Atria

The staff here is great because they call me and check me up on how our brother is doing. I really like that they do this. The grounds are also very well manicured.

My mom has been in Atria El Camino gardens for less than a month so only have a short time period to review. I will say that everyone has been very helpful with this hard decision to have my mom leave her home of over 60 years. The staff has been very helpful with suggestions and even a hug when needed as I watch my mom try to adjust. Not only support for her but for myself also. They have taken my calls to update me as I live out of town and can not visit on a regular basis. I am happy and pleased to see my mom in a safe place, receiving good meals and being able to participate in activities with others. The facility is very, very clean and the interaction I have seen with staff and residents has been fantastic. Don't feel like I have walked off and left her in a place where they just let them sit or sleep all day and slowly loose what life is about. Hard to write thoughts when your talking about your own parent and what the best but again I feel she is safe and loved.

From the first time I visited, I was impressed by the cleanliness and I liked the decorations and the interior design was very nice. It was a homey atmosphere and everyone was very nice and friendly and they looked happy. My loved one has improved 100% since she has moved in to the Atria. She is now involved in all the activities and she is much better.

Oh I love it. I have only been here a month. I have met some of the nicest ladies. It is absolutely wonderful and I have no complaints at all.

My friend is very happy with Atria Collwood. They absolutely wonderful. There are no complaints with the staff or the facility that I am aware of and he is doing great.

Atria is a wonderful facility. It is nice and always kept spotless. There are so many things for the residents to do. . .and not your run of the mill activities either. The staff is so good with the residents. They are caring and warm with them. The food is even good here!

Overpriced. Staff is very good and senior staff excellent.

I went and checked the place out and placed my husband there. The staff was great and the place was clean from when I went. From what I saw I was very happy with the services there.

After touring multiple Memory Care facilities. I found Atria of Willow Glen to be the best ever. very clean and well organized. The residents seemed happy. I didn't walk away feeling depressed. I would highly recommend Atria and commend their staff.

My Mother has been a resident at Atria for several years. She was the first to be moved into the new building a few years back and loved her beautiful little apartment. The staff has become like more than family to her and have always been so generous and kind in every way. It is not fun getting older and needing to move into assisted living. It was hard getting her in there but once she did it was home and the obvious best place she could have been. Many times she mentioned how glad she was to be there. She made a lot of sweet friends and felt truly loved living there. They even let her keep her little dogs, which was amazing since she had a hard time taking care of them...they helped her so much more than I ever would have expected them to. The health aids there are truly sainthood material made of pure love and I really don't know how they do it day after day and issue after issue...( thanks Alice, especially!). One could not do much better for an aging parent or loved one....I certainly couldn't have enriched her life by keeping her home with me anywhere near how her life at Atria has been... Thanks and blessings to them for having her.... To the end they have been amazing.

The staff, maintenance crew and residence are so friendly and welcoming. They can't do enough for you whether you are just touring or moving in. The food is excellent. You really feel like you are dining in a 5 star restaurant. Returning with my loved one for a 2nd tour, I was very impressed that so many of the staff membered me from my first visit. They make it their job to learn everything about their residents and potential residents so that they feel like they are "HOME". I know that is what I was looking for. I knew my Loved one would feel like they were visiting with relatives instead of being "put away" somewhere. I see a big improvement in their attitude and health in the few weeks of Living in this wonderful facility.

Atria Hacienda is a beautiful facility in a gorgeous location. The staff is super friendly and the facility and grounds are always immaculate. The other residents here are so nice and we love talking to them when we visit.

I think just in general all of the staff members at the Atria Campana Del Rio facility were very friendly and very welcoming and extremely helpful to us when we were moving my loved one in to the place.

Really the only comment that I can make about the Atria North Point is that they seem to be a really excellent and caring facility. It is a highly rated place in my opinion and I have nothing to say about improvements

I think that they have done a great job. They are very conscientious and very friendly and attentive and I just think that they really have been good in all aspects. They were very helpful with the move-in. They keep me informed about what's happening, so all-in-all it's been a very positive experience.

Things are going fine here. This is a beautiful facility. It is spacious and nice with lots of activities for the residents. The staff is very attentive and the resident seem happy and healthy.

surprised at the New England charm maintained in this historic site and the individualized attention provided each and every resident is excellent.

They have just been great. It's a tough transition, but they helped me through it all. They really held our hands the whole way and allowed my loved one's companions to come and live there for a little while while she got settled and they did everything they could to make sure she was comfortable.

I really cannot think of anything they can improve on. They have just been really great and have written letters for me that I needed and they have just been super helpful on everything and have bent over backwards. It has been a good experience.

A very pleasant atmosphere and the residents were busy with activities they seemed to be enjoying.
