This would be the best decision to place your loved one in this community. You can feel confident in the care that your loved one will receive. This is a beautiful and bright community. I would recommend the community to others for their loved ones. My loved one is doing so much better after being in the community. The staff communication with the family is very good. There are three meals a day served and snacks provided to the residents. The family is able to bring in snacks as well, and the staff will give these to your loved one. My loved one has made friends since being in the community, and is happy here. There are activities available for the residents to engage with. The community provides bathing and hygiene assistance to the residents

The staff is absolutely amazing, they really take such great care of their residents and listen to the family. My father is losing his sight and they had a conference with their employees and letting them know how to handle that. I feel that he is getting so much better here than his last facility. It is smaller and it is privately owned which I really like. It is all on one floor and very easy for him to get around in his wheelchair. The transition was sop smooth and the staff were so helpful and accomdaioting. The scenery is absolutely gorgeous. We are very happy with our experience at Rosewood on the Sound.

They are very attentive to the people who need a lot of assistance. My loved one was given a jelly sandwich for dinner on numerous occasions. For what we pay, he should have more options other than that. The kitchen staff is lacking. I would not recommend.

They have a caring staff and a hands-on director. You can tell that the people there really like what they're doing, and I feel like you have to have that to be able to deal with people who have dementia and things of that nature. You can tell that they know the residents. After only a few days, they were already telling me things about my loved one that I already knew but things that they could not have known had they not been paying close attention to him. They keep the residents clean, and they learn how each resident is and then work with them according to their own specific needs and preferences. They just provide very good, very hands-on care, and they will call you and let you know what's going on. The staff are very nice.

The whole experience was very friendly, and they were extremely caring towards my mother. She was always kept clean and comfortable. Everyone was gracious and kind. The food she was given was high quality and tailored to what she could and couldn't swallow. I would recommend them to anybody.

We did a virtual tour with this community and it was very nice. The tour was good and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They answered all of our questions and gave us lots of information to consider.

Nice facility with caring staff. It is small but it’s intimate just what my mom needed. The other reviews from April and May cannot be true as they do not have tours and still do not. They tried there best and still are. Visitation is held outdoors but it’s safe.

I love the food. It is always something new and I like roaming around in the chair.

This review was based off of a year ago. We chose this community because we only needed a week to place my mother somewhere and they were the only facility that would do something like that, they had never done it before so it was the first time. The room size was nice and big and clean, also recently re-done. Our favorite part about the community was the friendliness and communication from the staff, but since then management has changed.

My mom lives here at Rosewood on the Sound for 4 years now. The staff has become part of our family. They are warm and caring and love for my mom like their own. They have wonderful activities and trips everyday that keep her engaged and excited. The food is delicious (I have joined her for meals multiple times). My mom made a lot of friends and calls Rosewood her home. Couldn't be happier, and couldn't be more grateful! THANK YOU ROSEWOOD!!

Outstanding! My mother is receiving personalized care by a compassionate staff. Couldn't be happier being as she has advanced dementia and needs lots of understanding.
