I moved in about a month ago. Everyone have been very friendly to me. This is my first experience at assisted living. The staff is friendly and helpful. The residents have welcomed me. I have had NO issues since coming here. I feel very fortunate to be here. My husband passed away about three months ago. I am still mourning his loss. Everyone I have encountered here has been very understanding. I cannot say enough good things about this facility. The food is delicious. It is though the cooks are trying super hard to accomodate all the various folks here. I gave it 5 stars because that is my experience as a newcomer. I will come back later with another review.....

Great place to have your loved ones. Kind and caring - passionate staff.

I have met with the staff and found them to be wonderful. The facility is brand new, single level and very bright. The food from the Grand Opening was amazing. Their chef was preparing all the food on site. If this is any indication of the quality, the meals are going to be first rate. The layout is single level with easy access to the outdoors. This may be one of the top facilities in Central Oregon. The town of Sister's is incredibly charming and reminds me of what Central Oregon was like 50 years ago.

Our mom has been in Fountain Court for almost 4 months and she loves it. She was very anxious and stressed to go into assisted living and the staff here were so helpful that she was fully adapted and in a routine within 1 week. Excellent staff, super clean, excellent food and in a very serene place.

Our mom is 84 and was very resistant to leaving her house. The staff at Founrain court are excellent and they made great efforts to welcome her and make her feel comfortable. The staff helped her meet friends and made sure that her first weeks were seemless. She. Law raves about the food, has a set schedule and has met friends.

The building is clean, staff is friendly, and they really know how to take care of seniors. They treated my mom like she was family and never missed a beat. They caught things I would never have caught! Definitely look into this community if you’re into the Maple Valley area!

San Marino was exceptional in taking for our mother and also our family. If you are looking for a residence for your loved one, the care and commitment San Marino makes to its residents is wonderful. Our mother was there a short time and passed away but we would not have wanted her to be anywhere else but there. They did not have to reach out as they did but they were there for her and all of us. The staff does go above and beyond in taking care of its residents. Always making sure they arrived to take them to their meals, shower time, bed time, check in time, washing clothes time, and if eating in the room, delivering meals. We were there daily and the activities they provide, so up beat and the involvement from residents there was obvious. We can't say enough about what this new home was going to be for our mother and at the most devastating time of her and our lives with her illness, how they were their not only for her but for our family as we walked in the door.

This is wonderful for care. The staff was outstanding and friendly. They offered me a beverage. The cleanliness is outstanding. We liked the environment. Families would like the menu of the meals and the activities that are offered to the residents. We would recommend the care and the value for a loved one.

Although my mom was there for a week they did well for us. It was not easy for her when moving into the community but we know she was getting great care. The staff are the nicest and friendly people. They answered all my questions and were willing to help in any way. I have no complaints about the community.

My stepdad lives here and we think it's great. Very clean, he enjoys the food and the staff is very helpful. Lost his laundry hamper once, but that's the only complaint we've had. He enjoys the activities, bingo, speakers that come in and do presentations, excursions to Blackhawk. Staff genuinely seems to care about residents, call everyone by name, check on them frequently.

A very nice community with a very clean environment. The food is good and a good variety. The activities are good for anyone wanting to participate. I would recommend this for great care for a loved one.

My aunt loves the staff and I have had great interactions with them. They are willing to help with whatever we need. The community is clean and well taken care of. She says she likes the food. She participates in some of the activities offered.

This is an independent living community and they do a great job of sorting out who would be a great fit. The staff were wonderful and helpful when we moved in. She does not normally eat the food there but what she has eaten is above average. This community gets my recommendation.

I've been meaning to write a review for this place for a few weeks now - but never got around to it until now. I was visiting a friend who's Mom lives at this place, and we came over for a visit before heading back to Wenatchee to catch the plane home (I live in AZ.) The first impression walking through the door was not what I consider typical. The lobby is bright and colorful filled with plants, a copper fountain and some beautiful photography and paintings on the walls. My friend was greeted with a hug by one of the staff, and I was given one too because I was next to her! It was just before lunch and they were having a special BBQ with ribs; we were asked to join them because "there's plenty of food and everyone needs to eat." Although we didn't walk around the whole building, from what I saw this is a superbly run building. All of the staff were very friendly, the residents looked happy, and someone even came in with a guitar and sang during lunch! I call that first class all the way. If I ever decide to retire in Eastern Washington, this is where I want to live.

The representative emailed me in advance of appointment and was prepared for our visit. Merry, had all the information available in a folder. She included menus, activities, pricing, etc. everything needed and no generic marketing materials. She was especially good at connecting to my mom and all question I asked she replied directly to mom. She very patient and took the time to tour the entire facility showing us everything they had to offer. Food was a major issue for Mom and she introduced the Exec-Chef Adam, he sat with us talked about how he prepares food, menu and special consideration toward every resident. He then cooked Mom a from scratch lunch that was delicious. The flexible meal plan is very attractive and help provide cost savings. The facility is about the cleanest most attractive we have toured. The studio Apartments are the largest we have seen.

They’re great. They have a great number of activities! Number one: The staff is marvelous. The care, cleanliness is very good, but the staff really cares about the tenants. The food is very good. There has never been enough time where I couldn’t find a place to park, but people get a lot of visitors there.

My mom and I received a tour and lunch a few weeks ago at Apple Springs; it felt very warm...like home. Mike was our host and we immediately connected. He was very interested in my mom's needs, likes and dislikes. The staff was helpful, friendly and caring and so were all the people. A gentleman was visiting a family member at Apple Springs and started up a friendly conversation with my mom; that was fun. My mom really liked the studio apartment - it was roomy and felt like the it would be very comfortable to live in. She believed that she could make a very nice home there. There were plenty of activities for her, the food was great and everything was wonderfully clean without the feeling of "institution". I have nothing negative to say about Apple Springs...I would live at Apple Springs if and when I needed assisted living! She could tell that she would be cared for and pampered here. She believed that she could be happy living there. What more could a daughter ask for? I would be at peace and blessed having my mom live at Apple Springs Senior Living in Omak Washington.

Overall great! Food could be a little better... tremendous staff, excellent facility. Room size somewhat dependent on $s, OK; amenities like grounds, shared spaces staff support, great; 5 star-ish! Excellent staff and facilities.
