I am thankful for the almost 4 years that my mom lived at Atria Newport Plaza. The staff was always wonderful to her-from housekeeping to dining, to activities, to wellness. We always knew she was always well cared for and staff was ALWAYS so helpful. Her last three weeks were particularly stressful and everyone was great.

I love the weekly games we have (Bingo, Bridge, etc.). Cynthia at the front desk is very capable and helpful. The waiters do their best with whos is on the team--I wish more will be hired. The residents here are very clown types with cheers me up.

1. I love the pool! It is always clean and ready to use (unless it is stormy). 2. Very pleased with the TEDTalk activity--great addition! 3. Saturday entertainment--good for all and a nice variety 4. Serving staff is always flexible with requests/changes. 5. Wonderful front desk workers with great personality 6. The rooms are very "roomy" and feel like home! 7. Beautiful entry way, and they make a good first impression!

The staff members work really hard to take care of us and keep us happy and safe.

What I love about my community are the food, companionship, music programs, and exercise classes they offer.

I would highly recommend Atria Carrollton. Working with Mary has been effortless. She truly cares about the residents. From the minute you walk in the door you feel at home! Everyone is so friendly and attentive! Could not be happier!

Atria Rocklin is a beautiful community, the apartments are really nice and would recommend to others.

My name is [name removed] and my Mom, [name removed] was a resident at the Atria in Rye Brook, NY for over 17 years . We are so grateful to the Atria for the wonderful care they gave to her. We were especially appreciative of [name removed] and the incredible attention and care she demonstrated to my Mom. [name removed] is sensitive and sensible - and it is obvious how her attention to detail comes through in the manner in which she oversees an operation with the challenges and complexities of a facility such as this. Moreover, the concern and communication that [name removed] maintained throughout the pandemic provided our family with a tremendous degree of comfort - knowing that [name removed] and her entire staff were making sure that the residents and staff (and families) were being cared for and watched over during this tumultuous time. I just wanted to communicate to you how appreciative our family is with a special thank you to Barbara for everything she did - and the graciousness that she always did it with.

Prior to moving to ARB, I did my due diligence. I visited various residences in Westchester County and lower Connecticut. Others have similar layouts/geography, but ARB seemed to be a better place to reside. Boy did I find this state of affairs to be understated. They truly care about their residents, and they constantly go out of their way to please. In this day and age, Senior Residences have not garnered accolades for caring to such a high degree. Their onsite transportation places luxury vehicles with professionals to cover my needs seven days a week. It is a pleasure not to concern myself with driving/owning my own vehicle. I just do not need to bother anymore. Atria has a church that is close by. It happens to be in the next state. Actually it is across the street. A five minute walk. How did they ever arrange this? I have encountered one ongoing shortcoming --- The food is too good. I have gained weight during my residency. Such a challenge to endure! God loves me a lot.

I call it the happiest place in the town, we are alway celebrating here at Golden Creek, it seems like everyone is have a good time. We really appreciate the staff and management team for going above and beyond to make sure we stay safe, healthy, and happy too.

The staff at Golden Creek has been taking care of very well, they make sure we do our daily physical exercises, and brain fitness. Food is just wonderful.

They're wonderful. To a person, they must carefully screen everybody. My mom says no one has been unfriendly. They've all been helpful. You can choose different care levels, and if my mom needs help, it's always offered. The food we tried was really good. They have pretty good food choices, and she's eating fish when she never used to eat fish. They have delicious desserts and a nice variety. And then if you don't like what's on the menu, you can choose to have a sandwich or a hamburger or something like that. They also offer a really nice variety of activities - movies, bingo, they bring in musicians, have crafts, mind exercise games, social things. They have a whole big calendar posted in a common area. They deliver on what they say they're going to deliver. It's a beautiful and bright setting. It's very positive and light. The people are wonderful, and the other residents are lovely as well. There don't seem to be cliques where people don't get along. In general, it's just a lovely setting. Even maintenance is very responsive and positive. Requests are taken care of by the next day. In terms of medication and safety, they're very aware of safety. And they're very accommodating. For instance, they'll take medications up to a person's room if they can't make it down to get their meds when they're usually dispensed. They'll call me to let me know if she's getting low on anything. The nurse is responsive and absolutely wonderful when out of the ordinary medical situations arise. She works really well together with the families.

It is a little bit expensive, but the cleanliness of the community and the friendliness of the staff members really stood out to us.

1. I like the "open door" policy with monthly meetings. 2. Privacy & concern for residents (i.e. phone calls) 3. Transportation is not only available for doctor appointments, but for outings! 4. I chose Atria La Jolla because of the full kitchen including dishwasher. It's located next to a large park and across from two shopping centers. There is a heated pool & hot tub, outdoor shower. Pets are allowed! Two beautiful courtyards.

Finding a place for Mom is never easy. There is no playbook, there are no instructions. Yet this is one of the biggest decisions you'll make. With an overwhelming surge of emotions, logistical challenges, and endless sleepless nights that come from losing a loved one... there we were, needing to find a place for Mom. Upon arrival at Atria Palm Desert our chaotic emotions were immediately eased. The staff were welcoming in a sincere, close-knit-family type way. We felt the boutique style of living would provide Mom the tender transition into independent living which she had not experienced since her teens. The staff from receptionist to transportation driver, sales team to dynamic activities coordinator, wait staff and maintenance crew, each greeted us with a smile and personal introduction. We knew this was THE place for OUR mom. The ratings below reflect our experience thus far, and we look forward to sharing more feedback details as mom transitions into her next chapter.

The community was very personable and knew everyone by name. They made sure to greet the family. The staff was very client oriented. The respite rooms are adequate, and enough room to be comfortable.

I couldn't have asked for better experience. Even during covid the staff was excellent above and beyond! Though my stay was shorter than I expected, I couldn't have had better customer service. From the kitchen staff to housekeeping, maintenance to office staff it was all good. I recommend Willow Park and will continue to do so. I was very impressed with administration staff. Executive Director, [name removed] is the kind of Director all homes need. She made me feel welcome and I felt like she had a genuine interest in my stay. Very professional as well as beautiful! Since I sold my home residence & moved to Atria Palm Desert I congratulate myself on making such a wise decision. I now have a lovely apartment with no meals to cook, no cleaning to do and no worries that go with owning a house. The staff here at A.P.D. is the best of the best. I can't think of any other place I would want to live. When you are exposed to life such as it is here, it cannot be compared with something less than this.

I love the sense of community, it feels like extended family. All the residents care about one another and make it feel like home!

Staff is great and the once a week entertainment has been well-received.
