This is my second visit with my brother-in-law. There aren't words to describe how wonderful my Chelsea Place experiences have been. I LOVE THIS PLACE. When I need assisted care, which I will, I want to live here. Thanks for all you do for my brother-in-law, a man I have loved ever since he married my sister 55 years ago.

The facility is first class! The personal are first class! What more can I say?

Proactive staff, clean, light, airy, lots of activities. Great, caring staff, feels like family, new, modern, building, nice rooms.

The care given is great, they show interest in my mom and helped with her transition. The staff are fabulous, they show a great care for my mom making sure she is always neat an tidy. When i come in they are always doing something with her and finding what works well for her. I am always kept informed with daily phone calls. I can not say enough good things about them.

My mother was at Chelsea Place for a very short time. My sister and I moved her to this new facility due to state of the art care for dementia patients. In her short stay at Chelsea Place, Momma received a tremendous amount of caring attention and I received more communication than I expected in such a short time. Momma was visited by an excellent physician and given a thorough physical exam. Since she could not speak for herself the doctor interviewed me about her history. A plan for her care was set in motion within 48 hours of her admission. Everyone knows to look for places that smell bad or are dirty but it's also important to note that places who care for dementia patients need to be quiet as well. If the music or tv is blasting it's troubling to them. So while it may seem to be fun to the visitor it's not for the patient. Chelsea Place is quiet. There are things for young visitors to do which encourages them to visit their elderly relatives. ALL patients enjoy seeing the young visitors. It is also important to note that dementia patients are their only business, not a side business as in many facilities. Sadly, my mother fell victim to the flu followed by pneumonia. We lost her very suddenly. However, there is no doubt that we had chosen the right place for her.

I think that they do a decent job. They are new and they still have some growing to do. They do a wonderful job keeping it clean, the housekeeping lady is absolutely wonderful. They serve quite a few casserole type options. Everyone is accommodating and friendly.

We have not had any issues with them at all. They are all very friendly, and the place is very neat and clean. The food there is very good as well. I would highly recommend Cypress Springs.

My aunt has lived in Highline for one year, and she has had exemplary care by the staff. I'm incredibly grateful to the staff for always going the extra mile to make sure my aunt has her every need met. The food is terrific and the activities are amazing. You just can't imagine how much effort is given to ensure residents live with dignity and comfort. Whenever I have had a question, I have had it answered quickly and professionally. As far as cost, Highline appears to be at the market rate. I think they try hard to stretch the budget as much as possible. I feel very lucky to have my aunt cared for by the staff at Highline.

To open mid-December. Beautiful one story building caters only to dementia patients. Rooms very small. Floors wood laminate. State of the art care. Everything has a reason for being there. Snacks available all night. Staff specially trained. Price won't change. Huge fee which Dave did not mention.

The staff and caregivers are really excellent. My mom had several fairly complex medical problems which they were able to manage very well. We used it just for a short time, but are considering using it for long-term care, and would certainly highly recommend them. I really can't think of anything that they can do to improve.

"A Place for Mom" introduced me to WBP. They gave me 12 references. I picked WBP because it was yet to open.<br />After meeting Beirgit Moran, Jay Johnson, and Cody , I assested them as being TOPS.<br />Then I saw the facility...it was tops.<br />I canceled all other inspection tours.<br />Since, my wife has entered the community, and I was able to meet most of the staff...and, they are tops, as a was told.<br />Linda, the head nurse, is terrific.<br />My wife was in another facility and, kicked out, because the staff was young , untrained and unable to handle her.<br />At WBP, the staff is trained for Alzheimer's, and knows how to handle the disease.<br />God Bless them.<br />

Lovely facility! Great set-up for seniors!

My first impression was that they have a terrific management team starting with Jay Johnson, Executive Director, Birgit Moran, Community Relations Director, and Cody Kohlhagen, Activities Director. Birgit explained to me that, being a mental care community, ALL employees, would be experienced Alzheimers/Dementia trained. The building is brand new as they opened it on August 20th. It is well laid out, containing all of the essential equipment. I am completley at rest knowing my wife is in the BEST of care. My third trip has proven this fact. This is why I rated Willowbrook Place the highest in ALL catagories.

I really liked this community, but it was too expensive. They had other men in this community, and that would have been a big plus for us. They had a good amount of activities too. This was just too expensive.

My mother-in-law is there and it’s been a great service. It’s very clean and the staff has been very kind. We don’t have any complaints about the food, laundry, or the parking. We would recommend this community to other families that might be looking for services.
