Atria

I am very impressed with this facility and my mom seems to be very happy. She loves the meals and outings. The staff are always available if you have any questions or concerns. All in all, we are very happy with our choice and would highly recommend them.

Well I've asked them to change the lock off the closet but no one has reacted to it. They put a work order in and no has done anything about it. I'm afraid that my sister might lock the door and not be able to enter it, there isn't suppose to be a lock on it anyways.

Their friendliness is astonishing, they are such friendly and nice people. My mom is ninety-one years old and an extraordinarily active person and she could do with more engaging activities than what they do.

When we chose Atria Home Care we were under the impression that my Mom wouldn't be utilizing the services for a long time because she was in such bad shape. Since having their services it has been a complete turn around! My mom is doing much better and I really appreciate how good they've been to her. I really give them credit for my mom's increase in health. Atria has taken really good care of Mom and I couldn't be more thankful!

I haven't been here long enough to find anything wrong with them. I've only been here less than a month and everything's been fine.

I think that they had the opportunities, my husband just didn't want to take advantage of them. He had some books there to read, he just sort of isolated himself. They had the choice to order from a menu and he took advantage of that, that was a good idea. I think that the personnel were very good. I really have no problem at all with it. The only thing was that it was expensive.

We are very happy, I'd give 5+ for staff if I could! They are really awesome. The activities go great as well. It's definitely expensive but it's really nice, and the customer service is amazing!

They worked with us well. They were very easy to work with in getting my parents in there. I only met a couple of the caregivers. The couple of caregivers that I did meet were very caring. You could tell that they cared. It was a really good experience. The facility was nice and very clean. Everyone was very friendly and welcoming. The value was excellent. I can't rate the activities because it is not applicable.

Wonderful place!!!! Beautiful facility, oodles and oodles of activities, caring staff, and great food! My recently placed sister loves this place as I do.

My mother will be 90 in August and has been living on her own for the past 16 years since my father died. She has done well until recently when "we" and she decided she needed adult supervision. When I called a Place for Mom, they were extremely helpful in pointing out different places with the amenities and costs. After looking at the Altria Hacienda, she said "this is it." The place is great, people are very friendly and there is lots to do; Pool, movie theatre, happy hours daily and extremely delicious meals. She tells me she couldn't be happier. I think it is also a relief for her that someone else is giving her her meds, morning and evening. She has at least 100 new friends, well, thats what she tells me. Her daughters, me, being one of them are spread out around the US so it is so nice to know that she is happy. Every time I talk to her, she sounds terrific, and she only has a few minutes to talk because she's on to her bridge game or some other adventure. We couldn't be happier, either.

I found the Atria to be thriving and active. Sheila was full of energy and the people there were having fun. It was clean and nice. It looked like a wonderful place. We picked somewhere that was more centrally located for us, but this was definitely a nice option.

I live in Florida. I recently flew up to visit family and see how my mother is faring at the memory center at the Atria. The minute I walked in I kept saying, Oh Wow!, this is lovely!. Didn't stop until I left! The staff is absolutely wonderful. You can immediately feel that they really care. My mother, along with all the other patients are treated with respect, patience, and receive an awesome quality of life. There are always crafts, mind stimulating conversations, and interesting activities. The dining room resembles a 5 star restaurant; the decor and food is top notch. After spending a couple of hours watching the daily routines of, not just my mom, but all the others in Memory Care, I am so relieved, and feel so much better as I leave NJ, that my mom is in the best facility in NJ. She is lucky to have my Dad go there every day, but he is lucky as well, knowing if he doesn't go, she will still be singing Judy Garland and Frank Sinatra songs in the gathering room with many others, enjoying other ladies, crafts, chatter, tv, with highly qualified, caring staff. Kudos to you Atria! A+++

My father lives there and we are overall more satisfied than I could have imagined; they've made it a great experience during a difficult time.

Love, love loved this facility. Suzanne worked very hard with us to get the monthly rate reduced. However in the end the cost was not within Mom's budget.

We enjoyed our visit here. It was the first Assisted Living place we visited so more questions will probably come to us on a second visit. The staff seemed very friendly. I plan to take my mother there for lunch and see what she thinks about it. I hope we can speak to some residents then.

Regency of Evergreen Valley is a wonderful place. My dad has been there for about a month and is doing very well there. We are very pleased with the staff, the administration, the care, and just the whole program.

Great place for respite!!

I think the place is really great. It has a calming and quiet atmosphere. I think the new resident orientation could of been a little better. Maybe the orientation ambassador wasn't feeling well that day. The staff is very nice. The place is clean. I love how outdoorsy and woodsy it is. The Atria Willow Glen is a nice community. We are very pleased with the services. Everything has been going well.

From my first visit, to moving my mom to Atria at St. Joseph's has been amazing. All the people there were extremely friendly and helpful. They made the transition so easy and happy for all of us. My mom was all set in her new apartment in no time and ready for a new beginning. Instead of being alone at her house, she now has people around her who care and is making new friends. Thank you to all at Atria At St. Joseph's!
