Everything is 5 except the cost is continually rising. Nearly 35% cost increase in two years. They will work with you on the pricing but its always higher the what we say we can afford. We're going to likely be outprice by the next year of price increases. I would definitely recommend, but would also tell them to be aware the price is increased yearly, with the lowest cost increase we've seen being 12%.

[name removed] was a great informative and company representatve. She was knowlegeable, patient and answered all of our questions. Her demeanor was very comforting. However, we ruled this community out as my wife has difficulty eating because of an essential tremor. [name removed]introduced us to [name removed], head of food services, and [name removed]told us that assistance with feeding was not an option at Atria.

The sales team is just stellar and she continued to follow up even after a full year of my mom in the nursing home. Goes above and beyond from visiting my mom to picking me up to come tour the beautiful grounds. Mom will be getting more freedom and we are appreciative of all the care.

I was not a resident of this location, but a friend was. The team was FANTASTIC! For the brief Respite Stay, everything was excellent. [name removed], [name removed],[name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]were a very well organized team. They were so professional, gracious and truly went out of their way to make the brief stay a memorable one. Atria Glen Cove is a luxury property, with great meals, immaculate grounds and facility. All the services you need are right there. Thank you again for being so wonderful.

Thanks again for each time you open your hearts to me and others at Atria. Each and everything done is truly appreciated. It was a Bus ride to church, an Arts and Craft item made to decorate my front door, a ride to get my hair cut, or to the aquarium to enjoy the sites and aroma of the ocean I love so much, the Bible study where I was able to ask questions or having [name removed]lead the Friday dance exercise class. Being able to get a few items like milk, cereal, a banana or an apple from the kitchen between 1 - 3 … Helping decorate the lobby Christmas tree, enjoy s’mores on the patio with friends and help plant vegetables and herbs in patio boxes. Walking from the clubhouse where we can all enjoy happy hour or a game of “Wii Bowling” to a good dinner in the dinning room … if the walk is too much for us, a golf cart driver will gladly pick us and our walkers up and deliver us to our destination. Patient waiters/waitresses take my order and take time

I hadn’t planned to move to Assisted Living, quite so soon, but am glad I did. The building is quite clean and my apartment has high ceilings with very tall windows. The residents and staff are very friendly. There is plenty to do and the location is great for walking. I’m glad I made the move.

My dad is very happy with Atria and we would recommend this community to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

Atria is great, I love the staff because they really care about and talk to the people that live here. They make sure we are enjoying ourselves and are very observant if there’s something we don’t like, and talk to us about it. They also provide a very easy transition into this change in lifestyle, and don’t force anything on new residents, letting us transition at our own pace. The residents are wonderful and they all come from different backgrounds and experiences, all having different personalities. This makes things fun and exciting and helps me learn from others. The food is great! I love the activities and having people to talk to. I love the movies they play, which are oldies, and I often learn a lot from them.

The staff is amazing, They are very helpful and competent. They have a lot of activities and I love Bingo. I particularly love the puzzles, I have been doing puzzles most of my life and they have a good selection. The residents get along really well, I have a group that I eat with. I have a nice apartment. I like most of the food dishes. I love the library, it was a huge selling point, and I love the mystery books. The value is well balanced.

What impressed me most was how friendly the people are. Another plus is they have a wood shop. We would recommend Atria Canyon Creek to other families based on the experience we have had so far.

I had one of the best tours. This place is absolutely beautiful. Everyone was so nice. [name removed] was very patient with me. She answered all my questions in detail. And reassured of all my concerns. This is definitely a place I would consider to be my mom forever home

They are always there to help with most everything, I would like to say [name removed] goes beyond his duties and I enjoy working with [name removed] also [name removed] is there for us and helps in anyway he can. A bigger selection of food to choose from would be nice and be sure it is hot I have allergies so it is hard for me sometimes with the menu.

The staff at Atria Maplewood Place were absolutely outstanding. They treated my mother like family, they all knew her by name and knew how to specifically help her with her needs. The room size was just right for her... it wasn't real big, so very similar to a hotel size space.

This place is nice. The employees are very nice. Activities really keep me busy. They are always going above and beyond. I would recommend Atria to my friends and family it is a good option for when you cant be home.

They take great care of my mom. Very patient, friendly staff. The atmosphere is welcoming. The food is very good. My mom is making friends. The facility is clean and organized. They have many activities.

The management is very well organized and they all work well together for the well being of the residences. They stay on top of the facility needs. The activities alone are fantastic and vary in different degrees. They make sure the residence engage and utilize the facility in all different ways. My brother feels special and that he is valued.

Tuesday my friend and I went to visit my mother in law at Atria. When we arrived my mother in law was not there. Atria had taken everyone from Memory Care out on a bus ride! How wonderful! They were so excited when they returned and I was excited that they were taken out to get some fresh air. Than you Atria!

Overall, this is an excellent facility. Recently we were under a possible evacuation order due to a nearby fire, and I witnessed the caring and efficient procedures that had obviously been developed and prepared long before the actual emergency. I rate all of your categories as a 5. I feel very grateful for the care my mother receives and I feel very confident about her safety and well-being there.
