Anthem Memory Care

We found Highline Place when Senior Living Relocator's, [name removed] and [name removed] brought us here after seeing a handful of other locations for my dear 80 year old mom. My sister and I were so excited about this place because it had everything we were looking for: a caring staff, beautiful setting, bus tours and other fun activities, good food, lots of events scheduled for everyone. Endless options have been made available to accommodate our mother and her very specific and unique needs and wishes. The director, [name removed] has gone above and beyond all expectations to create a comfortable and desirable home for my sweet and sassy Mother. [name removed] and [name removed] are amazing with daily delights, tours, animal time, cooking demo's, flower arranging, balloon volleyball, one of my mom's very favorite and bowling, to name a few! [name removed] and [name removed] have been phenomenal, as well as a few very precious care givers that my mom calls her best friends. Mom has had her bumps in the beginning, as any transition can be rough, but the quality of attention to detail [name removed] and her team have provided over the last 6 months has blown us away with listening, patience, love, & kindness. I can't wait to move in in 10-20 years!

Autumn Leaves is a fantastic facility. The people were so caring and it really felt like someone could make it home.

I was so happy to find Porter Place for my mom The first day I walked in there the professionalism of the marketing women ([name removed]) who showed me around and helped thru the process of moving my mom in. She made it so comfortable and easy. My mom has been there since Oct 2018 she loves it and so do I. The staff is amazing and friendly the families that visit are all friendly. The activity director is so much fun the residents love all her activities. Its very clean and the staff is great with everyone. From the minute you walk in Porter Place it is so warm and friendly from the women that greet you to the full staff. Thank you Staff for making my mom life easier and my life easier. I would recommend Porter Place to be the top of memory care.

I am most grateful to the amazing team at Chelsea Place for all of their help and care for my dad, especially the extra attention he was given during his recent health concerns. In particular, the Clinical Services Director's expertise, patience, persistence and overall compassion were invaluable. I also called to check on Dad a few times and to get the QMAPs' perspectives on how he was doing. Each person was as kind and reassuring as always. And I have no doubt the caregivers were gentle and attentive. Thanks to everyone, he was back in the game in no time and I felt he didn't skip a beat in his routine. I speak with my dad on a daily basis, and he regularly comments on how clean his room is (this has always been important to him). He tells me how busy he is and how "they are always bringing something yummy" for him to eat. The activities are varied and creative. This is also true of the food, allowing residents to break the monotony and celebrate the simple things. Chelsea Place continues to provide me with the utmost peace of mind that my dad is well-cared for, safe, understood and, above all, loved. This peace of mind is priceless, given that I live halfway across the country. My continued thanks to each and every person at Chelsea Place. What they do is not easy ~ and yet they do it so very well.

I have been very impressed with the professionalism shown by [Removed]. Also – [Removed]. They kept in touch with me and cared about my friend. I can’t thank them enough.

I researched and visited several memory care communities before deciding on Harvester Place. The Harvester Place environment is warm and inviting where residents are really made to feel at home. There are always nurses on duty and they are all extremely professional. The staff is genuine and friendly, but their caring relationship with each resident makes it very special. I feel comfortable having my mom as a resident in the Harvester Place community. I know she is safe and being well cared for.

My Mom lives here and she hasn’t had any problems or complaints. The staff interacts with her very well. They stay on top of the cleanliness extremely well. I’ve never seen her room dirty and I go there every day. The food is awesome, it’s almost like eating at a restaurant. My Mom is eating well and there are times when I’m envious that I didn’t get a plate myself. They usually serve the chef’s choice but there seems to be a good variety. I don’t think I’ve seen the same thing being served within the past 2 months. The residents’ beds have alarm sensors in them for added safety and that’s something I really like. If someone falls out of bed or gets up in the middle of the night to wander, the staff is alerted immediately so they check on them. My wife worked in the geriatric healthcare field for about 30 years and even she’s impressed. I have no hesitations in recommending this place.

This was the last place that we looked while we were looking into various options. By the end of it all, it was the best fit for my loved one. The staff is doing exactly what we ask for when caring for my mother which is great. They are trying to make my loved one more active and make her participate in activities. They do not allow the residents to stay in their room. Overall I am so satisfied with this community and it is completely contained. No one can go outdoors without the approval from a staff member.

We had to make the decision to choose special living options for my wife, and we chose to move her into Chelsea Place. So far, it has been as positive a situation as something like this can be. Chelsea place has been a terrific community, and the family is very impressed with it. The food is great, the staff is very friendly and accommodating, there are so many activities for the residents to take part in, and the place is kept up very well. Given the circumstances, Chelsea Place has been very worthwhile for us.

Excellent, our loved one received wonderful care. The administration and staff were helpful, prompt, organized and friendly. I love the fact it is memory care only.

This community is very nice is nice and we are happy with the care that my mom is getting. The menu does need some improvements in the meals. We like the cleanliness and the environment. The staff does need to stay on on top of small repairs. They have the outdoor garden that she enjoys. We would recommend this community for the good care and value that is received.

Caregivers at Highline Place provided excellent care and always treated residents with respect – preserving their dignity. Health concerns were addressed quickly. Residents were engaged and attended to. We chose to have family members at Highline Place twice. We could fully entrust their care to Highline Place knowing that when we weren’t there our loved ones were safe and well cared for.

We chose Chelsea Place Memory Care because of the security and safety they would provide for my mom. The atmosphere is very warm and inviting. The staff is very welcoming to our family when we come to visit, they already know our names. They offer various activities and try to tailor the activities to the resident's needs. My dad and I have had meals with my mom and we all think the food is very good. I like the fact that the residents have snacks and drinks available to them at all times. There is a large courtyard with nice landscaping that my mom spends a lot of time there enjoying the fresh air. My dad is able to take their dogs to visit my mom which is very comforting. I would absolutely recommend this community to friends and family. I also appreciated all the help from A Place For Mom in helping us find the right place.

I searched far and wide for the best memory care for my mom and none compared to Highline Place. My mom has lived there over 3 years. She gets amazing care and keeps busy with all kinds of fun activities. It gives me peace to know she’s safe and well cared for 24/7!

My wife, [Removed] has been at this wonderful community for the last 20 months. She has received such wonderful loving care there! The care givers, nursing staff, and a activities personnel have been simply outstanding. I would recommend this facility to anyone with Alzheimer’s disease.

I have been a CNA for going on 15 years. This facility is like no other I have seen. They also really make their employees feel valued many places lack that.

My mother is doing very well since her move to this community. I know she is safe, and in great hands. The staff at this facility is great. They are very compassionate, and have been very friendly whenever I visit. They do a good job with the cleanliness around the community. Everything is always neat, and tidy. They provide good meals, and have plenty of activities available for the residents. All is well for my mother in this community, and I would recommend it to friends.
