Great care by great people. The staff takes the time to learn the resident names along with their family members. The place is very clean and well maintained. Everyone at Chelsea Place is helpful and caring.

This is a nice community for care for a loved one. the community was always clean and maintained. She was happy with the nice variety of health meals that were offered. She enjoyed the nice activities and the small trips out of the community when permitted. I would recommend this great community for good care for the needs of a love one.

From our 1st visit I felt if our situation was a priority and this was before any commitment was made. We were immediately offered support in multiple areas of concern for our family members who are caring for a person with memory loss. After the move in for my mother in law we received even more support from every staff member that we met!

What an awesome blessing Porter Place is for my mom and me and our family. They are providing the care I was unable to give my mom after doing my “very best” for six years. I am comfortable leaving her when I visit because I know she is in good hands. I am very pleased with the quality of excellent care she is receiving.

Porter Place is excellent all the way around! So happy we found this place. Staff is wonderful and they take such good care of everyone here. Food is great. My father has the best care I never have to worry when I’m not here.

We had full time 24-7 home care for my mom for three years because she wanted to be at home and we wanted that for her. We had problem after problem with home care givers from leaving her alone in the car while they went to a store or visited friends to [Removed] to outright [Removed] (for which we are still going to court). The problem with home care is that there is very little accountability other than the occasional visit from an agency supervisor. I visited every day and we still had many problems. We couldn't be there 24 hours a day to watch the caregiver and it became unsafe. Enter Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn! Mom has been there since October and it is the BEST thing we could have done for her. The facility is laid out so well and it's light, bright and nicely decorated. I feel happy when I walk through the front door to visit my mom. All of the people who work at Autumn Leaves are kind and caring and they get to know all of the residents. She has three healthy meals every day plus snacks and we know that she is being properly cared for and she is treated like the individual that she is. Also, a nurse on duty 24 hours a day has gone a long way in helping me to sleep at night. My mom really enjoys being around all of the people at Autumn Leaves. I believe that her being around so many people has been instrumental in her happiness. Even with all of the home care problems it was still a difficult decision to move mom into a memory care facility, even one as outstanding as Autumn Leaves. However, 6 months later, we can see that it was the very best option for mom. I actually wish we had moved her in at least a year sooner than we did. If you are looking for memory care for your loved one you can't go wrong with Autumn Leaves of Glen Ellyn.

Willowbrook Place is a fabulous memory care facility!!!! They have the best activity staff of anywhere we have ever visited. They have musical guests on a regular basis as well as games and other fantastic activities, multiple times a day, for the residents. The staff is beyond compare. Each and every one is compassionate and cares for the residents as if they are their friends or family. [removed]

I cannot say enough about the kindness and loving care of the administration and everyday staff of this "home" for my Dad. I've toured and looked at a number of places, and its not good out there! Morningside is 200% better, and they actually care for my Dad. Enough said.

[Removed]-very compassionate & helpful. The complex itself is new/well laid out/plenty of beds right now. My experience with an administrator who gave my tour was not good (IMHO she shouldn't be allowed to interact w/the public). Near I-55.

[Removed] was engaging,solicitous. Easy to find & get to, bright, light, clean. Great value. Found residents active & engaged; enjoyed carolers & their families while we were there.Looked at studios w/showers.Many activities; safety for our family member while also being able to enjoy walks through the facility (which actually felt more like a beautiful home). If your family member has a stage 2 or greater wound it cannot be accomodated there & must be healed at another facility before moving there.One of our top choices.

Lovely, lovely facility. Enjoyed a guided tour from Audrey. Autumn Leaves is small and cozy. A perfect fit for my Mom. Can't say enough good things about this community. It's just about as close to home as you can get. It's awesome.

I could never say enough great things about this place, I have been very thankful for everything they have done for my dad and the great quality of care they have provided for him. He always tells me he feels like he is living in a hotel with all of the services he receives from the staff. They are always attentive to his needs and are always looking out for him especially since he is a fall risk. He has gained a healthy amount of weight and received lots of nutrition from all of the delicious meals they serve throughout the day. I would defiantly recommend this facility to anyone interested in a five staff establishment.

We chose this facility, the founders club was a big draw (saving us 500.00) and it is brand new and very nice, the price was in our bracket, we will see how the respite stay goes for a month before signing contact to commit.
