I had such a wonderful experience at Atria Grand Oaks in Thousand Oaks, CA. My uncle passed earlier this year and my Aunt was struggling with many household chores (cleaning, maintaining the lawn and pool, etc). From the first visit until she moved in, the entire staff was incredibly friendly and helpful. My Aunt has now settled in and is acclimating very well to her new life and extended family. We couldn’t be happier with Atria Grand Oaks, and highly recommend this facility.

This is a very impressive facility. It is very well maintained. Very clean and the staff is quite helpful. I met the executive director during my visit and it was a pleasure. She went out of her way to answer all of my questions

I visited this community with my daughter looking for myself. It was better than I expected and I am considering moving in the new year. I’m not thrilled about leaving my home but I think Atria has a lot to offer.

After touring this site, I highly recommend placing your loved one here. It has a warm family feeling. It's clean and the resident are happy.

I am very happy to be here at Atria Grand Oaks. People who works here are very caring, from the housekeepers, servers and caregivers. The management is always accessible. The Executive Director is always nice and available to us. I feel very comfortable and I gained a lot of friends.

I like this place very much, I don't have to worry about cooking the food is good and healthy. There are a diverse group of residents here and there is always someone to speak with and get to know. the place is clean the management and staff are great. I am happy here, I would always recommend this place.

I have lived at this community for some months, everyone is very friendly. Food is very good and they will accommodate to you if you want something different. Staff is always willing to help you in a very welcoming way. Apartments are nice clean and tidy as well as the entire facility. The activities are fun and interesting and you can give suggestions and the managers take suggestions well. The park being close by is a great thing, I walk there every day! I highly recommend this retirement community, it really feels like home.

After more than three decades out of state, it was time for our stubbornly independent mom to move close to family. She was adamant that she wanted to retain that independence and we were adamant that she needed to be someplace with staff. After searching across Long Island, this place was the only one that checked all of our collective boxes. The facility is beautiful, located up a tree lined drive and surrounded by landscaped grounds that invite outdoor strolls in good weather. The staff are welcoming and caring, available to assist when needed but mindful of residents’ independence. From the minute we toured to the residence, we knew Mom would feel at home. In a few short weeks, she has made more connections than we could have hoped and has embraced the Atria Hertlin Place as her home.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and helpful on our tour. This place was wonderful. The food in the cafeteria smelled so good. The movie theater was adorable. My mom is social and wants a place where she can meet and be around people and so far, this is our top choice. They have a really cool game room. Honestly, I wish I could live there now. The location is so close to the library and it feels like a little city. There are a ton of restaurants down below and everyone was outside walking dogs and chatting.

My Mom recently moved to Atria at Oakridge facility and we could not be more pleased! We have seen a positive change in her attitude and general outlook on life. Everyone is very friendly, kind and uplifting. Mom has received great encouragement and direction from the PT staff and she continues to make great strides to become more mobile and getting stronger each week. I couldn’t be happier with the decision to move my aunt to Atria. The staff is incredibly attentive, the facilities are clean and well-maintained, and she loves the food!. She’s made new a lot of new friends which was hard for her to do back home. I have peace of mind knowing she is always cared for It’s a relief knowing she’s safe!

My mom passed 2 years ago and I needed a place for my dad. He is visually impaired but is pretty independent. I live on the west side of Manhattan, so I wanted something close. Now that my dad has been here a little over two years, I want to share a bit on this place. Firstly, my dad really loves the events and the events team! He is always so busy! I have been trying to get him to do audio books for years. They somehow they convinced him and he loves it. Dealing with the administrative team is also wonderful. [name removed] the administrative director and her assistant [name removed] are an absolute pleasure to work with. My dad’s social workers [name removed] and [name removed] are the best. They are always there when we need them.

It's difficult to see your parent's need for care, safety and health resources increase. It's even harder to find a place that cares as much as you do about your parents. We were very lucky to find that in Atria Oakridge. We needed to move quickly and discovered Atria at just the right time. Thankfully for us, they had the right size apartment recently open up. They helped us coordinate the move quickly, helped facilitate the logistics, and most importantly made the effort to make sure our parents felt welcome before we made the final decision. Having health and care resources based on site as well as an internal health/safety check system in place gave us all piece of mind. Each time we walk into the building we receive a warm welcome. Atria also continues the support by having a genuine concern for our parents' wellbeing, not only from a health perspective but also from an emotional standpoint and sense of community. Their food has been fantastic. We now have peace of mind.

My father and uncle both stayed at Atria and loved it. When I needed to place my mother while I travelled to Europe we put her in Atria and the staff and rooms were wonderful. My mom loves the food and activities. The second time I placed her again I was surprised the welcome she received from staff and boarders, they rushed up and were hugging her! I highly recommend checking Atria out for a welcoming and safe place for our loved ones!

When it came time to find a retirement community for my Dad we were obviously filled with a mix of emotions and the deep desire to ensure his comfort and happiness. After a LOT of research, we chose Atria and it turned out to be one of the best decisions we’ve ever made! From the moment we walked through the doors, we were greeted with warmth and kindness.! The staff are not only professional but genuinely compassionate, taking the time to get to know each resident on a personal level. My Dad settled in more quickly than we anticipated thanks to the welcoming environment and the many thoughtful touches! The accommodations are spotless, modern, and cozy, and he receives the best care for his needs. The community is really beautiful and peaceful too! Def recommend this community!

Atria Rye Brook is one of the best senior living facilites. My mom moved in October 2024 loves it. My father passed away 24 years ago, she told me that she is the happiest she has been living at atria since my dad was alive. She feels safe & loves being at Atria. The differnce i can see in her within two full months of living there is absolutely amazing. My mom is loving her life and makes me very happy. ALL THE STAFF are always pleasant, smiling & know all residents by name, what they like to eat, drink etc. Always activites for them including the movies twice a day. which she goes each night after dinner. The staff takes such good care of the residents I am so relieved to have Atria RyeBrook looking after my mom. I know she is in good hands there espcially with [name removed] and [name removed] (sales directors) who make sure they see her each day to say hi and give her a hug. If you have a loved one questioning if this is the right fit, guaranteed it is! You cant ask for a better place than Atria

Our family is very happy with our experience Atria. Overall 5 across the board. He has been moved to the locked down area due to his dementia & numerous & executed attempts to leave. We would recommend this community to other families who may need a place for their loved ones

The staff at Atria Rocklin have been immensely helpful and considerate of my mom’s needs during her move-in process. With the caring employees, socialization opportunities, variety of food, and lovely outdoor areas to enjoy, I know my mom will be safe and fulfilled living here. The smaller size of the facility means a warmer feel and more attentive care than other assisted living locations. Although she only moved in yesterday, I am confident that my mom will receive compassionate care based on what we have already experienced.

This is amazing community, love the staff, the food, the living quarters! This place I will highly recommend! My grandma is greeted and treated with the highest respect. They are on it when she needs help with maintenance!
