Beautiful facility, great food! The care givers are caring and gentle with my Mom. The administrators are available and very responsive with any concerns. Very happy that we moved my Mom here.

Porter Place in Tinley Park, Il is an excellent, above normal clean, facility. The entire staff is extremely attentive to every aspect of my father's needs. [Removed] took special roles to help situate my father on a very short notice. We are very pleased with their services, and highly recommend this facility to anyone who has a family member or friends that need special memory , dementia or alzheimers disease. We have had my father at several other facilities prior to Porter Place, and nothing else compares or measures up to Porter. Every meal is prepared by the chef on the premises. They staff also interacts with every patient, and we have seen a lot of smiling faces when we visit him. We highly recommend Porter Place. Their pricing is very competitive and you can believe that your loved one will be securely taken care of at Porter Place.

My father lives at Clarity Pointe Fayetteville, AR. This is the second assisted living facility he has lived in and being someone with dementia this is by far the best place for him. The facility is very secure, which was a major criteria for us. And with a beautiful, completely secure patio in the center of the facility, there is always an outdoor option for a loved one, even when they are no longer able to leave the facility. The staff at Clarity Pointe are very helpful, professional and approachable. Management is very hands on and always greets me by name when I visit. My husband is doing so much better since he moved into this memory care community. There is a lot of staff and they have gotten to know him by name. They offer a lot of activities and he has started to participate in some. The community is clean and housekeeping even goes from room to room to make sure everything is done. The food is wonderful. This community is more reasonably priced than the community he was at previously. They make sure he had all the supplies he needs.

My dad is doing fine with the care at the community. They have the right level of professionalism and it is a clean environment. He has had a smoother transition so far.

As a family we've been very impressed with Chisholm Place. The staff made the move from another memory care facility very easy. Staff welcomed mom and did her entry assessment without upsetting her which was wonderful considering all the many changes the day excluded. The staff has been very helpful, kind, and welcoming. The facility is bright, clean, and offers all the amenities a dementia patient requires. I am personally thrilled at the number of staff and observing their gentle interactions with all residents. We made a good choice in making the move to Chisholm.

Staff is very attentive to the needs of the residents. Very nice surroundings and common areas. Residents have access to an outdoor area in the center of the facility.

Bob is very content here. My recent meeting eased my mind immensely. He truly is receiving excellent care here thanks to all the wonderful staff here!

My wife and I selected Willowbrook Place for my 96-year old father due to its cleanliness, technology (to help minimize the risk of my dad from getting up without care-giver assistance. The staff seemed quite professional and friendly during our tour and the admission process. HERE IS THE IMPORTANT PART OF MY REVIEW: It has now been 9-months that dad has resided at Willowbrook. We love the entire staff. They are very, very caring and professional. Quite importantly, nearly all of the care-givers, have been serving my dad and the fellow residents the entire 9-months that he's been there. We've gotten to know them all and they are wonderful people. Amazingly, they all get along well and provide a loving environment for all of the residents. My dad is very comfortable and well cared for. The executive director, Jay, as well as his supporting staff Birgit, Lori, Kristie, Carol, Donna, Cele, Sarah, Cody, Gilbert, Miguel, the food staff, etc are THE BEST. Final two comment: The meals are terrific. Nice variety, well presented and prepared, and enjoyed by all in a nice atmosphere. Activities for the residents are wonderful under the loving direction of Cody. We are so grateful that we found Willowbrook Place for dad. He's treated his family so well over his lifetime. It's nice that he is surrounded by caring people in a first class environment as he transitions from this world to the next.

They seem to be very caring, but above all very professional and knowledgeble in their actions.

My husband has been at Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn for 9 mos and I am very pleased. At first it was so very hard for me to leave him here (and it still is sometimes!), but the staff, caregivers and others truly make it seem like a big family. They have taken very good care of him, and when I have concerns they are addressed immediately. All of the administration know the residents personally and take part in their care, also. Each month they have a "family dinner" for all, so I have been able to get to know many other of the caregivers. They also have a monthly support group for caregivers, which I attend and appreciate. I would definitely consider Autumn Leaves if you are in need of a good memory care facility.

We're very pleased with how things have gone with Clairy Pointe, they are an excellent memory care facility! The facility itself is a new building, so everything looks beautiful. The people here are all very kind and patient, and great at working with the residents. I love that they encourage my loved one to get out of her room and participate in the activities. I also like that they've got the residents divided into "neighborhoods" of similar levels of care. The only complaint I have is that the number of residents seems to be scaling up faster than their care staff, so they've been stretched a little thin lately. But I'm sure they'll keep themselves staffed appropriately as things go on.

We looked all over Wichita for a community for my mother and Cypress Springs seemed like the right fit for her dementia and all of her needs. We really liked the meaningful moments program they offer.

I really like the furnishings and cleanliness. They have lots of activities during the day to keep the residents busy and active. During the summer months they hane a van to take them on outings such as the Ice cream store and my mom truly enjoys that. The staff is friendly and caring to their residents. When I express a concern they act on it immediately. All in all it is a great place for my mom with dementia.

My father was here and we really liked the place. It was very nice, it was clean, of course, it's brand new - that really helped. The staff was great. We really liked everybody that we dealt with there. I think the only issue that we had is that they were a little short on help on the weekends and possibly in the evenings. I mean, he was never neglected and I'm sure that they're staff will grow as their number of residents grow. So other than that, we really liked the place and I would recommend it and I have recommended it to many people I've talked with.

We really liked it. He wasn't there very long before he passed away. They were easy to work with and we were very impressed with it. I think that they took good care of him. It had a very nice layout. I liked the secured entrance, more than secure front door. It was more like hallways that branched off from a central area than smaller neighborhoods. Overall, it was a good experience.

We have nothing but good things to say about Green Ridge Place.... really have a good process in place to take care of my MIL. The only downside is that there's been recent turnover. But it's been a very good place for my mother-in-law a lot better than the other place.

The fact that they were geared only for Memory Care was number one walking in and not smelling urine and it being nice and clean. The girls here are amazing. My mom's been here for about a month now and they are just amazing.

Savoy Place Memory Care has very a friendly and caring staff. The up keep is very nice and clean. I am very pleased with the place.
