They have very good activities that are aimed towards patients that are having trouble with memory. The staff there are all incredibly friendly. They get to know their residents personally and by name. It has been a very pleasant experience and I would very much recommend them.

My father has been at Highline Place for six weeks. A few days after he arrived, he had a seizure during which his heart briefly stopped, in the presence of his primary care nurse practitioner. She recommended he go into hospice. Since then his care has been outstanding . . . from HP staff, visiting nurse practitioner, and hospice nurse. He has settled into his new surroundings very well. He's happy, cooperative, and his condition has stabilized, thanks especially to the reduction of his medications. During this period I have been impressed with the level of care and personal attention he has received. The staff is well informed, well trained, and compassionate. When I have expressed minor concerns, the staff is responsive and considerate. I moved him here from a home situation where abuse was suspected. Now I am confident that he is in excellent hands and is safe and well cared for. The activity level is very high and well-geared for someone with advanced dementia. HP is an excellent facility with an excellent staff. I am deeply impressed and am very glad my Dad is here.

It all went great. They did a great job, very well done. We had no complaints whatsoever. This was a short respite stay and gave our family a much needed break. We were very happy with them.

My mothers been in about 5 places and so far this is the cleanest and nicest. It has the most freedom than any of the other places. The people are kind to her. So far she has gotten good care. It's a great place.

The thing that stands out most is how caring the staff is and how quick they are to handle any situations in a calm and loving way.

I never thought I would have to look for a dementia home for a loved one. It was very difficult realizing family could not do it all and that my loved one needed more than what we could provide. Autumn Leaves made it a comforting transition. The caring staff is beyond words. I visit daily and I am always amazed at the compassion and knowledge I experience with the staff. It's hard to call them staff they are much more than that.

The Clarity Pointe Knoxville is very, very, very professional and informative. They are not pushy at all. We really, really like the place now that we're there. When I called my dad he sounded great. He's enjoying it. The Food is fabulous. They really worked with us. They are so helpful. Everything we need is there. They're just very flexible. If something didn't work out, they would make it work. This is a very nice facility! Thanks to "A Place For Mom" for helping us find this place.

The entire staff is the most wonderful and caring I have EVER SEEN! They all go way above and beyond to take care of our family members. Maintance admission nursing chefs caregivers even the residents themselves are outstanding.

The quality of the food is unbelievable! It is the most tasty and well presented. You would think your family member is eating at a 5-star restaurant. There are not enough stars to rate Chelsea Place.

The staff is amazing. The executive director, Kathi Miller, takes personal time out to give feedback and call when you have questions. I have had experience with other facilities and this one is outstanding. Highly recommended.

Fabulous! What a difference between Chelsea Place and the last place they lived - Light and Dark! No other way to put it! Your staff are so compassionate, caring, patient, and attentive. Mom always looks clean and well-groomed.

The best thing is the staff. Wonderful! Then, the never-ending hall. I trust the staff. I believe in how you do things here, I wish the courtyard was a little bigger. It is truly a family run place. I would not want my mom at any other place.
