They text me updates during the day, they sit with my dad and watch tv with him and hold his hand. Yes, we would recommend Avalon Memory Care - Meadow Ranch Road to other families based on the experience so far.

What I found true with Avalon is that most of the staff there genuinely cares about the family and residents. The meals are balanced and healthy and it's very clean. They handled my mom's end of life care with dignity. They have activities including musicians coming in.

They all were extremely accommodating with his unusual set of quirks. They worked with him as to avoid outbursts! They are great!

A few things that stood out most - The layout of the facility. The fact that it was small, made family feel like they really knew the loved one placed in their care. Activities if you wanted to participate. Outside courtyard. Attentive to personal preferences.

A 5 for all. It is a wonderful facility. Staff very friendly. Atmosphere feels like "home" We would without hesitation recommend Avalon Memory Care community to other families.

I wished we would have found Avalon 2 years earlier. I think is the perfect place for memory care patients. It is single story and open interior with homelike style. All patients are memory care, they have full access to walk around and visit. The staff are wonderful, continually go around and visit with everybody. The patients also visit with you when visiting. They provide entertainment which was reserved for assisted living in other places we've been. Plus the cost is less than any of the assisted living places. Their level of skill in handling a diverse population of residents. They also made sure patients saw the podiatrist, nurse practitioner, dentist etc

The facility is clean and well maintained. The staff is attentive to the needs of residents. I am happy to have my wife there.

What we like the most about Avalon Memory Care is that the staff are professional, caring, and friendly! Yes, we would recommend the community to other families and as a matter of fact, I have a friend who is interested for his wife because I have told him about Avalon.

The abundance amount of patients they have. The information the they share, without hesitation, with the family members was invaluable. They are truly angels on earth. I can't speak highly enough of how comfortable we felt and how comfortable she felt. She didn't question when we left at all, which was very surprising and she never asked to go home. I really appreciated the fact that for the first couple of days that she was there, she had the same caretaker. I think that that helped her transition be very smooth. When we walked in the door we were unloading her stuff from our car and her caretaker meet us at the door and took her and sat down in the kitchen and started feeding her which she wouldn't eat for us so we were Extremely pleased.

5 for all! The absolute best place. It could be the group home concept. The caregivers were long-term, not someone different when you call or visit. They welcomed me Every time with a smile. Also good at keeping me informed. The facility is always clean and the patient. The food was healthy and prepared with care. Royal Circle was a Godsend to us. Very efficient. Definitely recommend.

The absolute best thing is the director [name removed] and the main caregiver, [name removed]. They are truly angels on earth. The other things I like are the location (super quiet at the end of a nice residential street) and the small size which makes it manageable for residents with memory issues and makes it nice to meet other residents and families.

The Staff treats you like family. Depending on her needs, she moved from one room to another because her wheelchair wouldn't fit in the bathroom door.

Love it here. The workers are great and very loving people. All I see is smiles from these workers. Everytime I come in the residents are loved like they are family to the workers. This is a very awesome place to take your loved ones. Great job guys - love the hard work!

When you walk into Avalon you can tell that the staff and management really care about the residents. It's a smaller community so they treat everyone as if they are family. They take the time to learn about each resident's needs and they tailor the care to each individual resident. Not only do they tailor the care but they also go out of their way to make sure each and every family member feels welcomed when they walk in.

The staff at the house on Hughes Circle in Dallas are amazing, caring folks. Communication from the main office was always good. We appreciated all of the individual care that dad was shorn by the staff.

After thoroughly researching various memory care facilities for our mother, Avalon stood out as the clear choice for her long-term home. Among all the places we toured, Avalon was the only one where we felt truly at ease. The staff are compassionate and attentive, showing genuine care for both the residents and their families. With a variety of activities designed to keep residents active and engaged, it’s evident that the residents enjoy their time there. We are incredibly pleased with the exceptional care our mother has received.

A little over a year ago me and my siblings decided to transfer my Mom from a good, but more institutional environment to this homey, residential setting. We are glad we did. The tree-lined street of single family homes reminds us of the childhood neighborhood where she and Dad raised five children. Inside, she has a nice room with queen bed and sofa/TV that is steps from a warm and inviting kitchen where she can smell coffee and breakfast when she wakes up. When we visit, often we will bring a meal in and enjoy a private dining room/living room space with just her and family. Daily life for her takes place in an open den and dining area. The TV is set to shows the residents remember. The dining table doubles as a place for bingo and other board games. On nice days, the residents may sit on the patio in the private backyard. All of the residents appear well-cared for by patient staff.

Avalon on Quarterway in Dallas was a wonderful home for our father. The caring staff made it feel like he was living with family. Dad developed sweet, and intimate relationships with all the care takers. They also gave wise advice to our family as we navigated his end of life and all the complexities that come with that season. We had a beautiful experience and highly recommend.

My husband receives the most loving and attentive care every single day. His unique needs are always met with compassion and consideration. Avalon makes certain that every special request he has is honored with the utmost importance and respect. The commitment to his well-being is unwavering by the staff, ensuring he feels supported, valued, and cared for in every way possible.
