The Glendale to other families.

They have a lot of activities at this community which is something we really to help keep our loved one active. The value for cost is very fair.

I have been very pleased with how quickly my wife has settled in to The Woodlands and how comfortable she has been with the staff and the routine. She enjoys the activities offered and is encouraged to participate. Meal options look great and she has not complained at all about the food. The facility is bright, spacious, and well lit. She has good relationships with several of the staff members.

Great Care staff. Beautiful building and grounds. Close and convenient to many local highways; easy to access for families to visit. Well worth the investment in my mothers wellbeing.

The Woodlands has a very good atmosphere and the building is very nice. The staff have been very friendly so far and more involved with our loved one then the previous place she was at.

This community was very nice except it was memory care. My loved one was not ready for this step. She needed to be in more of just assisted living.
