I do feel comfortable with my fathers move to this community. They are taking good care of him, and his needs. The staff have been good to work with. He is in the memory care portion of the community. I know he is being provided with good care, and is safe. It is a pretty mellow scene whenever I visit. He is doing well since his move to this community, and I would recommend it.

The staff at The Atrium is attentive. They have enough staff to care for the residents. They keep the community clean and the food is good. They offer daily activities and I have already recommended this community

All of the staff members at The Atrium Assisted Living really try hard to please you the best they can and anything you ask them about they can answer and anything that I ask for they usually get for me.

They were very I find that it is a very close knit community and very positive environment for my dad. Staff is extremely respectful of the residents. The residents were all very happy. I knew my dad was in a safe place. They could do better on the food, but the laundry was fine.

They are doing well. My mom is more active than she has been in years. One thing that I noticed is… it’s a lower cost community, but they could have more staff It seems like a safe place and reasonable cost and that kind of thing. I do think their food selection is a 3 or so, based on my mom’s reporting.

after arriving to the atrium I was pleasantly greeted by the front desk clerk I had been speaking with over the phone. she was very nice and greeted me warmly. the other staff was very helpful and willing to help in any way. I felt relieved because i was traveling from Houston Texas to New Orleans and was prepared for something to be out of line however it wasn't the case. I am sure my mother in law will be comfortable here and felt at ease leaving her here. I can tell by the friendly staff that she will be looked after with the exact same care that I have given her over the years. thanks to a place for mom I wouldn't have been able to find A BETTER PLACE..SO FAR SO GOOD.

PCA staff is not very timely when the button is pressed for ADL assistance. It can take 30 mins to an hour for staff to come when asking for assistance.... Some (not all) front desk admin staff is not very helpful with info. I once called to ask about pedicure services and the front desk lady says they don't do that, but in fact they do coordinate such services. Food is very bland, not tasty but it's okay Otherwise, everything else is okay.

They care about their clients and work to making their stay as best as can be. The room are decent size and are very many activities ongoing throughout the weekdays.

This is a warm compassionate AL with some activities like afternoon socials and weekly church services. Additionally, they have a memory care unit inside the AL and will accommodate reasonable dietary requirements.

They addressed any concerns that we had respectfully and quickly. The activities were not bad. My mother in law just didn't like doing them. The food, not sure how they could improve, but it didn't look appealing.

They were extremely helpful in quickly registering my brother in law who needed a place immediately and they were within his budget. I would recommend to others.

I was very pleased with them. They are not perfect but worked out so much better than her previous place. She had dementia and didn't join in a lot of the activities. I felt the respected mom as a person. Didn't push her or demand her to do things. So there were no fights w mom, which happened at the previous place.

What I like the most about this community is the different activities they have for the residents to participate in. Based on the experience we have had so far, we would recommend the Lafreniere Assisted Living and Memory Care community to other families.

Very friendly, great physical facility. Security seemed lax. I came and left many times without signing in.

It is conveniently located, work with you, affordable, very nice atrium, staff helpful, rooms ok.

When it comes to the cleanliness of the community the floors aren't always clean and the meals aren't always prepared on time. Lately, there seems to be a high turnover rate with the staff. Several residents have left the facility.

I would say it's a good facility for people who don't need upscale or elaborate/fancy. The atrium is a nice touch inside. There are quite a few activities for residents. They have taken good care of mom. The caregivers & managers are nice.

My mother is currently a resident at Holly Court Assisted Living and Memory Care and things have been very good for her at this facility so far. I would recommend Holly Court Assisted Living and Memory Care to others.

I've only had mom in another community. Holly Court seems to be better able to handle her Dementia. The caregivers apparently are better trained. They are up and around, sit with mom in the common areas. ( Mom has fallen previously... before Holly Court ) So they are involved to keep mom from falling. Making sure she uses her walker. The other community made us get sitters around the clock to keep her from falling.
