The staff are caring, loving people who show love to each resident they are willing to listen to any suggestions given them and find a solution to that particular problem. They are concerned for our welfare and health safely. It is a pleasure living here and enjoying all the sun activities this facility has to offer.

Very cozy, clean friendly environment. Rooms are spacious, great activites. The guests look happy and relaxed.

Our loved ones first impression of Heron Place was that is was a very nice place, she really enjoyed the food, they had a lot of variety to choose from. The rooms at this community were fine, and we would recommend this community to a family or friend.

I think is was a great place. We chose White Cliffs because after visiting all of the communities I felt this one was top notch with everything. The food was good and they offered a variety in restaurant style dining. i would recommend this community to other families.

I think that most of the staff really cared for the residents and it showed. I really liked the way the community was self contained, its lay out, and the security of building. She wasn't terribly impressed with the food but they did offer variety At the end, when she wasn't eating a lot, they went out of the way to made homemade milkshakes for her. I thought it was a really nice size, not too big . I got the impression that the caregivers saw her as an individual person not "just another resident". It was the right place for her to be at that time in her life.

[Name removed] contacted me right away and was anxious to answer my questions about finding just the right place for my mother-in-law. She was friendly, assuring and informative. She even was willing to meet us to show us around outside Windriver Place, and let us look in the windows so we could get some idea in this COVID world of what their residence is like.

They are super friendly and helpful. It is a good value. It gives me peace of mind being far away to know that her needs are being met and that she is in a happy safe place. My mom likes the food, she says they are nutritious and delicious meals. They are willing to make accommodation for special diet needs or special menu requests.

The staff at Foothills Place seems to really care about the residents. They have a lot of activities to keep residents entertained, even now with Covid -19 when they can not bring in outside entertainers like they do under normal circumstances, they are keeping them very busy. It is a very well run community. My mom seems very happy at Foothills Place.

I want to sing the praises of Foothills place. My friend needed a place of respite while she was waiting to go back to Mexico to her family She needed more time to recuperate after being hospitalized from a fall and not being able to return home alone. We found the place thanks to [name removed] from A Place for Mom who highly recommended Foot Hills Place. My friend required extensive assistance. At Foothills she received excellent care from the caregivers and nurses. My friend loved the food and finally started to to gain weight which she really needed to do. Thanks to the chef and kitchen staff. The receptionists and management was also very kind and ready to solve any problem. The maintenance staff also were always polite, and efficient at solving problems that arose. My friend and I both give a big thumbs up to Foot Hills Place. Thanks to everyone we encountered at Foothills place.

My husband was a resident at Syringa Place for 5 weeks while recovering from a traumatic brain injury. The facility is beautiful. The staff is caring. It's obvious that all enjoy working there. There are a working variety of activities for those who wish to participate. There is even a french chef!

The tour was excellent. I really liked Foothills Place. It is a small community with many activities...unfortunately I came during lunch; I didn't see any group engaged in an activity. The dinning room was spacious. The studios were a good size. The staff was friendly and interacted well with the residents. I think my loved ones will be comfortable at Foothills Place

Love our apartment...love the meals....love the kindness shown to us by the staff....love the feeling of family among all who live here. This was a super wise decision for us at this time in our lives. So happy to be here!

When I came to Louisa Place I didn't know what to look for. The first thing I found when I moved into my room was a note on my door welcoming me home from the staff. The staff and people were great. The food was great. The whole building is nice and well kept and looks and smells great. The Executive Director was there for any questions or needs that I had and was always kind and nice. The whole staff was always great and so nice and caring to me.

From the moment we entered the facility, we knew this was a place for our mom. The staff were friendly and the room was "homey" though small but just right for her. We appreciated that the nurse manager advocated for her to be there and worked with us to develop a care plan for her complex needs. Once a resident, the staff treated her like a friend. They not only cared for her but also sat and visited, understanding the physical limitations she had. Any concerns we had were addressed immediately. The activities available are interactive and meant for residents to meet each other. The activities director strived to get to know each resident personally and to get them involved. We also appreciated the small facility all on one floor. From maintenance staff to executive director, they could all provide answers or direct us to the appropriate place. Safety is also another priority, which was very much appreciated. We could not ask for a better place for our mom to have spent her final days and we know she appreciated Windriver Place.

My Father is a guest at Jasmine Place. He was able to bring his dog with him which was a big help in his adjustment. He was very reluctant to move at first but now Jasmine is his home. The staff is incredibly friendly and know each guest and their family members by name. Meals are tasty and if you don't want what is planned, other options are available. The facility is always very neat and clean and decorated for the holidays. There are special events and activities going on at all times. My Father did not want to participate in these events when he first moved in but the last time I went to visit him he was in the "living room" singing with everyone else. He always has people to socialize with and seems very happy. He is watched over but not so that he would notice which makes his family at ease knowing that if anything were to happen there is someone right there to take care of him. So glad we made the decision to choose Jasmine Place.

My Father is now living at Jasmine Place and I am there at least every other day to visit. This place is fantastic! No odor of an old nursing home. Each resident has their own apartment which they may decorate as they wish. My Father is able to keep his little dog there with him which makes him so very happy. At first my Father was not very sociable because he missed his own home and thought the people at Jasmine were too old. He is 85. Jasmine Place always has some sort of an activity going on and my Father is now making friends and starting to participate in some of these activities. The staff is amazingly friendly and genuinely concerned about each resident. The food is delicious and you may have as much as you want. If you need to go some place in town, they will transport and wait for you. Family is updated about any on going concerns and is invited to participate in any activities. They are having a special day for Father's Day and I have been invited to participate. You are also able to take your family member out for dinner, shopping, to your house, away on a vacation; whatever you wish. This facility is so fantastic that I just may go there when I am no longer able to live alone.

My mother stayed here prior to her passing. She absolutely loved being here! Her fear prior to her passing was that she would have to leave. The caregivers were attentive, caring and a joy to be around. There are many activities to enjoy on a consistent basis. Family members are encouraged to participate in all aspects of the activities not only during my mother's stay but after she is no longer a resident! The facility is clean, well cared for and staff clearly caring and willing to fullfill whatever request they are able to as well as going above and beyond! Highly recommend this facility! Truly was a great experience not only for my mother but for our family as well!

Heron Place is a fabulous place. The staff is so kind and caring and have gone out of there way to make my mom welcome and comfortable. They have treated our entire family with kindness and compassion throughout my mom’s stay. Her room was always very clean and her needs were met . The dining room always had flowers and the tables were set nicely and the food was excellent. I cannot recommend this place high enough.

The Summit is a clean, uplifting and beautifully designed facility with a caring and attentive staff. My mother lived there for nearly 7 months before her passing. I am grateful that she lived her last months in a place that I would choose for myself or any other member of my family. We had confidence that my mom was receiving the appropriate attention and care she needed which took pressure off of me to be there constantly. All of their care is custom built for your individual needs. I found the cost to be very reasonable especially after visiting many facilities that were not near the quality of the Summit. Other positive features that my mother enjoyed: 1) Delicious meals made fresh daily, 2) diverse activities for all levels of ability, 3) a laundry facility on each floor 4) excellent housekeeping service, 5) in-house hair salon 6) daily movies with fresh popcorn in their theatre and 7) near-by shopping and dinning with a terrific Fry's Super grocery store almost walking distance. I am grateful to Summit for my very positive experience during a difficult period of my mom's life and I recommend them to anyone who needs assisted care.
