Our tour at Capistrano Senior Living was fine. The staff were very helpful and very good. We chose a different facility with a lighter and brighter atmosphere, where we saw more residents up and about in the common spaces. At Capistrano, it was just really quiet, and there didn't seem to be a lot going on.

The best part about The Palazzo is the staff. I think the location is suitable for the people who are staying there. It's close to a lot of things that are of interest to those in the community. Overall, it's a really good value. Really the only issue is my loved one tells me the food is pretty bland.

This community is very good. They provide for the basic needs of there residents. Most of the staff are very dedicated and caring to the residents of the community. This is a very good facility for the type and I am happy this is where my friend is. It is very clean.

I searched many places in Phoenix area for an assisted living place for my sister. When I found the Palazzo I was amazed at the facility, services they offer and the incredible staff. My sister moved in there and we are all thrilled that The Palazzo is even BETTER than we expected! The apartments are very nice and spacious, all of them have a patio or balcony. The grounds are kept very nicely, so being outside is enjoyable. The staff, particularly [names removed] are so helpful and pleasant. It seems like everyone has gone out of their way to make my sister welcome. The food is mediocre which is the only downside to Palazzo. The selection of alternative choices which were promised on signing are not available. I recommend this amazing place to anyone!

The facility is undergoing extensive renovation now and there is a lot of turmoil. The staff seems afraid of it's own shadow. Management may be difficult. People seem unable to make appropriate decisions of their business on their own without obtaining "approval." The care staff, while competent, is difficult to understand. English is not their native language. I am relatively pleased with my overall experience. AND; the meals are acceptable to good.

I talked with them over the phone to see if I needed to take the next step. From what I gathered they were out of my area and not in a convenient location for family to visit and pick me up.

My mother was only at the Brookdale San Juan Capistrano for a short time before she passed away but while she was there she felt very comfortable and the staff was very helpful, friendly and easy to communicate with. The dining area was very nice and the food was great since my mom was a picky eater it was great hearing her talk about what they were serving. The activities director was great he even got my mom to join in some of the activies and the [Removed] was her favorite. I would absolutely recommend Brookdale to my family and friends.

This is a nice community. The room is nice and the community is clean and well maintained. They do have activities that are nice, but she is not interested due to not being as challenging for her. We would hope for more stimulating in certain areas. We would like to have the staff keep her more active. The menu is really good and the community is clean. We would like to see different activities for her. We suggest that families tour this community to see if it is everything that they are looking for.

I had a nice tour of this community. Everything went well, and they were very kind. The community appeared to be nice and clean. The staff I came across was nice and friendly. It was a lovely tour, and this is a nice community.

The staff interacts well with all the residents. We have had a few issues with mom's health and no one seems to take things into their own hands. I have had to chase after some of the management to get a response to some of my concerns. The food has been good and the chef really seems to care. They have activities all day long and the activities director has done a good job. The community is beautiful and they do a good job of maintaining the grounds.

I have no complaints about our tour of this community, the property is very well kept and all of the apartments looked brand new. The residents seemed to be happy and involved in different activities throughout the building.

This community is not bad for the price. They do have a massive dining room. The food looked ok and it was highly recommended. They did not have any first floor apartments available. The people we met during our tour were nice.

These surveys are a real nuisance. Most of my mother's stay and experience were positive. One night she had to wait 25 minutes for a response to her pressing her medallion. This is unacceptable.

My mother is doing well here at this community. She is pretty satisfied with everything they have done for her. It is a decent community. We are pretty satisfied with all they have done for us.

This is a perfect community. I really enjoyed my tour, they showed my all around the facility. They do a very good job with the maintenance ice of the community. Everything looked nice and clean. The staff was nice and informative. This is a lovely community and I enjoyed my tour.

I took a tour of this community and saw how clean it was. The community looked pretty nice, the staff are friendly and welcoming. I got to try a meal and it was okay. On my tour I noticed there was not a lot of stores to go to. Otherwise, the community is nice with caring staff members.

I'm giving the employees "5" STARS!! Thank you to "Melissa" in the front office and "Debbie" with "Beverly's Family Care"! These employees deserve the highest pay and best benefits that any company can offer! Melissa is professional, friendly and gets the job done all while displaying a "smile", this gal is fantastic!! My brother has lived in an assisted living facility for almost 20 years and I can attest that we have never ran into a phenomenal gal such as "Debbie" with Beverly's Family Care; she above and beyond the scope of her job outline and made sure the resident was taken care of. If Debbie ever decides to leave we are moving to where ever she is going, you will never find better, attentive, friendly and professional care than she offers! Thank you ladies for your outstanding help moving my brother into this facility!

Brookdale/Christown is very luck to have "Melissa" in their front office, she is exceptional! Melissa is friendly, professional and even makes sure the minor details are taken care of. Another key employee is "Debbie" with "Beverly's Family Care" is beyond helpful! Honestly, I could not have imagined going thru this difficult move without this amazing person helping us thru the bumps in the road. Debbie went above and beyond her job criteria and made sure my brother was treated with the absolute best care one could receive. I truly believe if Debbie ever left this facility she would have a huge following because she gives the same attention and care to each and every resident here. Thank you Melissa and Debbie for making this transition as smooth as you did. You guys are TRULY the BEST!!!

My mom is still getting settled into Brookdale Christown but so far she really seems to like it there. The food is well balanced and she seems to likes it. The grounds are kept nice so the residents are able to enjoy going outside. The community is also kept very clean. The staff are great as they respond to her questions quickly and are always there to help. There are a variety of activities and she hopes to get involved more once she is a little more settled.
