Upon visiting impressed by nice facilities and friendly professional staff. Also located two miles from my parents home which was very important to them. It's a well run place!

Aviva staff are always very welcoming and Friendly when we come in. Usually one of the staff gives me an update on his activities. I love the key fobs and the ability to come and go; we even got a key for his sister so she could visit more easily.

Yes, I would recommend this community to other families. I love where I'm living! It's a beautiful place and I have had so many wonderful experiences here and have enjoyed meeting so many new friends here that I already feel blessed to know. All in all, it is much better than where my sister is living. And, instead of having only one room and a bath, Aviva offers one and two bedrooms with a kitchen and living room. And the bathroom is roomy with a large closet. Three meals a day are also furnished with a choice of getting a different meal if we don't like the first meal that is offered!

The facility has been upgraded within the last two years is very nice and clean. The staff has been very helpful with a lot of activities for the residents. The pricing at the facility is very reasonable.

Aviva Maybelle Carter was a very good experience for my sister. They were very accommodating. The place was very clean and updated. The staff went out of their way to help her and me. It was a tremendous value for the money.

The food is much better than my parents previous facility. I like the privacy of their apartment and the fact my parents don’t have to deal with people wondering. They are very good about responding to questions I have. The caregivers really seem to care. I especially like the watches the residents wear that is also a call button and alerts caregivers of a fall. I think their services are good for the cost incurred.

It was the best place we could have taken my parents. Very homey vibe. Staff gets to know residents and makes them feel welcome. Often found someone in my mom's room visiting her. I highly recommend this facility.[name removed]has an unbelievable staff.

My loved one is currently a resident at AVIVA Maybelle Carter and based on our experience, I would recommend this facility to others. They have taken good care of my loved one. They have a nice new dining room. The staff have been very friendly, they all seem to love my loved one. Communication with the family is not that great, it is hard to get them on the phone.

We had a great experience. My father was there for less than a month before he passed but everyone at Aviva was great. Kind & caring and we are grateful for the care they provided for my father. Since my father was in hospice care and nonverbal for most of his stay the staff was also generous with their time and knowledge with the family, who is keeping vigil at his bedside. In the hardest time of our life as we were dealing with our fathers impending passing, they made the process easier to bear.

Mom was there for a month only and passed away from a medicine overdose. During the time she was there she loved it. I would not hesitate to recommend this assisted living place. I can say there's a power struggle between LPN and RN and the facility Dr. That was really the only issue we had. I believe that totally contributed to my moms death. The facility is a great place just the struggles with that was the only negative. Mom did love it. She actually loved it so much she didn't want to come to myrtle beach for the winters any more. That says a lot.

My loved one is currently a resident at Aviva Glendale Assisted Living and the experience has been great so far. The move in process went smoothly. The staff is great. My loved one likes the food. Based on our experience, I would recommend this facility to others.

The staff at Aviva Maybelle Carter have been great. They are friendly and welcoming in addition to being helpful through the entire process. There nurses and caretakers have been very patient with questions from our family and specifically from my dad. Their location is the best for our family to be able to visit our dad. The facility is fairly large, 100+ people and we thought, our very social dad, would be happier with more opportunities to make new friends.

We are so happy with the care they have provided for my mom. When her condition worsened and it was no longer able to live without assistance, we had no idea what to do. [name removed] at Aviva Merrillville came in on a Sunday to show us the facility. The information was clear on the financial aspects and care.

We moved my uncle over there a few months ago. He loves it there and everyone has been so helpful. So many activities, he took the bus to Krogers for the first time and had a good experience. I would highly suggest this place.

If you are in search of a facility for a loved one, this is the place for you. Professional, caring and a “feels like home” environment. The staff is wonderful and allows for peace of mind.

Clean community and great staff! It’s a very wonderful place. They always greet you when you come in and they make you feel welcomed and at home. They have the patience of no other I always see the same team members. Check them out!
