They keep good track of the residents. They always know who you are talking about and where they are whenever you call them. They also have a lot activities and try to get everyone involved and participating.

Overall I think Atria Rye Brook did a fantastic job with the care they provided to my loved ones. We had a few issues with some of the services they provided, the main issue being the quality of the food and lack of the 24/7 availability they promised initially. However, they more than made up for that with the incredible care they showed my mother. When it became clear she was nearing the end of her life they really stepped up and went above and beyond for her. The staff was extraordinarily attentive and caring, very accommodating, and worked extremely well with the hospice service.

The biggest problem we've had at Atria Carmichael Oaks is being able to afford it. Actually I do know it is a little less expensive than some of the other places around. We've never really had any issues there. We are having problems with VA to keep her in a nice a place. The facility is really nice and well taken care of. The staff are friendly here. Overall we've really been happy with it, the price just needs to be a little more reasonable.

Everything has been really good at Atria Del Sol. The staff are really good at handling my father-in-law. He has dementia so I know that can be difficult. They are extremely friendly and knowledgeable at this facility.

The friendliness is above and beyond. They really do bend over backwards to accommodate the residents. Everyone that I have come into contact with presents as extremely friendly and respectful of the resident.

I love it here at Atria Campana Del Rio. Everything is great, the food is great. They have a lot of things to do here as far as activities go. They always have something for the residents to do. it is an older facility as far as the building itself. The staff is great, they have all worked here a long time. I highly recommend this facility. I am so happy with everything.

We are really happy with things at Atria Vintage Hills. The staff is so friendly. The layout of the facility is really good. There are plenty of activities to choose from although mom does not participate. The maintenance needs to be more prompt there. They are too slow to address some issues we have had. Mom had a smoke detector that was going out and it was very slow to get it fixed. Also she had a neighbor that had a leak and I'm not sure its even been fixed yet. Other than the maintenance issues everything has been going really well at this facility.

Atria del Rey is an amazing community that is completely centered on giving seniors a place to live and enjoy life. The staff is caring and always positive in there interactions. I feel like it's resort living with a built in support system. Thank you Atria for treating my mom in law with respect, dignity and care.

We had a problem with the pills and that is why my loved ones are no longer there. They kept waking them up at six in the morning to take their pills when they don't take them till nine. There was a problem when the pills ran out and the staff said it was there responsibility to get them, but we already pay them for that.

We are very pleased with our experience so far at Atria Cutter Mill! The service is excellent across the board! The staff here is attentive and friendly, and the facility is clean and has a warm welcoming environment. I would highly recommend it to those looking into senior care in the area!

They are excellent at making their guests feel comfortable and appreciated. The staff is very personable. They have exceeded everything we were expecting from them and we are just very pleased with them.

Just overall, the director we worked with was very hands on; getting my loved one situated and payed for and moved in and everything. He just made the process seem seamless and he was very understanding and helpful.

Well I was only there for a quick visit, but everyone was very accommodating and willing to give me details about the facility. The only reason we didn't go there is because we needed memory care and not assisted living, so if it wasn't for that we would have chose Atria.

I have not been here long enough to have any real complaints about the place. Everything they are suppose to do is fine. The meals are good, the staff is very friendly and the residents are very friendly too and I have enjoyed it.

We're very pleased with how things have gone at Atria Tamalpais Creek! The facility is clean and well taken care of, and the staff is knowledgeable and helpful. They do a good job looking out for the residents, and they also have very good food!

My father is the typical stubbornly independent man who claimed he was just fine at home watching his TV and doing his puzzles. My siblings and I cannot believe how active and involved he is now that he is at Lincoln Place. He goes on every outing, he participates in all the games, lectures & entertainment that there is. When I go to visit, he tells me to come back because he wanted to do what was on the calendar! I feel like the amazing staff at Atria has gone above and beyond since day one and added years onto his life. Would recommend this to community to everyone!

The staff at Atria Tanglewood are great. They are willing to work with us. They have been so good with dad. They have been great dealing with us as a family with all of my siblings. They are providing excellent service.

Very happy with the facility and treatment that my mother receives at Atria Longmeadow Place. Mom moved in on extremely short notice and the staff was wonderful helping me get her settled and learning the routine.

Atria Sierra Pointe has lots of activities. Mom is overwhelmed with the move so she has not participated yet. But I look forward to her doing so in the future. The facilities are nice here. We just need some time for mom to get adjusted.

Our experience with Atria Southpoint Walk has been a good one, so far! Although the facility is a few years old at this point they do a very good job keeping it looking clean and new, and the people here have all been very friendly. So far we haven't seen a single thing to complain about, even the food is good!
