I enjoyed the tour at this community. The staff are all wonderful and friendly. I like the open community walkway and the cleanliness. I did not choose because the price was high for me and no private bathrooms. The community seem organized.

My mother is doing very well and I am very pleased. They are caring for her very well and she is happy. The community is nice and clean. The staff is friendly and nice. There are nice activities and good food. Overall everything is going well and I would recommend it.

My mom has not been at the community long as she had to leave for a brief stay at the hospital. Since returning though things are going well as the staff are friendly and keep me updated on her progress. While my mother is not a social butterfly there are plenty of activities for her to enjoy. I was able to enjoy a lunch with her when she moved in and we both agree the food is good. The grounds and community are kept clean and beautiful. I am still rating the community but I have not seen anything that would stop me from recommending Atria Cranford to family and friends.

Atria Westchase is an excellent Assisted Living Facility. It has a lot in common with a cruise ship. The food is very good, the staff are very friendly and helpful, it is very clean, and the Certified Nurses' Assistants (CNAs) are usually prompt to respond to a press of the call button. But remember, an Assisted Living Facility (such as Atria Westchase) is not a Skilled Nursing Facility. Atria has one nurse on staff, and that is only during normal business hours. If your loved one needs medical care at night or on weekends, someone else will have to help him/her.... I was so impressed with my initial visit to Atria Westchase that I did not even visit competitors, so I cannot comment on comparative prices.

It's early days but of the many positive impressions we carry thus far, the strongest is the caring that staff at all levels demonstrates. Careful observation to determine the sincerity of this caring revealed only that it is indeed real. Some early difficulties in adjusting to community life by our new resident were met with patience and attentiveness by staff.

Staff all friendly and accommodating. Dining room is high spot compares with top restaurants in the city. Som disappointment when I first took my apartment. Both the sink and toilet in bathroom were dysfunctional. Seems to me the working facilities of an apartment should be checked out BEFORE the renter arrives. I think the service people should be asked what questions are mostly asked by the renters and then make a compendium of it. Would make life easier for both service people and new renters

I was impressed how nice it was and it looked like the residents were well cared for.

My Mom is very happy living at Atria Collwood. The meals are delicious and the activities offered keep her busy. The staff is very warm and friendly.

Overall, Atria Bethlehem seems like a nice place. My loved one has had very good things to say about the staff. They are friendly, caring, and very accommodating. I've also heard very good things about the food, and the tidiness of the facility in general! The main complaint I heard from him was that it wasn't a great social atmosphere. He likes to sit around and chat and he said residents mostly stayed in their rooms other than meals and occasional activities.

Mom has been here for about a month now. The staff and residents are very welcoming. Food is delicious and Mom likes the open dining concept. There are many activities to choose from. I think this place is like being on a "land based cruise". Staff is very responsive to maintenance issues.

My Father is doing alright at Atria Covina. We are thankful we found Atra. And thankful for A Place For Mom's help, I would definitely recommend them. This has been a positive experience. The staff at Atria are very helpful. They do offer activities, but he is not interested in them. The food is good, my husband has gone and eaten there with my father as well and says it is good. This community is not as convenient for us as we'd like, we'd like one closer to us, but this is what we can afford. We are pleased and thankful he is in this nice facility. This is the best we can get.

When looking into options we went to many different places and everywhere we went the residents were either half dead or in need of memory care which was very scary for Mom since she is still high functioning and able to do things on her own. When visiting Atria Valley View we knew it would be the best fit for Mom. She has the luxury of participating in activities other than just bingo and the option for laundry service when she doesn't want to do it herself. Mom really appreciates the food and having other residents like herself. The staff have been great and so far I am very happy with the place.

It's going pretty well. I have been particularly impressed with the staff. They could do a little better with an orientation, when residents first move in. Overall we have been pretty satisfied.

My mother is loving her stay at Atria and we are very happy with her move there. It is a great place and looks very nice and the staff has been super helpful with everything for my mother. They have good activities that my mom has participated in and that is really good see. The food is pretty is nice as well no problems there. I've only had one issue with the fact that right now the community is on lock down due to the fact a lot of residents have been getting sick and I think it is because the salad bar they said they wouldn't have it out all the time and they did for two days and now the residents are getting sick, but other then that overall it has been a positive experience for us.

So far our experience with Atria Park has been pretty good! It was a big adjustment for our loved one, and it took a while for her to get settled in, but she seems to like it. It's a smaller facility, so the residents get a lot of individual attention, and things seem generally clean and well kept. I've heard a few complaints from her about the food, sometimes it's a little fancier than what she prefers, but they always have a menu of just basic sandwiches and things like that to order from as well.

This was really nice, and I liked it a lot. This was in my top two along with another Atria location. I chose the other location based on price.

Over budget. Beautiful building and room. Did not see many residents out and about. That is a concern.

Atria is clean and most staff are friendly. The food is terrific and healthful, with no added salt and sugar free desserts are sometimes offered. They offer nice activities, exercises and excursions. Unfortunately, most of the exercise classes (geared toward seniors) are while my parents are eating lunch. It would be nice if housekeeping could vacuum more often in their apt. The dining area is beautiful and the wait staff are usually helpful and friendly, esp. Donna, who is the best! We've had some problems with no one coming to get them for afternoon pills and lunch, which is the only time private duty staff hired separately by us, isn't on duty. This has been corrected now. There seemed to be a learning curve for everyone involved in my parents' care. They are not an aging in place community, so we will probably run out of money and they will need to move in the future.

Overall I think they do a good job at Atria on Roslyn Harbor, it is a nice looking place and the people are friendly. However, I do think the quality of the service has been on the decline over the past year. They seem understaffed, especially in regards to the dining service. I'd like to see them get back to the level they were at before.
