Heron Place is a fabulous place. The staff is so kind and caring and have gone out of there way to make my mom welcome and comfortable. They have treated our entire family with kindness and compassion throughout my mom’s stay. Her room was always very clean and her needs were met . The dining room always had flowers and the tables were set nicely and the food was excellent. I cannot recommend this place high enough.

The Summit is a clean, uplifting and beautifully designed facility with a caring and attentive staff. My mother lived there for nearly 7 months before her passing. I am grateful that she lived her last months in a place that I would choose for myself or any other member of my family. We had confidence that my mom was receiving the appropriate attention and care she needed which took pressure off of me to be there constantly. All of their care is custom built for your individual needs. I found the cost to be very reasonable especially after visiting many facilities that were not near the quality of the Summit. Other positive features that my mother enjoyed: 1) Delicious meals made fresh daily, 2) diverse activities for all levels of ability, 3) a laundry facility on each floor 4) excellent housekeeping service, 5) in-house hair salon 6) daily movies with fresh popcorn in their theatre and 7) near-by shopping and dinning with a terrific Fry's Super grocery store almost walking distance. I am grateful to Summit for my very positive experience during a difficult period of my mom's life and I recommend them to anyone who needs assisted care.

I cannot say enough about what a perfect fit Foothills Place has been for my mother. She has begun a new wonderful phase of her life after the loss of her husband, and has been fully welcomed into the family here at Foothills. The warmth exuded from the front door reception all the way to the nurses administering the medications and the staff in the dining room are above exceptional in the way they relate to each individual need of the different personalities living in the "cruise ship on land". Living far from Tucson, I am truly comforted by knowing the care my mother receives is offered in sincere willingness and expertise as they share an environment of family with her. I have brought my mother across the country for visits to my home, and she has had no hesitation in returning to her true home at Foothills Place where she is missed and welcomed back with joy. A perfect choice for us!

Very nice facility. Bright and cheerful. Nice apartments and duplexes. Staff welcoming and appear to be very kind.

We love living in the 'Ranch'. Our apartment is very nice and the cleaning weekly is very good. It is not total cleaning, but makes it easy for us to maintain the little left for us, mostly dusting. The food is above average for institutional cooking. We have 3-4 items to choose from plus exchanging various items for others. Both the residents and the staff are super friendly and make new people feel very welcome. This is a great place and we are so pleased we made the decision to sell our Condo and move here.

If you are looking for a facility for yourself or a family member, look no further. My husband was at this facility for only a month or so, but by the time he left, everyone there knew his name. This is a great place to stay -- clean, caring, professional, friendly, helpful, flexible, good food -- I just can't think of enough adjectives. I would not hesitate to use this facility again if the need arises.

We were greeted by friendly staff and residents. The facility is in a lovely setting, all on one level. The rooms were perfect for our needs. In the event of extended memory care we feel it won’t fit our dad’s Needs.

Warm feeling and cozy like home ... exceptionally friendly and open staff. Residents were clean, happy, and contented ... activity director has a full schedule for everyone, you can tell everyone there loves their job! It's a clean, warm place .. I wanted to check myself in ...

My Mom lives with me and is visually impaired at 90 years of age. I wanted to get away to visit friends and take a vacation. It is hard to find someone who you can trust will take care of her and make her feel at home. I never have to worry about the care she is given at Aurora Place. The staff is very friendly. Her meals and personal needs are provided for along with some activities she can enjoy. She loves Aurora Place and looks forward to her stay when I am away from home. Mom has decided that when it is time for her to go to a facility full time, she would choose Aurora Place.

I work in home health and hospice and have worked very closely with Syringa in Twin Falls. They are open and honest, approachable with needs and communicate very well. Residents are given excellent care and attention. There is always a fun acitivity planned to keep their residents engaged and happy. Meals always smell so good and are tasty. I highly recommend them.

we wanted to change the time of the tour and [name removed] was awesome, come anytime - we have already talked and most questions were answered - but he was there to answer more - dazzled by the openness and bright and cheery the first few steps and seeing others enjoying the last of their meal or just sitting - seemed happy there - the room was great - we are now waiting to seal the deal - [name removed] had to be one awesome representative for franklin place -

I very recently moved my Aunt who is over 100 years old, and very independent, over to Joshua Springs Senior Living. Both her and myself were extremely satisfied with everything, including the facility, the staff, and especially [Name removed], who was there at every corner to ensure that things went well and the transition was successful. I found that all of the staff were very helpful, friendly and accommodating, including the maintenance staff who were also very helpful. This has been very stress-relieving for me as I care for my aunt, and live in Canada, so make trips down regularly to ensure that she is OK. Overall I would give this facility my highest marks. Keep up the great work!
