I would confidently give them a full 5-star rating. The three months my Aunt spent at Atria West 86 were truly exceptional. The staff displayed unparalleled attentiveness, kindness, and accessibility. This environment has been a perfect match for my Aunt, a social individual who thrives in a place where she feels respected and well-cared for. I wholeheartedly recommend Atria to others seeking outstanding care for their loved ones.

Our family is so grateful for Atria. My dad is in the Memory Care Unit. We could not be more at peace, knowing he is so well taken care of. All of the staff go the extra mile to make sure he has the help he needs and everything necessary to make him comfortable. From sending me pictures to texting, helping with medical visits, personal care and more, the staff at Atria excel. Every time we visit, he reiterates how happy he is. That speaks volumes. Thank you, Atria!

My friend moved into this facility and she loves it. There are a lot of activities and they even go on day trips. The tenants are very friendly and so is the staff. I like to visit during happy hour, the drinks are included!

[name removed] (the memory care director) is so wonderful. She goes above the call of duty, is direct but gentle. She's genuine. (Some of the places we toured were sugary fake sweet. Nobody at Atria gave us that impression.We were comforted by the fact that many staff members (including Ingrid,) have been there for many years/decades. They seem to love what they're doing. They have been wonderful and Mom is very happy with everything. Her only complaint is that she can't come home but that's not their fault. But it's getting better.

The staff members who work at Atria Cinco Ranch are very polite on all levels. Our loved one loves being there, it was the best move we could have made for her. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend this community to others.

My loved one is currently a resident at Atria Westchase and everything has been great for her at this facility so far. This facility is wonderful! The staff are attentive. They provide three meals a day with two choice offerings for each meal. If the resident is not downstairs to eat about an hour after the start of mealtime, a staff member will go knock on their door to check on them. Atria has a very helpful medical staff, the Nurse Practitioner is available weekly. Every staff member during the day shift has been great and there is only one staff member on the late evening shift that has been unresponsive. I would recommend Atria Westchase to others!

My mom and I are so grateful to have found Atria. Her apartment is spacious and homey. We have found the staff to be warm and kind. My mom has been enthralled with some of the topics discussed and presented. There's a spacious green patio for the residents to enjoy and the food is nutritious and tasty! We love it!

This community is full of wonderful people. The drivers are very caring and go out of their way. The dining room servers are very accommodating and always have a smile on their faces. The activities team make the day something to look forward too.

My mom really likes the exercise classes. When it comes to the value for cost it is to answer this one as this is my first experience with Assisted Living facilities and my mom does have limited $ savings so it is a bit stressful.

Really good facility that provided good care for my mother while she was there.Very good, although the food wasn't very good. We picked this community because of the cleanliness, responsiveness, design, staff, and a friend's recommendation.

All of the above are a five. This place is incredible! They have amazing activities all day long for the residents. The staff is so kind and caring. The food is delicious. Cost is average. I guess the value for cost is the same as other facilities in the area.

My Friend, [name removed] lived here and he was very happy. He had many friends and joined in activities - Especially Community Government and Happy Hour. He still drove and often went out to visit other friends. The people here were very nice and everything was always very clean.

Excellent service, residents feel safe in a nice environment, staff and residents are friendly and food tastes like a four star restaurant - not found in most senior facilities. Upscale appearance, clean, good size room that looks modern and clean, nice facilities , quality food and amenities, Asian staff and some Asian residents.

The month to month is good. She started in assisted living and hoping to switch to independent soon.She seems to be adjusting to the community

Had a great visit while searching for a place for my grandmother. Staff was friendly and professional as we were walking around. The residents seemed very happy and all doing activities or were outside enjoying the outdoor area. I learned a lot from my meeting the sales Director was very informative. She went through all my questions and made sure I was satisfied with the answers. Definitely a great choice!

I would make a strong recommendation to go into the facility, meet the people. I would tell them that you took excellent care of my loved ones and I am forever grateful. Seemed to be a lot for a respite stay but they were safe and well taken care of which was more important.

The best place I have ever lived. Excellent facility. Actually rates a 10. What has made it such a wonderful experience so far is the caring and understanding staff who listening, they know how to do their jobs staff. Well staffed. Many great activities besides Bingo. Clean! Available, tasty Food! Transportation. No theft so far. Pets ok

I scheduled a visit and it was a great experience. The staff was very professional and you can tell they love what they do and That is important to me. We had lunch and it was delicious. The residents all were busy and seemed very happy. I will definitely consider Atria when it is time to decide.

Transportation to dialysis and appointments included. Along with cleaning, laundry and TVCable. Fantastic clean great staff looks like your walking into a hotel.
