They do a great job at Cypress Springs! They're very patient oriented and really work hard to make sure that the people who live here are comfortable and well taken care of. The facility itself is well kept and clean, as well! It's just a very nice place in general!

Mom was in two residential homes before we found Willowbrook Place. The difference was like night and day. I can't rate them high enough because there are only 5 stars and they deserve 10. From the very beginning, mom was treated with dignity and respect. Her cognitive function was still pretty high and she was still sharp for many months. The staff bent over backwards to engage her and encourage her to participate in activities and gatherings. It was always subtle, respectful and positive. The activities director, Cody, is the shining star among all the other gems that complete the staff there. From the front desk staff to the nursing and caregiving staff, every single person was warm, supportive and kind. When mom showed signs of getting ready to pass, they gently and lovingly guided towards hospice resources. Mom had the kind of transition that we all hope to have. She was kept pain free and cared for until she crossed over. My family and I were supported and informed every step of the way. Without fail, every person who entered her room cared for her physical needs with tenderness and respect, giving her the dignity so important to her. Often, they would hold her hand, kiss and stroke her brow and told her they loved her. I've never seen anything like it. I hope I never have to place a loved one in memory care again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Willowbrook. My family and I are forever grateful.

The staff is friendly, their not overly friendly. It is very, very clean there. The property is well maintained and very nice. It is very clean!!

My mom was there only two months before she passed away. The facility was pretty clean and safe. I enjoyed it.

Clarity Pointe Fayetteville is pricey but worth it. One of the nurses there was especially great. One day my mom was upset and said she wanted her baby and the nurse gave her a baby doll and it really helped. They had a decades fashion show there recently. They treat the residents really well. She is really happy there. They have a therapy dog named Cocoa that comes in, live music, etc. The staff is a big thing here. They are very caring and give them dignity. They really allow them to be themselves.

This is a beautiful, well kept and well maintained facility with an excellent staff. The workers here genuinely care and that is wonderful. This has been a great experience so far. We have no complaints.

This place is awesome!!! Great place to take your love ones!! The cost, friendly, caring, supportive, very respectful, beautiful place, activities are awesome as well. Can't say enough good things about facility an staff as well.

It's only been one month that my mother has lived here. So far it has been a positive experience. I wish my mother would socialize more with other residents. She says most of them "keep to themselves" for one reason or another. Her health care and supervision by staff has been exceptional. Great communication! Thank you!

Staff "knows" my family member, addresses her by name and does a good job of encouraging her to get involved. The support the family gets is wonderful. I love the sessions where family meets with other family members to come to common understanding of dementia issues.

Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn is wonderful. Our uncle has been a resident since it opened and we couldn't be more please. Staff is professional & friendly. Facilities are immaculate, grounds are beautiful. They always make the whole family feel welcome. Great activities for the residents. It truly feels like a family there!

Excellent staff and care. We could not be happier with our experience here. These are difficult places to place loved ones. But you reach a point where you know it is the right decision to place them in the care of professionals, especially knowing that often times they are approaching the end of their lives. Autumn Leave of Glenn Elyn went beyond our expectations. I would highly recommend this facility to anyone seeking comfort for their loved ones and themselves.

We have had a very positive experience with Greenridge Place. Sometimes things get lost. For example, her walker has been lost a couple of times. They did not know where it was at and had to track it down and find it in someone's room. Overall it is very good. It is very open with a lot of natural light coming into the facility. It was very well designed. The courtyard area is very nice and good for a peaceful walk. All in all it has been very good and I would recommend them.

They have very good activities that are aimed towards patients that are having trouble with memory. The staff there are all incredibly friendly. They get to know their residents personally and by name. It has been a very pleasant experience and I would very much recommend them.

My father has been at Highline Place for six weeks. A few days after he arrived, he had a seizure during which his heart briefly stopped, in the presence of his primary care nurse practitioner. She recommended he go into hospice. Since then his care has been outstanding . . . from HP staff, visiting nurse practitioner, and hospice nurse. He has settled into his new surroundings very well. He's happy, cooperative, and his condition has stabilized, thanks especially to the reduction of his medications. During this period I have been impressed with the level of care and personal attention he has received. The staff is well informed, well trained, and compassionate. When I have expressed minor concerns, the staff is responsive and considerate. I moved him here from a home situation where abuse was suspected. Now I am confident that he is in excellent hands and is safe and well cared for. The activity level is very high and well-geared for someone with advanced dementia. HP is an excellent facility with an excellent staff. I am deeply impressed and am very glad my Dad is here.

It all went great. They did a great job, very well done. We had no complaints whatsoever. This was a short respite stay and gave our family a much needed break. We were very happy with them.

My mothers been in about 5 places and so far this is the cleanest and nicest. It has the most freedom than any of the other places. The people are kind to her. So far she has gotten good care. It's a great place.

The thing that stands out most is how caring the staff is and how quick they are to handle any situations in a calm and loving way.

I never thought I would have to look for a dementia home for a loved one. It was very difficult realizing family could not do it all and that my loved one needed more than what we could provide. Autumn Leaves made it a comforting transition. The caring staff is beyond words. I visit daily and I am always amazed at the compassion and knowledge I experience with the staff. It's hard to call them staff they are much more than that.
