The tour was very good at the Via Christi Village Ridge. The staff was friendly and they did a good job letting us know what they could provide for our loved one. We chose another community that was a better fit for our budget.

My mother is in good hands here in this community. This is a great community, and she is doing great with her move here. I feel comfortable with the care she is being provided with. The staff is very helpful, and always kind whenever I visit. I'am pleased with all they have done for our family.

I had a very nice tour of this community. Everyone was kind to my family, and I. The staff was friendly, and answered any questions we had. The community looked very well-kept. The location was just to far for us to travel, but my tour went very well overall.

My mom stayed here for a while and the staff were very pleasant and we had no problems with food. They have church and concerts but I did not notice any activities. They were on top of being cold and there were no bad smells

This community looked nice when we visited. The people we met were nice and the community seemed clean. This community however was just a little larger than what we were looking for.

This is a nice community, my tour went well. From what I saw everything looked well maintained. The staff I met was kind and friendly. They were informative and answered my questions. They were not able to provide the level of caring my mother needed. I had a pleasant tour of this community, but not the place for my mother.

So far everything is working out well for my mother here. She has been in the hospital a bit, so her time has been limited. The staff have been pretty decent. The residents have been nice and friendly. I know she is going be safe and in good hands. So far this is a community I would recommend.

I am still getting unpacked but I have been able to enjoy some of the activities offered. The food is good and there is a variety of choices. They keep Casa San Carlo clean and I am able to enjoy the grounds. The staff are beautiful and there for me if I need them.

It seems as though this was meant to be as it was the facility we chose a few years ago but never moved forward on. Aijdina has been so helpful and patient with us and trying hard to make it work.

The administrator was very friendly, knowledgeable, and generous with her time. I was looking at assisted living options. The facilities are very clean and in good condition. Residents are out and busy; there are lots of good scheduled activities. Studio apts are small but adequate with good closet space and excellent bathrooms. There is a lot of communal area and access to the larger communal areas at the center of the shared facility. The entire staff is very friendly and busy. This is a top-notch place.

I think the quality for the money seemed excellent. I liked the family atmosphere about the place. I liked the idea that the memory floor residence were able to interact with the assisted living groups. I was pretty impressed. It's a little older that other facilities but I would recommend it. The Presence Fox Knoll seemed like a very good community. The facility was very clean. The value seemed excellent.

I like it here a lot, it's going very good. The food isn't so good, I think it's the way it's cooked, they make everything sound really good, but the scalloped potatoes come out raw, for example. The desserts are wonderful. The people who serve the food are great. The housekeeping girl that comes twice a week doesn't do a very good job, she has a whole floor to clean by herself, she needs some help. The people are very good people. I like our unit the living room is big enough, and we have a beautiful view of the river. The bedroom is very big, and we are able to fit a good amount of our stuff here. I would recommend it to anybody.

We are very happy with them. It's very clean, and the staff is extremely friendly. They are also a lot more reasonable in price than a lot of these places. The activities are just incredible, a tremendous variety, from in house things, games and movies, to outings. They are very responsive. He loves the food. So far he's been very happy with it. We don't have any complaints or concerns at all.

Toured Tuesday, March 25. Nice, but probably just out of our price range. It would be about $2100 for the apt, then add level of care. Probably would need level 2, which is $800 more. Wheelchairs no problem. First 2 months' rent free right now. No skilled care at this building. Had a chance to talk with the nurse on staff. She was great.

There were similar services as the place we chose for my mother. It was a smaller community too. Everybody knows everybody. It's a warm atmosphere becauase it's not 25 floor and hundreds of people. I liked the size.

Super nice facilities! I did not see a lot of interreaction, socializing among staff or residents. Activities seemed somewhat limited.

Nice! Did a tour/lunch but I am interested in apts in the lodge.

I toured Via Christi Village Georgetown while looking for a place for my grandmother. I did like the community. The rooms were definitely bigger and better than rooms in other communities I had seen. The real estate was definitely better, but it seemed to lack the bright comfort that I was looking for, and I also felt the community was very big. I worried it would be confusing for my grandmother, so we did not move here.

I thought this looked like a nice community when I toured it. The person that took us on tour was friendly and helpful. This community just did not seem like one I might be interested in.

The staff that i met was nice and attentive. The tour guide was knowledgeable and explained the activities and amenities the community offers. It was clean and well organized. This place is a pet friendly community. They also offer healthy meal plans for the residents.
