Tuesday my friend and I went to visit my mother in law at Atria. When we arrived my mother in law was not there. Atria had taken everyone from Memory Care out on a bus ride! How wonderful! They were so excited when they returned and I was excited that they were taken out to get some fresh air. Than you Atria!

Overall, this is an excellent facility. Recently we were under a possible evacuation order due to a nearby fire, and I witnessed the caring and efficient procedures that had obviously been developed and prepared long before the actual emergency. I rate all of your categories as a 5. I feel very grateful for the care my mother receives and I feel very confident about her safety and well-being there.

Atria Plainview is just a comfortable place. The staff is amazing. The entire atmosphere of the place is so friendly and comfortable. The food is excellent with a lit of options even for picky eaters. A lot more rewinding then sitting at home.

Recently our family had to address moving a family member into Atria Independent Living facility. From the initial tour and information gathering visit to the actual move has been nothing but positive. Staff at Atria handled everything making themselves available for any questions and assistance. They made this decision and process seamless. Their quick responses were unbelievably quick. I can’t thank [name removed] and [name removed]enough for their time and effort. Highly recommend this location when the time comes to transition a family member. Onsite staff has also been incredible.

[name removed] gave us A very thorough tour. She not only answered all of our questions, she gave us a lot of beneficial information to help with the transition. She went above and beyond to help my brother-in-law get relocated even setting up the apartment for him with furniture. The staff at the atria are friendly and respectful to the residents. their transportation services are offered daily for residence by appointment. All of the other places we visited, only had transportation services certain days of the week. There is a lot more like they’re dining hall is really a restaurant and they have an outdoor heated pool, and the apartments have terrific amenities. It was the best place we’ve visited with the best staff.

We are so pleased with our surroundings. Our apartment is well appointed, two baths, one is walk in with grip bars easily reached. Full kitchen and even enough room for our dining table. There are many activities to choose from and residents and staff are friendly and welcoming. The dining facilities are open, bright and clean. The food is quite good with many options including pickup, or delivered to your apartment if needed. There is many more services to help us if and when they would be needed.

Highly recommend this memory care unit. The staff are compassionate, caring, attentive and very professional. They are always available to answer questions and concerns. It is a very happy atmosphere which really makes a difference . I feel my mother is well cared for and safe. The facility itself is beautiful and very clean. It has truly exceeded my expectations.

When we went on a tour of the facility, we were surprised how friendly the workers and residents were. We felt comfortable and my father in law knew right away that he wanted to live there. So we started the process. We also ate there with him and the food was good. Definitely a place I would recommend.

Note that Atria has taken over Maplewood from Holiday. They have been hiring Dining room, housekeeping, activities staff. The transition in ongoing They expect both the food and housekeeping to improve. Maplewood place is truly a "community" where residents become family quickly. My mother moved in on [date removed] after 3 hospitalizations and an extended rehab stay in 2 months. Her transformation has been amazing as she has regained independence because of the dedicated and caring staff. She has many friends and is engaged in many activities from coloring and painting to beading to ceramics and other arts and crafts. She's involved in games and bingo and happy hour. They've gone to a local casino, an apple farm with a hayride and local restaurants. The residents watch over and care about each other. The community has truly brought her peace, joy and happiness. The dining room is exceptional. It's truly like being in a restaurant. The courtyard is beautiful and provided many fun and peaceful moments in the spring and summer.

2 1/2 years ago after visiting many Assisted Living Facilities, I decided on choosing yours. I am still happy with that decision. I never have to worry about the level of care received & always appreciate the added attention. My loved one is so happy living there in his beautiful apartment and always talks about the amazing meals!

We have our grandmother here. It's beautiful and spotless. The staff goes over and above what they promised. [name removed] you where right. She is are very happy and that makes us happy.. Great team, great Value.

I love this atria. Staff is wonderful, the facility is beautiful, landscaping is always done, food is great. This is the best place for my loved ones. They are able to maintain their independence while also feeling safe with the staff they keep.

We picked this community because the atmosphere felt very homey, staff was very friendly, their ratings and price. It was great! We left because she needed more care, and we felt like the assisted side was too expensive and it was closer to family in Henderson.

All around very happy with them. Staff have been very gracious with addressing any concerns I present. My dad is happy there. Very comfortable, homey environment.

Atria Hertlin Place in Ronkonkoma is a great facility. It is well put together and very clean. The staff is great and well respected. I highly recommend [name removed] the Executive Director as she is very sweet and very helpful with any needs you may need to inquire. I highly recommend this facility for any one of your loved ones as they will be very well taken care of. I couldn’t be happier with the care my mother has received and will definitely continue to recommend.

I think its a good place to be. Never a dull moment. Plenty of activities offered depending on your likes and your participation. I am resident here It will be a year in January. With my husband passing this was the perfect way to be. I met a lot of strong women who showed me support from staff to residents.

The staff were excellent and very helpful and caring...I think that is what trickles down and makes the overall experience good. Yes -definitely would recommend

I love Atria Huntington because of the people. The residents, the staff, the food, the comfortability. Everything that it has to offer. My family and I are very happy with my home. Very happy with our choice.

Although my dad has dementia, he is not currently at this stage where he needs dementia care, or memory care... they wanted a form filled out that would say that he had dementia that would make him go into memory care. Atria actually was able to accept him living independently because his dementia is not at the stage where he needs memory care. This was a big hurdle for us.

I moved into the Atria Forest Hills more than two weeks ago. It feels very good to be here, and I like it here very much. There are many good activities to participate in and to be with people. I like eating in the dining room with other people. The food is good, and the people who work here really seem to care about the residents, and help make living in the Atria a worthwhile experience. My apartment is also large and comfortable, and faces the park and a lake.
