Avanti Senior Living

As in everywhere some staff are better than others! Which shows in who's on duty as far a cleanliness! Room is comfortable and certainly large enough for one resident!

It’s a stunningly beautiful facility, and it feels like you are on a luxury cruise ship. On the one occasion that I visited the facility, the staff were friendly and helpful. Quality of care - This rating deserves explanation; while the care was very good, the facility was experiencing a high turnover in staff, and the resident/patient has Alzheimer’s disease and is incontinent multiple times per day. The family reported that they regularly found that their loved one needed his Depends underwear changed, and that his room had begun to smell of urine because the staff had fallen behind in removing soiled clothing and bed linens for the laundry. The family decided to move their loved one to a facility with fewer residents and a larger staff to patient ratio. Other than this issue, the care was excellent. . The resident/patient liked the food. Activities - Good, but activities are generalized for the residents but not specifically tailored to individual residents’ needs. The family’s loved one did not participate. The cost is in line with the national average, and the facility is amazing.

Facility is well lit with a pleasant, uplifting vibe. The staff is helpful and seem happy to help. Positive energy of the staff and other residents, is what stuck out.

The quality of the care services is a 4 to 5 depending on who is working and what issues with other residents. I have the upmost respect for the caretakers ! They are special people! Yes, I would recommend Avanti Senior Living to other families

The staff is very friendly and attentive. Clean and comfortable facility. Food can be good at times and so so at others. Yes, I would recommend Avanti Senior Living to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

Make sure you're aware of the laundry "rules" and when the room is scheduled to be cleaned!! The whole staff is very helpful and will help you as much as they can!! I wish they had more activities! They love music! Maybe play music more often!

I highly recommend Avanti at Augusta Pines. The facility is really nice as restaurant uses white cloths for table & napkins. The food is great.

The majority of the staff are very helpful and accommodating, and approach their job as a "calling". They do address any issues and work to solve them. Like most facilities, they are very over worked, and trust me they work very hard!

Based off of our personal experience, I would recommend Avanti Senior Living at Lafayette to others looking.

Very friendly ! I thought it was a bit much for two weeks and 2 months later I asked for my moms TB test and info OUR DR filled out on MY MOTHER , and our papers are no where to be found ! UNACCEPTABLE! Overall I would recommend Avanti, just make sure you get copies of ALL of your paperwork!

I am well pleased with every aspect of memory care provided for my Mom! I would highly recommend Avanti to anyone in need of an excellent care house for elderly parents! The reason we gave it a 4 overall is only because the meals could use improvement.

I would tell others that Avanti is a very nice facility that provides a loving environment loaded with activities. I had to follow up a couple of times at the beginning with my loved ones meds being given in a timely manner. That was resolved quickly. They work hard to do the right thing. The residence are lovely and care for one another. Overall, I think this is the best facility I have ever seen.

If a friend asked me what I thought about Avanti, I would tell them we are very pleased that my brother is there. He likes the food and activities that keep him moving. I would recommend to others.

It is a safe environment and the staff is very friendly. They seem passionate about the residents there and they genuinely care - I appreciate that. In memory care I like there is an option for residents to go outside to the inner courtyard, that has been a big plus for him to be able to enjoy the outside. I would recommend Avanti Senior Living at Augusta Pines to others.

Our family member at the last moment did not move in but we had weeks of good interactions with the staff. Was a nice place, just didn't end up being needed at the time.

They're very friendly and easy to talk to and bounce ideas off of. With any questions you have, they're very approachable. I felt like they did everything they could do regarding my loved one's care. I loved the facility - its beautiful, pleasing to the eye, and I liked the layout. It's just a great place.

This was a good experience for the family and our loved one. Everything was presented and prepared well for us to understand. I wish my loved one would have had more assistance when it came to care. The food seemed to be very good. and there was a good selection of food for the residents. They even had a made to order breakfast. There is an activities director that comes back to try and engage the residents in activities offered at the community.

Avanti Senior Living was the other facility that I was deciding between. It was very close in comparison to the others I was looking at and I think they had a lot of great things to offer.

I would recommend this community. My biggest concern is the staff turn over. It has been a big concern getting to know someone and then they are gone and you have to get to know someone else. I think that this is just something happening in the whole senior living system at this time. My loved one is really happy over there.
