We had no issues during my husbands stay here and he was happy. I do think they could have provided more activities for the residents and stuck to the schedule that they had out. I found the staff were very helpful, especially the office staff. I would definitely recommend to others looking.

The help here is wonderful! They really go out of their way to make you feel good! I'm very happy!

I chanced upon Atria when I was looking for a facility for my sister. We had the pleasure of working with [name removed], who was kind enough to give us a tour of the entire facility, including the rooms and grounds. She also helped us understand everything that their facility offered, including fine dining choices, wellness programs, senior enrichment activities plus entertainment. The model rooms we visited were very spacious and clean. All the other staff members who we met along the way during our tour were very friendly and very professional. It is just too bad that my sister decided to relocate to her daughter's state; otherwise, she would now be one of the happy residents of Atria.

My mom loves living at Atria Tarzana. I love the valet service and the delicious food when i visit her. The service is always warm and friendly. I wish my mom made the decision years ago.

Our experience at the Atria-Rye Brook has been consistently wonderful. We moved our parents there over 5 years ago after a negative experience at another facility. They have seen us through the ups and downs of health crises, loss, and rehabilittion. The staff, everyone from the receptionists to the dining room personnel, know the residents and work hard to learn their preferences and accommodate their needs. The administration has been amazing--responsive, kind and caring. This is a challenging phase of life, and we feel fortunate to have a team of people who are right there behind us supporting our family.

I started working at Atria in 2001 as a caregiver. Atria gave me opportunity to grow as an employee from a caretaker to Engage Life Director. I love serving our residents and enhancing their lives every day. I am so thankful for the work I do!

From the community sales director on down, Atria staff were extremely friendly, helpful - above and beyond. A special shout-out to [initials removed] the Sales Director, who worked tirelessly and with friendly patience to overcome an unnecessary obstacle: brilliant!

Atria Del Rey was clean. The people were friendly. If it were closer to where I live, I probably would have gone with them.

Good Care Friendly

I moved in end of June after landlord wanted to sell house. Was not capable of setting up own apartment. Everyone was helpful and very friendly. Having trouble adjusting to food and dinning room.

I visited Atria during lock down so it was very quiet. My family had found this lovely place prior to my visit. There are so many kind people that are here for us. I have been here three days and have met lovely people and staff.

Best Care Possible!

My kids felt this was the best place and my dog likes it too! Staff helps me with anything I ask. I have made a lot of friends here!

I have been living at Atria Rye Brook for eight and a half months. It is a wonderful place, and it gets better all the time. Our manager, [name removed], is wonderful. She is friendly, helps all the residents, and makes sure everything is good. I enjoy speaking with her all the time. We have fun!

I moved my mother here after a terrible experience at another community. We are so happy we found Atria Tarzana and I wish I would have moved her here sooner. I can't say enough good things about the staff. Truly exceptional! Everyone is so caring and I no longer stay up all night worrying about my mom. I know she is well taken care of and in safe hands.

I am very happy with my stay at Atria Campana Del Rio, particularly with the kindness and care of the staff. It sometimes seems expensive, but everything is too expensive these days.

I've been to this community several times to visit my aunt, whose been here for three years. Atria Tarzana is a really beautiful and clean community. The staff are exceptional in every way. They consistently go above and beyond for the residents and their families. The residents really enjoy and look forward to the daily activities. It's such a great community and my aunt is so happy to be here.

The group of employees here are kind, knowledgeable, and smart. Very efficient also.
