They have been fine. I don't have any major complaints or concerns at this time. I would score them five out of five. It's been working out well. A good place.

Everything is going good. We like it and my Dad likes it very much.

The registration process was very nice, the people were nice and the contract was easy to understand and fairly straightforward. It looked great and the food was great, but my loved one did not stay there too long.

This community is stunning - the residents are active and happy, and they have restaurants with fine dining. I want to live here when I retire!

It has been a great experience for me while I am staying at the Atria Campana Del Rio. Every day is a great day at the facility and I would say it is number one. I would have to say that I am very, very happy here.

I think that they are really good place because it is employee owned, so they really do care about the residents and they really seem to go out of their way to make them feel welcomed and to help and encourage them to participate. We are real happy with it.

It has been wonderful. I have no negative comments whatsoever. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The other residents have been pretty friendly. It's newer and in a great location. It's light and bright, you don't feel like you are walking into an old folks home. There is a vibrancy when you walk in. My loved ones are very intellectual and they offer some very intellectual activities, which is nice. Even though my loved ones are independent there is an assisted area, so if the need arises, they won't have to move again. They have some separate units that offer more independence and privacy if that works better. We also really liked that they have their own washer and dryer in unit, which was huge.

The property is very kept up to date. The CNA's are great. They really do a good job. From time to time I have to clean up her room.

"A Place For Mom" was amazing! I located them on an Internet search while investigating retirement communities for my in-laws. We had visited several communities already, and were overwhelmed by the choices as well as confused by the different types (independent, assisted living, etc.). I was contacted within moments of registering and connected with a representative in our area. She was very professional and knowledgeable of the offerings in Raleigh/Durham. She assessed our needs, and in our initial call referred us to several communities. She believed that Atria Southpoint Walk would be the best fit, and after visiting my in-laws wanted to look no further. They have been living there for 6-weeks now, and are thriving. They enjoy the gym and the food, but most of all the people! They have made new friends, and the staff is fabulous.

It's very nice and extremely clean, the people are more than friendly. Our loved one was apprehensive, it took her no time to say she likes it. The billing has been no problem at all. The people are extremely nice. A relative of the family, who is in need of a place that offers care, saw this, we had to them this place, and now that's where he wants to go.

We are really happy that they check on her frequently and she has felt very, very welcome. We had a fear that she would want to go back to her home, but she immediately loved it and felt welcome and comfortable.

Tangle wood is the Cadillac of Assisted Living. The staff isvery professional and the facility is lovely. Although the seniors at this residence are independent, there is assistance available to those in need.

I think that they do a really good job in letting you know what it will be like, the facility and experience and everything. They were very proactive in helping me find other resources for him and they were very friendly and very welcoming.

Atria on the Hudson is above and beyond expectation. From my first visit and tour with Jennifer I knew this is where my mother would want to be. I toured 7-8 facilities in the area and researched over a dozen. Atria on the Hudson met or exceeded every requirement on my list. My mother has been there now for a few weeks...she is not only adjusting and doing well...but thriving and truly enjoying all that Atria has to offer.

I think for me and our situation, they took an individualized plan and determined what was going to be best for my Mother. They could improve on their Memory Care Unit as far as having activities where the residents would be more engaged. I have been very pleased and the communication with the staff is great.

Our experience with Atria Park of Ann Arbor has been a good one, overall! The staff here is patient and accommodating, and they get right in touch with your if there is an issue. They've really done a great job looking after our loved one! The facility itself is well kept and clean, and has a lot to offer the people who live here!

The staff greeted my mother with open loving arms. She fell in love with the place when she walked in the front door, she said (it felt right, warm and inviting.) The dining options are fantastic with a huge variety of options and times NO structured seating. Beautiful well kept facility with warm,friendly, and helpful staff. You can't get bored with all of the daily activities and outings. We toured all of the facilities in the Coachella Valley and by far this is the best fit for my mother.

My mother-in-law is at Summerhill Villa. I did a very extensive search on several facilities. We picked this location because it was nice. This facility is very tastefully decorated and comfortable. It has a very nice greeting area. Some of these places have odors. This place is very fresh and everybody smiles here. She is well taken care of every day. They dress her bath her, do her hair. Is it pricey, yes but as long as the person has the financing then they are good.

The staff is great and it is an awesome place. We have decided that we are going to move my Mom in. We think she will really enjoy herself there.

The best location for amenities, lots of gathering places, to visit, read, outside and in. Wonderful staff, very caring. Far and away the best assisted living facility in the general area.
