The people at Highline took excellent care of my mother for over 3 years. I and she couldn’t have asked for a better more caring place.

Great the place is beautiful. [Removed] your executive director was kind and compassionate. She answered all my questions. I wish more people in the elderly care field were like her Harvester Place in Burr Ridge hit the jackpot when they hired her.

The staff is wonderful. They are professional, helpful and caring. The facility is large and has many windows. It is well maintained. There is an outdoor courtyard which provides more walking space. The executive staff is easy to deal with and open to your ideas.

Thus far we are very pleased with the service and attention provided to my mother. Lauren is quite exceptional in her organizational skills and ideas foe engagement. I hope that as expansion happens, service levels will remain at the high level they are today.

My mom is well taken care of here she is clean and comfortable. She does like to be kept busy. Happy they have [Removed]. Maybe a mass will be said on every other Sunday. Nice! Very nice she can have her sister here!!

Harvester Place has been a very good fit for my mother in law. The staff is very attentive and caring. She is safe and happy. This takes a huge burden off the family. We are all so appreciative of the care given to our loved one. Her engagement in activities has been a blessing.

A very well run facility with a great staff of efficient, caring and loving people. Always clean, very good food and so many activities that no one had a problem of feeling left alone. Definitely a place that feels like home.

Excellent caring staff. Very clean facilities. Available for family counseling. Can provide numerous helping solutions, IE, dentist, haircuts, nails, doctor, pt, and lots of activities. I want to volunteer there but cannot right now because the loss of my husband is still painful, because I miss him.

The quality of care was exceptional, all the employees were well trained and very caring which, made this most difficult time easier for my husband and all our family.

I cannot speak highly enough about Highline Place. My husband lived at Highline Place for 6 months before passing. His care exceeded my expectations. The entire staff was invested and interested in the care of every resident. It is a wonderful, happy, environment where residents are valued and kept engaged in life as much as possible. Spouses and family are kept informed and encouraged to be involved.

I brought mom to Kansas from California on Amtrak along with a Nurse attendant. Chisholm Place has the same floor plan as the facility in CA - I thought this might be helpful. [Removed], the Administrator of Chisholm Place actually met us at the train station at 3am!! She and her Facilities Manager [Removed] transported us in their company van to the memory care unit over 30 miles away. This is just a small example of the caring attention we have received. No matter what time of day we visit, the staff is always so friendly and capable, the facility is very clean and in great repair. Mom has a private room with a beautiful view of the enclosed courtyard, bird feeders on the windows. I'm very happy with Chisholm place!

I am very happy with this community. The staff is outstanding. and attentive to his needs. The community is very clean and enjoyable. The staff is caring and they make his meals as needed for him. This community comes highly recommend to families for the outstanding care and value for the needs of a loved one.

Willowbrook Place is a God send. The staff, especially the girls in blue (blue angels) treats my mom with dignity and respect. They keep her involved in activities which gives mom a purpose. She is always dressed well, hair done and she is always smiling. Willowbrook Place gives us a sense of relief as we know mom is safe and happy. Mom loves her new home. Thanks to all staff and residents.

The leadership team and entire staff are remarkable. They give so much of themselves to the care and love of my loved one. The facility is bright, clean and welcoming. Staff are accommodating and so willing to do whatever is needed to ensure her safety and overall well being.

I like this nice commnity for the good care for my husband. We like the staff who are very attentive to my husbands needs. The community is always clean and maintained. I like knowing that my husband is happy with the menu of healthy meals. He likes participating in the activites with the other residents .I would highly recommend this community for the great care and the value for a loved one.

My mother in law had since a great respite stay experience here at this community, we are planning on using them again this summer. We knew she was safe, and in good hands at this community. The staff was helpful, and very kind. The community looked great. They offer nice activities, and good meals for the residents. We couldn't have asked for a better community, and I would recommend it.
