I recently took a tour of the Atria Kew Gardens . The experience was absolutely lovely not only for the quality of the grounds and the facility itself, but also for the individuals who run the facility and have daily contact with the residents, including [name removed], and [name removed]. The lobby, dining room, library, etc., are all sunny and exude a feeling of cheer and home. The apartments are generously sized and clean. The residents are very alert, and smiling, and engaged. I look forward to entrusting the Atria and it’s directors with providing a happy, caring environment for my Dad.

Mom has available care 24 hours a day 7 days a week. As a stroke victim in a wheelchair, she needs a lot of help and the competent and attentive staff a Atria Cranford are very reliable. On site nursing and doctor also relieve our family's concerns. She enjoys the food in the dining room and room service when needed. Atria was a good choice for her assisted living needs.

It is a great place, and my loved one is very happy here, she didn't want to go here and I told her we would try for one month and has been happy ever since. The residents are friendly, staff is friendly and the food served to the residents is good as well. This community is close to my house which was the main reason we choose it, and I am glad we did as it was the best choice I could have made for my mom.

My mother was a resident at Atria in Novato and she was only there for a few months but she enjoyed her time and the staff were very friendly. Food was good and the building was clean. The other seniors there seemed happy, they were very friendly as well.

This community is clean, and so thoughtful! They have great programs and activities. Some places are so clinical, they are warm and friendly and fun. Nice, well-run kitchen with quailty food. Good neighborhood, safe and clean.

Cost and location stood out to us about this facility. The staff has been helpful and with the exception of one person, they all love dad. They offer activities, but dad likes to stay to himself except for dining. They do offer housekeeping and laundry, but sometimes it's a hit or miss on getting it done. One of my wife's family members lives here, also. I would recommend them to friends and family.

The most important thing to me is the care of my wife, and she is getting great care here. The second most important thing when I was looking was a close location which I found here, she is only 10 minutes from me. She has adjusted well, she loves it! They do a lot of activities with the residents and the staff are great. From the time I walk in to the time I leave they are all so friendly and really seem to care. The facility is also very clean and well-kept. We bring our little dog in and the other residents love it. Everything is working out well and I would recommend the facility to others looking. It is very expensive, but worth it.

We had a great tour experience with Atria El Camino Gardens and thought it was a very nice facility. unfortunately it was out of our price range.

Atria Carmichael Oaks gets all 5 stars. The main thing that sticks out about them that I would let other families know would be just how responsive and friendly all of the staff here are. I would definitely recommend the facility to others.

A very brief but heartfelt shout out to ATRIA WG for the suburb care of our mom while she was a resident. All the staff in Memory Care is caring and loving. The facility is clean and the yard is beautiful. Specific shout outs to [name removed]., [name removed], [name removed], [name removed]and [name removed]for their genuine kindness and care to our mother. [name removed]the director was always helpful and he would send us photos of our mom when she was participating in an activity. My sister and I appreciate ATRIA WG!

I have been here for about two months. I and getting alone fine. I made a few friends and I love the staff. The only problem I have is that some of the other residents are hard of hearing and its difficult to have a conversation with them. I love my apartment and my next door neighbor is great. It was an adjustment for me to leave my large home but I am getting alone just fine. The community is nice and clean and the staff is wonderful.

Atria was the right choices for us. We picked this community because, it was close to my present home and available in other regions with more family nearby should we be forced - due to finances - to relocate. Also the sales rep stayed in touch with me during a very difficult period as I struggled with care issues and finally the decision that a facility would be best. I never felt pressure to choose, just care and understanding. That went a long way with me.

Atria is my new home and I couldn’t be happier that I chose here to be my new home. You’ll be satisfied with your choice of your new residence:the ambiance is wonderful and the staff is very accommodating, friendly and efficient.

Staff are amazing very helpful and they welcome my grandma with open arms on her first day. My grandma it’s very happy to find this place and made new friends. A lots of activities and special the food my grandma and of course me we love it.

This was very nice as well but seemed like sunlit gardens was a better fit for my mom & family! My mom did pass away on [date removed] and I can't tell you enough how wonder sunlit gardens was with me and how respectful they were! Atria just wasn't a good fit for us.

Just a great experience to work with [name removed] and her staff in the memory care at Atria She always answers my questions and gives good advice and suggestions for good care of my spouse [name removed]. They are very attentive to her care and watch and monitor her daily activities whether it’s mental or physical. They take good care of her and I have every confidence in [name removed] leadership. Recommended for a great place for good care

For the location it is a pretty expensive community which is not their fault, but it was always very clean and overall it is beautiful. We felt the staff members seemed to work had in helping out the elderly residents that were there. Our loved one was happy with the meals and dining and overall we thought Atria Part of Lynbrook was an excellent facility.

We moved my mom in a month ago after lots of deliberation and it was the best decision we made. The team here, led by the Executive Director [name removed], consistently exceed expectations. They are kind, thoughtful and attentive to their residents and it is apparent when you walk in to this community. It is a vibrant and welcoming place. Special shout outs to a few people who consistently go above and beyond, [names removed] to name a few. Honestly there are others as well but I haven’t had as much interaction with them but the reception every time I visit is welcoming and accommodating. My mom tells me every day how great they treat her and that is music to my ears. Highly recommend this place.

Our family was very nervous that our 87 year old mother, [name removed], would not adjust well to life at the Atria. Having spent most of the last 10 years just sitting on the couch watching TV, we were concerned that such a change might be too much for her. I am pleased to report that everything is going great ! Our mom has done more in her first 3 weeks than she has in the last 10 years ! Her mobility has improved and she really seems to be coming out of her shell as she socializes with her fellow residents and the great Atria staff ! She has begun physical therapy to further increase her strength and we have switched her medical care to the doctors that service Atria Lincoln and we could not be happier. The Atria team has been great at keeping us informed of all pertinent medical needs as well as keeping us abreast of the numerous activities available to the residents and families. We sleep easy at night knowing that our mom is receiving the highest quality of care at Atria Lincoln !

It's been a great experience, and they are very accommodating. We picked this community because, they have a clean,and comfortable facility. The longevity of the staff shows the dedication of management to the care and attention of its tenants. I spoke with several residents who had been there multiple years and were very happy with Atria.
