Well managed, staff does well, well kept, clean, good food. Friendly staff and neighbors.

My grandmother moved back to Atria Willow Park in the past 6 months. She loves the community there with other residents, the social interractions, and the wide open first floor, and has even found a boyfriend. I would recommend WIllow Park to anyone seeking to find a place for their loved one.

Excellent Service. The staff truly cares for you. For instance, during Veteran’s day, I had to leave the celebration for a doctor’s appointment and it turns out they gave away gifts for the veterans and I was not there. However, one of the med techs, [name removed], without orders from anyone, thought of me and asked for my gift as a veteran and she personally brought it up my room. Truly great service. I never have to ask anything twice, everything is done right away. No one refuses to help and everyone is outstanding. I am grateful to be here among friendly and great people.

I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. The staff communication with the family about issues (i.e. COVID-19) within Atria Kinghaven have been excellent.

I had the pleasure of touring recently, was very impressed with who toured us and everyone we came in contact with seemed very happy. The community is older but don’t let that stop you from placing your loved one here, they truly care… it’s not always about the bells and whistles.

How to find a place quickly from my mother. Needed assisted living, but dealing with the staff was told she would probably be a better fit for the EL. Met with the staff there, and was very much at ease. Feel like it will be a good place for my parent and down the road she will be happy and it is a weight lifted off of our shoulders, trying to find someplace where she would be comfortable and thrive.

The facility is a high class service oriented happy place. The staff is very attentive, very easy to transition my loved one to this community. Overall the community is just a friendly, caring and professional place.

Moving into an AtriaWG apartment, one year and a half ago, from a small home in Willow Glen, was a big life style change. With the help of A Place for Mom, I had been casually looking at various senior communities in the San Jose area. I was most impressed the first time I visited and have been glad that I made this choice ever since. All the staff, the sales director , the maintenance men, the Enhance Life committee, the cleaning ladies and the dining room people are very kind, considerate, friendly, helpful., and they work hard. There are many activities to choose from each day from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM. There are lectures, exercise groups, musical entertainment, crafts and games. The Atria van provides transportation to the grocery store, banks, shopping centers, museums, parks, the coastal towns, and medical visits. There are festive celebrations on most holidays . Three meals a day are served in the dining room. I am quite satisfied with my decision to live at Atria

My mom loves Atria Hacienda! She didn't want to leave home but now wishes she would have done it sooner. The staff is very friendly and the food is outstanding. We highly recommend this community.

My Dad was a resident in memory care and was sidelined for a while in rehab. He was ready to return to Atria and at the last minute it was determined that he couldn’t return. [name removed] and her team jumped through hoops and had a quaint studio apartment prepared for him in 2 days. I can’t thank them enough for their efforts and hard work. ??

Overall we are very happy with the care that she is receiving. The facility is very clean and well furnished. The staff is courteous, respectful, and friendly. Unfortunately her breakfast is periodically cold when served.

I thought Atria Tanglewood was great. The building was fantastic. The location was nice. The only problem was they don't accept wheelchairs.

My brother moved from a house into the Atria and he loves it. He’s made many new friends and is throughly enjoying all the activities. I think the only negative thing he would say Is that perhaps he thinks the food is too GOOD. He’s having to learn how to limit what he eats.

My mother is currently in the memory care wing and our experience has been very positive. The staff is very responsive to inquiries. Compared to other facilities, Atria stands head and shoulders above the others .

It was a very emotional transition for me at first. The staff at Atria has proven me wrong. They are all wonderful ,caring and sensitive when caring for the residents. My. Mom is taken care of and that gives me comfort. Everyone is very observant and careful so everyone stays safe thank you ! May god bless your courage ,efforts ,and strength.

This place gives me a home feeling..if I needed to be placed in a facility I would definitely come here..the staff goes out of tge way under all circumstances...this is all new to my family and I but we made a good pick bringing my mom here

Atria is first class from beginning to the end of the move. As the POA for my 85 year old friend who has no relatives, I am happy that she is moved in and confident that she is being cared for in every way. She looks well and is participating in every event offered. It has only been 5 days, but she is quickly adjusting and seems happy with her new community. There are so many caring people on staff who watch out for her, from administration to front desk, nursing, ambassadors, food and housekeeping staff, and she feels very welcome.

It's so great all around! It was recommended to me as the best, it's had the most affordable price for my budget, the staff that I toured with was kind and always reachable if I had any questions, and it was close to all of my family members!

It feels like home. I've made lots of friends. We have lots of activities. The staff is knowledgeable, friendly, and well organized. I love the music entertainment, and we get transportation to places we want to go! Like I said, it's home and I've been here 3 years!

Atria is a beautiful place. It is a community. The Sales Manager was very helpful. He showed several different rooms. The luncheon meal was delicious. There are many activities to take advantage of at Atria.
