My father has been at Willowbrook for about six months and I am pleased with the employees and attention he receives. I am especially pleased with the level of care that he enjoys and the variety of activities. I have peace of mind every day that Dad is safe, has appropriate medical care and oversight, enjoys the interaction with other residents and staff and is treated with dignity and respect every day.

Visiting this facility it is the same as the Arlington Heights facility. Hit it off well with Patricia. As with their Arlington Heights facility this rate top of my list.

HI, My name is Tamara Paradies and I am a Home Health Nurse for outside agency. I have provided services for various residents in this community since their doors opened one year ago. During this year, I have watch this community become one of the best memory care facilities around. The staff has always made me and my team feel welcome when we are in the building providing care. Our mother had past away and we found dad somewhat lonely and a little depressed. We thought a new environment with people and activities might brighten his outlook. We visited several facilities and found all of them around the same price range but most of them a bit overwhelming in size and capacity. We didn't want dad to be lost in the sea of elderly residents. Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn suited our needs for dad perfectly. It catered specifically for people with memory difficulties. All the residents had some stage of dementia or alzheimer, and the staff was well trained in how to handle each situation that could come up. The building was also specifically designed with memory loss residents in mind. From the warm homey feeling with beautiful furniture and woodwork, to its easy neighborhood layouts, to its special lighting to brighten up even the dearest days, to its fresh clean air, to the activities of fun and exercise, Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn is the best place for dad. All the staff are always so welcoming and friendly from the management, to the loving caregivers, to the on the spot doctors and nurses. Dad is in good hands, safe and secure. We couldn't have made a better decision than to place him at Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn.

I'm a Volunteer Therapy Dog Duo that visits Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn every Thursday morning. Since Chelsea & I are in constant motion, we've visited several other local facilities seeking visits to share our unconditional healing love. I am very connected to my dog & I know when she's happy & comfortable. At Autumn Leaves she's always excited to visit & she definitely feels at home there. I love our visits because the residents enjoy us & so does the staff. We are always greeted with a smile & great energy. Autumn Leaves is a very clean, friendly & fun facility. We participate in some of the activities & we enjoy each visit better than the last. We are blessed to be a part of the Autumn Leaves Family & we're honored to share our healing with the residents that are open to visits. The Staff is very caring to the residents individual needs which shows me they treat them as if they are their own family. Fabulous community of hard working, loving & caring souls. Thank you for the opportunity to volunteer at your remarkable facility, we always look forward to our weekly therapy dog service.

A lovely facility with a very caring staff is what you will find at the Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn. As an outside service provider for hospice, my team has always been welcomed as an extension of the team with one goal in mind; the resident. Each time I visit, the residents are engaged in one activity or another and their caregivers are always right there with them. They speak with their residents appropriately and lovingly. I never question their dedication. The facility is cleaned several times and it shows! I do feel Autumn Leaves is one of the top Assisted Living Facilities in this area and worth taking a look at when the time comes.

After visiting several other facilities for our mother we all agreed Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn was the best spot for her to be. Like all relatives of Alzheimer patients we wanted the best care for mom. After interviewing with staff members we knew this was the place. We feel confident and feel at ease with her being at Autumn Leaves. We highly recommend anyone looking for that feeling of trust and love, this is the place.

They offer activities there but I have not really been engaged in them. The facility is great and well kept. The staff is friendly.

The staff is wonderful, caring and knowledgeable! It is decorated like a nice hotel but more homey. The staff keeps the residents busy with numerous fun activities. The nurses are caring and very helpful to families of residents. I am very happy with Autumn Leaves.

They do a great job at Cypress Springs! They're very patient oriented and really work hard to make sure that the people who live here are comfortable and well taken care of. The facility itself is well kept and clean, as well! It's just a very nice place in general!

Mom was in two residential homes before we found Willowbrook Place. The difference was like night and day. I can't rate them high enough because there are only 5 stars and they deserve 10. From the very beginning, mom was treated with dignity and respect. Her cognitive function was still pretty high and she was still sharp for many months. The staff bent over backwards to engage her and encourage her to participate in activities and gatherings. It was always subtle, respectful and positive. The activities director, Cody, is the shining star among all the other gems that complete the staff there. From the front desk staff to the nursing and caregiving staff, every single person was warm, supportive and kind. When mom showed signs of getting ready to pass, they gently and lovingly guided towards hospice resources. Mom had the kind of transition that we all hope to have. She was kept pain free and cared for until she crossed over. My family and I were supported and informed every step of the way. Without fail, every person who entered her room cared for her physical needs with tenderness and respect, giving her the dignity so important to her. Often, they would hold her hand, kiss and stroke her brow and told her they loved her. I've never seen anything like it. I hope I never have to place a loved one in memory care again, but if I do, I wouldn't hesitate to return to Willowbrook. My family and I are forever grateful.

The staff is friendly, their not overly friendly. It is very, very clean there. The property is well maintained and very nice. It is very clean!!

My mom was there only two months before she passed away. The facility was pretty clean and safe. I enjoyed it.

Clarity Pointe Fayetteville is pricey but worth it. One of the nurses there was especially great. One day my mom was upset and said she wanted her baby and the nurse gave her a baby doll and it really helped. They had a decades fashion show there recently. They treat the residents really well. She is really happy there. They have a therapy dog named Cocoa that comes in, live music, etc. The staff is a big thing here. They are very caring and give them dignity. They really allow them to be themselves.

This is a beautiful, well kept and well maintained facility with an excellent staff. The workers here genuinely care and that is wonderful. This has been a great experience so far. We have no complaints.

This place is awesome!!! Great place to take your love ones!! The cost, friendly, caring, supportive, very respectful, beautiful place, activities are awesome as well. Can't say enough good things about facility an staff as well.

It's only been one month that my mother has lived here. So far it has been a positive experience. I wish my mother would socialize more with other residents. She says most of them "keep to themselves" for one reason or another. Her health care and supervision by staff has been exceptional. Great communication! Thank you!

Staff "knows" my family member, addresses her by name and does a good job of encouraging her to get involved. The support the family gets is wonderful. I love the sessions where family meets with other family members to come to common understanding of dementia issues.
